| Personally I hate people calling me an trying to get me to buy something that I dont really want to begin with. I am a sales person but I do not like "cold calling". I have been given a task with a few others to call some past customers that has not purchased with us this year. We are to inform them of the services we offer them. I have made it through about half of the list... some of them are nice some are not. Since its just an information call would u be polite and listen or hang up on the person? |
