I've been here at Fort Sill, Oklahoma since April 12 for Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course (BNCOC). It's going ok. There is not much to do on Fort Sill and Lawton is boring.
I've been spending too much money on DVDs (movies and tv series) just so that I will have something to keep myself occupied and out of trouble.
School is going well. I passed the Army Physical Fitness Test with my best run time in about 4 years. I ran two miles in 14:50. I also passed my first two written tests. Things are going well.
A shout out for Bella Mia. It's a great restaurant on Fort Sill Boulevard in Lawton. They have incredible Italian food and a great atmosphere. It would be a great place to take a significant other for a date!
