| For the last couple of years I have had black and white (because not everyone lives in a red and white world) Santa hats special made and sold them for $15 each. They sell well, but some folks like to complain about the price. Still, I have never had any problems selling them. I sold more than 2 dozen last year....sold them as fast as I could get 'em. Should I lower my price and take a cut in my profits or make 'em pay the price? |
