It's that age old debate
whether one when walking along the street
should look down where a penny may be lying
or look up where a star may be falling
and I have always held that one should look down in the morning
and up in the evening for that way there is always enough light
or enough dark to see what it is you are watching for
not that it makes an ultimate difference...
either way you get the same size wish...
...which is a long way of saying,
