Lately I've been seeing an occasional scarab beetle outside the front door of my workplace, fried in the heat while trying to get inside. Sometimes I'll encounter them before they expire.
After the initial flashbacks of "The Mummy Returns", I find it kind of cool, just 'cause I've never seen them in the wild, before. Also, in my current fav computer game, Age of Mythology, their giant cousins kick gluteous maximus.
