My job hired me as a temp for a 5 month period to avoid giving me a permanent spot. But in the building that they have assigned me to last I was requested by the manager and have been there for three months and with the company seven months. By law they have to hire me as a permanent employee and as of late I have been receiving correspondence by the union about medical benefits etc. Should I inform them of my situation so that they may pressure the company to hire me permanently or should I let this one play itself out and hope for the best? |
