My 2yr old had ALREADY eaten. She was still sitting at the table when she saw me come along with a giant burrito with melted cheese, lettuce, tomatoe and hot sauce over it. (It was good by the way)...I also had a can of soda in my left hand. As I sat down, she said, "Ooooooo yummy"...well, I thought she was talking about my burrito. Not the case. She wanted my soda it turned out when she turned her nose up at the bite I was offering to her. So she says, "no, soda"..."Not! It's for mommy. It's mine." I said. So with a stone-faced look and big eyes with slightly pursed lips, she said, "Why not?"...that's when I started laughing at her and she never turned her head or blinked on the second and third, "Why Not?"..by then I had nearly finished my soda so I decided to give her that last few sips. Man, kids never quit do they?!! She never blinked during the "staredown" for my soda.
