PTSD is a bitch. I had the first opportunity to get out of the house in months and it did'nt turn out well. A New Blog?
Hi everybody! A new social networking website, a new blog, another chance to start over with a positive attitude! Or not. Frankly, I've had a bad day today, so maybe a little ranting or venting is in order. But anyways, about myself: I turned 40 last year in the midst of a midlife crisis. Yes, this crisis does involve blondes and clothing being removed, but that sounds a lot more exciting than it was. In reality, there was no NSFW content. My solution to all this? Exercise! My Task
Oh where to begin...i was assigned the task of expressing what it is like and how it feels to be pleased by Master. i find it very difficult to do so as most of my feelings and such are just that. not describable in words. The emotions run rampant in times like this. i am a mix of shudders, shivers, hot flashes and the overwhelming desire to scream out what i feel. Problem is there are no words to say it. Just as saying i love you isn't enough, digging my nails into Him isn't enough. What it is like can't be compared to anything i know. It's pleasure is harder. Maybe if you recall your very first Candy Apple at a fair. The pride, the delight, the savoring of it's flavor and then the sadness when it's gone. Then you are reminded that next Fair you might get the chance to have it again, To repeat all the steps...over and over. This is how, for me, it feels to be pleased, then wanting more, yet wishing to give as receive. i hope this explains it well enough for another to comprehend.

Just One Of Them Days...
Have you ever just woke up and decided "screw my responsibilities"? I was suspended from work for some stupid crap for 10 days. The suspension had nothing to do with my performance in the classroom it was more of an administrative issue...sick leave and stuff. Before the suspension, I had began to become really frustrated with all of the bullshit you have to deal with from the adults you work with. I am not saying the my students were angels by any stretch of the imagination but they have always been very respectful of me and I have worked very hard to make their classroom experience in my room as close to that in public school as I could and they have always loved me and my class for that. Gift For The Wife!!!
Pocket Taser Stun Gun, a great gift for the wife. A guy who purchased his lovely wife a pocket Taser for their anniversary submitted this: Last weekend I saw something at Larry's Pistol & Pawn Shop that sparked my interest. The occasion was our 15th anniversary and I was looking for a little something extra for my wife Julie. What I came across was a 100,000-volt, pocket/purse-sized taser. The effects of the taser were supposed to be short lived, with no long-term adverse affect on your assailant, allowing her adequate time to retreat to safety....?? WAY TOO COOL! Knee Surgery
This morning I had some knee surgery done How did it get that far? In August I fell with my bicycle and hurt my left knee and my right elbow. The pain in the elbow had gone after two weeks, th eknee kept hurting. Finally I went to see the guy who had already done surgery 7 years ago on my right knee, and after the scan it showed that I had the same problem: one cracked meniscus. Solution: take it out, lol. Surgery went well (well, at least up until now, lol). Entered the operating room at 9:45am, woke up in the wake-up unit at 10:45, where they kept me in observation for another half hour, then I was taken to my room, where I slept for another hour. In the afternoon I got something to eat (I was about starving, lol), and around 3pm the orthopedic surgeon came to see how I was doing. The head nurse gave me a first shot against clogging of the blood (I have 9 to go, will have a nurse coming over at home to do that every day). I am home now, walking with crutches for the first couple

We All Need A Tree
I hired a plumber to help me restore an old farmhouse, and after he had just finished a rough first day on the job: a flat tire made him lose an hour of work, his electric drill quit and his ancient one ton truck refused to start. I learned recently that a friend of mine dad's shot himself and killed himself. I feel so bad. :( I couldn't imagine what she's going through right now. I'm going to give her a Starbucks card and another gift...she's one of my java loving friends.... It makes me think about the time when I came real close to taking my life. I just finished applying to stateside peacecorps- "Americorps"... yeah, I know, worst name ever. Maybe I'm having a midlife crisis. Sarah Is Smashing Her Way Into The Bank
Good morning. I heard this story today on the way into work about a lady who opened what is called Sarah’s Smash shop. She will for a prize allow you to take out your frustrations on china, glasses, pictures of your ex, or those you have pictures of that you wish to mangle smash or whip it at a wall all for a nominal fee. She gets 45 dollars for you smashing 15 plates in a fifteen minute time frame…15 plates if I was mad enough would take no more then 15 seconds. However, this woman is a pioneer. I say that because you always see these rummage sales where people have tons and tons of glassware, china, plates of all shapes and sizes and she could pick them up for pennies on the dollar and make hundreds upon hundreds of dollars letting people take out their frustrations on them. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I am trying to organize a Benifit Ride for the family of Zane Blankenship who was murdered in Salem the October 11th. I am hoping this will become an anual thing. His family needs some help paying for the cost of the funeral and things related to that. So if we can make it an anual event, the first one would help them cover that cost. Then the years after, we would donate the money to charity. Example, the ASPCA which was one of Zane's favorite organizations. The problem I have is, I have no idea how to organize this. I am looking for help and ideas. I have a few ideas of things we can do, but I need help getting the word out and getting things rolling so to speak. The ride would be for any and all bikers, as Zane loved motorcycles. I Got A Parking Ticket
The other day I went downtown to run a few errands. I went into the local coffee shop for a snack. I was only there for about 5 minutes, and when I came out, there was this cop writing out a parking ticket. I said to him, 'Come on, man, how about giving a retired person a break'? He ignored me and continued writing the ticket. His insensitivity annoyed me, so I called him a 'Nazi.' He glared at me and then wrote out another ticket for having worn tires. So I proceeded to call him a 'doughnut eating Gestapo.' He finished the second ticket and put it on the windshield with the first. Then he wrote a third ticket when I called him a moron in blue. Broken Hearts
Why does it hurt so bad ? I try to understand females everyday but i get no where. I fell in love with a female that is amazing,but time shows that my pain with not go away. My Day From Hell
Yesterday was OFFICIALLY a day from hell. It was that bad that even sitting here talking about it makes me want to cry. Where to start.... The kids refused to take a nap yesterday so I had them in their room and closed the door and told Lois to quit screaming or mommy would smack her mouth. ive been spending time at the hospital and havent been around much at all..my mom had a stroke and thank god she is on the way to recovery..She is like a timex..takes a licking and keep on ticking. She is still alittle confused and being watch but other then that shes good and out of the woods.. If u pay attention u know i went for a job interview the other and and today i was offered the job. its a 10000 a yr increase.. something i can really use in my life.. Its local government to local government so i take my time in and all my vacation time with me and my pension :) see me smiling about that one :)..so im taking tomorrow and spending time with my mom. Monday i will go in and break the news..should be interesting. i found this week also interesting on the friend front. Life Changes....
I've had a lot of things on my mind lately and I haven't quite been feeling like myself. Some of you, the ones that know me well, know what all has been happening. I think some life changes are in order, some of them are going to be voluntary, some aren't. Next year is going to be all about changes, my daughter will be heading off to college (way scary concept), my oldest son will be starting high school and my youngest son will be starting kindergarten. I received a phone call this evening from an art gallery in Columbus. This was a short phone interview, they will be calling me next week to set up an interview at the gallery next month! The gentleman I spoke with did say that this is long term; the gallery sells to places and people all over the world. I think I'm finally realizing what has me so bothered about moving back to my home town. Since my marriage ended, I have been very careful about who I let around me. Don't Try This At Home
I learned an important lesson this week. When your dog is barking and spazzed and needs a time out, do *not* try to get a hold of the dog at the top of the stairs. It turns out 65 lbs of hyper dog can exceed your ability to stay balanced. Yes, I did fall down the stairs. Stuntman style. Somersault and a half on the way down. Luckily I'm very good at falling, since I do it so often, but it's usually intentional. So I'm generally okay, but trying to run is interesting. CHICKEN SCALLOPS WITH LEMON 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken filets Salt Freshly ground pepper Flour 2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. olive oil 3/4 c. beef broth 6 paper-thin lemon slices 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. soft butter Cut chicken into 3/8 inch thick scallops . 2008 Bathurst 1000
I posted this up on myspace originally but decided to post it here too.Leaving for Bathurst on the Friday is a struggle i so want to be there before Thursday missing 4 practice sessions kills me to no end. This years Bathurst 1000 was one of the best i have seen (maybe because Murph was up on the podium and i was there to see it) even thought i was burnt to a crisp after spending Saturday at the top of the mountain. I have to mention that the grade of policemen they had up the top of the mountain this year was A, very good lookin men... my thoughts were along the line of you can frisk me anyday mate LMAO.it was an interesting day during our usual walk of the support category pits due to Bruce's curiosity and gift of the gab he got A machanic to shows us a bit of one of the developement series cars...was interesting to hear 2 mechanics speak 'mechanic' i know mostly what things are and vaigly what they do but i was rather engrossed in the 'techincal' side of the conversation.Now i have

Embracing Your Sexuality
We are all sexual beings. However, somewhere along the way when we're growing up women are taught that if they embrace their sexuality they a slut, whore, etc. Men are taught that they're "the man" for embracing their sexuality. It's silly since our sexuality is a normal natural part of who we are. The world is pretty messed up in this respect. I for one have grown to embrace my sexuality. It's an integral part of who I am. I have to thank the friends I've made here who have helped me with this. It is so wonderful to be completely uninhibited and not have to worry if you're being judged for that. It also makes sexual experiences so much better since I'm able to concentrate fully on the moment and the pleasure my partner and I are giving one another without the worry of "what someone is thinking of me". I wish this for everyone, the ability to be completely uninhibited and fully enjoy your sexuality. It's wonderful to be able to share this with my friends here along the way.
