I believe that change has to happen, and that it is possible.

I typically do not believe in censorship. As far as kids go, I don't think most media portrayals of violence and sex are developmentally inappropriate, and caregivers need to be more aware of what their kids are watching.
4. A tribal nation is about to go extinct due to disease and infection, it refuses to accept antibiotics that would help it, claiming such things are evil. Do we force it on them, or let them die?
If they are refusing them, and are fully aware of what will happen if they don't take the medicine, what right do we have to force the antibiotics down their throats?
5. The repression of Muslim women is a part of their culture, does that make it right?
I personally do not understand it. Muslim culture is all over the place in the twin cities...some women are more conservative than others as far as clothing goes. Some just wear the head scarf and regualar street clothes, and some wear the whole shabang, and you can only see their eyes. Extremists of any religion can get scary. Condoning rape, people who commit terrible crimes, and people celebrating said crimes because the person died for Allah....I've said it before. A group of people could believe 2+2=9 and that doesnt make it a fact. They can think its right all they want. IT doesnt mean it is.
