for me ,that place is just a job that will give me hours i can do til my son is older, so i'm stuck there for now. And as of Mike, what are you seeing in him now? How has he changed?I like Mike, but i trained w/him so i became close to him because of that, and i have seen a good hearted side of him , but maybe your seeing a different side of him than i am, i never get to work w/him anymore so he could've changed and i just don't get the chance to notice . You will find another job, i know you don't think so but you will! Try to deal w/the crap for now until something better for you comes around.Sorry i havent been calling but its much easier to read and type than it is to be on the phone w my son crying or screaming ,which has been alot lately!lol I hate cold weather ,once it's warmer out i will be taking him to the park to let him tire out! ok ttyl
Poor Ed, but feel really sorry for the new guy! I can only imagine the crap that came out of smelly ass's mouth while training him!Ed couldv'e trained the new guy- he wouldv'e done fine!Is this new guy our age or Alan's age? I like Alan but his judgment on letting smelly ass train is way off! for 1-he has lied before to the comapny, another i could ve got him in very deep trouble if i pushed it,another he's just a slob!Ok well i guess i'll be working w/ ed friday at least i hope i will be w/him! hey you, what happened w/Vance? Did you call for a transfer and they denied it? Yeah ,i beleive you will have no problem finding another job that is better for you, you don't have any kids at home, and it will be easy for you to search and be hired else where.
