I'm 53 yo, divorced, live with a friend, but my house. Mortgage Company tells me the house is mine while I'm telling them it's theirs. I pay the mortgage they should cut the grass, remove the snow, and do the maintenace of the house. Makes sense don't it? They tell me it's your house so I have to do all that. Am I quittin? Small Claims Court? That's it, I'll file a suit for back pay and future pay. What do ya think?
