Ok - just handed my notice in today after getting back from Australia. A months notice, but I want to leave today (Common practise to leave once everything has been handed over).
The boss will let me leave today but will not pay me a full month's salary.
But then - all these bonuses I was due were never paid - it seems like maybe I shoudl just swallow the pill and leave with no fuss...
plus, I have a deal to do next week that could pay for teh loss of salary 20 times over.
Should I just swallow the pill
Or make a fuss? |
