A few months ago I decided to turn over a new leaf, but I didn't really do anything other than what I was doing before. There were no new roads to travel in the virtual world, and all things I saw were variations of the same nonetin garbage that has been flowing out of the foetid sewer of the collective consciousness since the dark ages. Only one thing stood out in my conception, the word "Free", and how believing in the idea of freedom was more like captivity than some forms of actual imprisonment. We're all told from childhood that we have "roles" and "expectations" that we must fulfill in order to become "productive". Whatever that means these days. We kill the Earth to save it, we are actual parasites feeding on this planet, and what humanity needs to do is engineer a real plan to fly into space, and teraform a celestial body, such as the moon.
We could start by teraforming the nastiest parts of Earth, until we have refined the process. After having refined the process we could then build a ship in space, perhaps at the space station, and use one of the less fuel intensive ways to fly some humans to the moon to assist in building a moonbase. Which could then be ground central for a teraforming process, which perhaps would only be a small part of the lunar surface to start, but could house maybe one or two functional towns. Obviously, there are some technological hurtles. However, it is easier to fly to Mars etc. starting from the moon than it is to do so starting from Earth, because the astronauts wouldn't have to deal with the Earth's gravitational pull when launching from the moon.
So what's this got to do with symbolically screwing polititians? Nothing directly. But, consider this thought. In this world of deliberate political polarizing, being used as a distraction to keep us from doing what we all can take part in doing to save the human race from itself, wouldn't it be nice if we could just ignore those stupid super-douches, and all of their antonyms, and attempts to make us all pill popping neurotics, over the same stupid game that the power structures in this world have been playing since the days of Christ? I think so.
