unmeshed from our earlier embrace i lay sideways thinking of the last few spuratic moments that have decided to help define my life lately, careful not to over indulge or analize, knowing that they time for that, if it ever comes, will be later, much later, or at least will be graceful enough to stay away till after day break and the mist of heavy converstation and even deeper drinking has decided to disperse from the area. the dense comforter helps the cold from not causeing my hair to rise upon my skin, but it's the bases of your feet touching my otherwise disconnected body that sends the sensation ebbing through. as the souls of our feet share warmth i feel as if i am a practicer of Bokonism, giving praise to the sharer of this cot in the same way i worship mother earth, through the palms of my grateful limbs.grateful that i can share the ritutal with another who seems to understad that every movement is a shrine to the giver and provider of my otherwise desolite life. as sleep fades in and out threatening to take me from this, dare i say euphoric, for the fear of cliche, euphoric place i know that it will always be there.
