I'm athletic, I love to jogg and work out. This all started about five months ago when i started to go a pant size up.so at a woppig 246 pounds i decided to do something and now with a careful diet and LOTS of exercise i'm at 208 and dropping.Of course the hollidays havent helped at all my goal weight is to be aroud 180. And i will get there. But these last few pounds will be harder to lose.Most of that before was water weight. I work hard and I play harder. I love movies and music and I have a lot of both. I think my ipod is the best thing since the BIGGIE FRY. Between that and my 42" plasma tv, hell i got it made. I don't do sports of any kind, just never got into it all.
