mum expired. [EVERYONE]

So I come into work, most of the site is shut down except for my crew. The "boss" wants us to work all night, but we have tornadoe warnings till 1 am. As the operator, I do have the power to shut it down and send my guys home, of course I would have to deal with the "boss" in the am. What should I do?
