I am divorced with 2 children, ages 15 and 18, who want less and less to do with their parents and more to do with their friends. If you have teenagers, you feel my pain. I am a pretty trusting person to a degree but unfortunately, there is a degree of cynicism (thats my big word for the day...ive used it, now i'm done)that comes with my profession. I am a pretty good judge of character but if I ever trust you and later learn that I was wrong for doing so, my feelings for you rarely ever fully recover. My family on here remains small much like the number of real friends in my life that I know I can trust. I call them my 3am friends.
