STAMFORD, Conn., June 25, 2007 – World Wrestling Entertainment was informed today by authorities in Fayetteville County, Ga., that WWE Superstar Chris Benoit, his wife, Nancy, and his son were found dead in their home. Authorities are investigating, but no other details are available at this time. Instead of its announced programming for tonight on USA Network, WWE will air a three-hour tribute to Chris Benoit. Chris was beloved among his fellow Superstars, and was a favorite among WWE fans for his unbelievable athleticism and wrestling ability. He always took great pride in his performance, and always showed respect for the business he loved, for his peers and towards his fans. This is a terrible tragedy and an unbearable loss. WWE extends its sincere condolences and prayers to the Benoit family and loved ones in this time of tragedy. Hi all, for those of you who watch WWE wrestling, last night was an eventful night. First all the draft picks, and then the end of the show, Mr. McMahon's limo exploding, not sure what to think on that. I just couldn't believe what I was watching. They have stated that as of late, there has been no body recovered, but that it could be possible that his body was incinerated in the car. I just don't see how anyone could survive such a blast. They have now called in the federal agents to investigate this car bombing. It is still hard to believe that something like this would happen, and Vince McMahon could be dead!!! Last night was appreciation night for Vince, and although some of the comments were about his downfalls, some were very touching. What he has done for the business is unbelievable, and to quote the "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, " You may not love him, like him, or understand his views on running this business, but you have to respect him, for what he has done for this business. " I agree totally, he has brought so much into this business, and although he has been acting weird this past week or so, doesn't mean that he isn't a person, and doesn't have feelings, because he does, and something was definitely going on with him, since One Night Stand. No one is sure what it was, I am sure that Vince knew, but either didn't release those news, or didn't want them released. But who would die by car explosion as a suicide???? This has brought up some personal issues with me, in the fact that my dad was a victim of a car explosion! He was burned beyond recgonition, and had to use his dental records to identify the body. There are many unanswered questions with his death. He was supposed to be at a building across the street from where he was found, why was he there?? There were fresh tire tracks leaving the scene, who was there with him and why?? So many questions unanswered, and so many feelings that are sometimes hard to deal with. So I am hoping and praying that this whole stunt, is just that for Vince McMahon's family. IF this is a stunt, then he will have some questions to answer, as they have called in the federal and state police into this matter. So I hope that you all have a great week. Hi all, well I have a really good friend, and something happened a few months ago, and she still seems to be mad/upset at me. She doesn't chat with me as much as she used to. We were like sisters before this happened, and even though she told me that she wasn't upset/mad anymore, it just seems that she is ignoring me. I have messaged her, and left comments for her and everything, and she just doesn't want to talk to me anymore, and I feel sad because I thought we were friends. She is very busy and all, it's not like I expect her to answer me right away or anything, but at least acknowledge that we are still friends, by writing me a quick line or something. We are both apart of pogo.com and everytime she is in a room, I try to go in just to chat with her, and play some games, but either she isn't at her computer, or if she does answer me, it seems like she is giving me the cold shoulder, like she doesn't even want to chat. I have written her a note asking her whether she still wants to be friends, or not, because despite her saying that she still wants to be friends, her actions show something of the opposite. I hope that you all have a great Monday and the rest of the week. I got to run to Homeland and get a few things, and clean the kitchen up and do laundry, the never ending battle, LOL. I hope that I am wrong, but as far as my friend's actions, she doesn't to chat/ play games like we used to. So you all have a great rest of the night, take care, sleep well. Hi all, I have just learned of our dear friend and family member James Graham, also known as Junior, passed away this weekend. He was suffering from emphysema, had been on oxygen full time and had just suffered a mild heart attack last month. He was 78 at his passing. He was more then a friend, he was also a father, and grandfather to all of us. He was there for both of our son's births and had helped us move multiple times over the years. He and Darryl would go fishing, and drinking together, as a guys night out. He will be truly missed. Since he was cremated and laid to rest with family members only, we will be having a memorial service for him this weekend. I would appreciate it if you would keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
