We Need Them
why we need friends, Life is full of choices sometimes we make the wrong choice. as we grow older from say 11 to 13 is when we start to make most of the wrong choices, we don't have the insight that our parents have, we think we know everything and we become followers, not leaders. now when we hit 14 is when we know everything and our friends make wrong choices and what do we do?? we follow them hahaha. but in light of it all we see the chance to change things, we get a little older and now we have jobs, now is the time to decide what we want in our life, you got it, friends. now I don't know about you but in real life I have 3 true friends that I can call at any givin moment and would be here asap, they were there when my mother past away, so before you piss off a friend, make sure they are the ones you dont want around.

My Trip Up North.
Right now i'm up North, had to go home and take the young in to see the family. Things are going much better than i could have thought. They love him and he love's all the attention. I always get so nervous when i have to be around my family, they've done so much and i've done so little with my life. Living In Fear
I found out something that has me very scared. Yesterday my tire flew off of my car. The mechanic told me someone loosened my lug nuts and sliced my tire with a knife. Hardest Day!!!
Today is usually the hardest day of the year for me (has been for the last 9 years). Today I was still on the emotional side, but for the first time in those 9 years I sat back and remembered a lot of old memories with a calmness in me that I have never felt before. My Sister In Laws Pregnant
A couple of weeks ago we found out my brother and his wife is having a baby. They've been married for 5 years now. This is their first baby. Then to top things off we found out the next day. That they are not only going to have a baby but they are having twins! This is the first set of twins in my family for as long as we can remember. I Hate My Job

I was listening to the Jim Rome Show today while driving on my delivery route, and he had Herm Edwards on, the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs. Life And Happiness
Well, life and my marriage both are both going well for the first time in a very long time. The wife and I found one night while we were talking, that she was not doing certain things because I was not paying attention to her, and I was not paying attention to her because she was not doing certain things. We have been in a vicious circle for a very long time. It goes to show what can happen when two hard heads get something set in their minds without talking to each other. We have found the feeling we had a very long time ago when we met. It is nice to be able to sit next to each other and watch TV, or sit in the back yard, talk, walk, play, or do what ever together and feel the same happiness and sense of comfort we felt a long time ago. woohoo! moving moving moving. i got the house... waiting for the underwriting to go through... which i was assured wouldnt be a problem. so... i'm packing. 38 boxes packed (2 wardrobe, 1 medium, and 35 small boxes). made a sizable dent i think. :) still a lot of work to do. kitchen, closets, bathroom, computer desks, and random crap (you know the stuff you always wind up packing b/c you didnt have anyplace it belonged). the crew / army will be coming down to help w/ the move. mostly w/ the whole thing, but some people can only make it to one side of the move. it should be even more interesting since both of my parents will be coming down as well. ... and before you ask... the party will probably be in february or march. depends on when some other people from across the country can make it out. wheeee... back to packing.

Yesterday started out as a good day. I woke up early, got me a shower, went and got breakfast and came on in to work. I thought it was gonna be a good day throughout. I get a funny feeling, it comes from deep inside. I get all mad and angry, wanting to go and hide. My doctor calls it depression, my dad says it's just me. Being A Little Selfish

I had a mamogram last week and got a call from my obgyn this morning telling me I have to go and have a spot compression test because my mamogram showed a mass on my right breast. I get this news the day after my 45th birthday HAPPY F....Birthday to me huh. Well I go in for the test on Nov. 5th ...the 4 year anniverary of my Dad's passing of all days. It's a beautiful summer evening, the sky is clear, the moon is full. You can see the stars as they stretch out across the landscape. We have finally decided the time is right to meet. Yesterday / Wreck

I have worked so much today. I feel like I am ahead of the game. I am almost completely done with the 3rd quarter job costing. I did sales tax yesterday and didn't send it in to my Dad to sign today which wouldn't have mattered since he didn't go to work today and is in Seattle at the moment and is not coming back until Monday night to turn around and go to Palm Springs on Wednesday for a week! Its such a shame that someone I put a lot of trust into (more than with most people) and cared about has pretty much turned their back on me. I have a feeling that its because of some shit going on between him and my roommate's girlfriend. In all honesty, that does not/should not involve me, but apparently it does. I am in LOVE with the most perfect man ever. He is absolutly amazing. No matter what happens with our relationship I will always love him. I honestly have never felt this way for anyone. When we argue/fight, we can never stay mad at each other. He also tries his hardest NOT to yell at me, but has a couple of times. I will admit I deserved it. People say girls never deserve being yelled at or hit, but I believe if you've messed up the ways I have then you deserve to be yelled at. Also, no matter how jealous I get, he may get upset with me, but not mad at me. The way he makes me laugh and smile at times that I am down is just great. No one has ever done that. Ok that is the question. If you were at a supermarket or not so supermarket and there was a line behind you, would you help bag your own groceries? I know some of you out there would say no and I would like to know why? I have been in a line when someone does not start writing the check out until the end and that pisses me off too. Chest Pain
Yesterday I went to work just like any other day. I was just building planes with my partner( work not love ya sickos) and I started feeling like someone was punching me in the chest. After 15 minutes it felt like I was being stabbed so I went to our on site Medical office. I just got home from the hospital. Overnight I got poked, prodded and tested all to find out my high blood pressure meds were thrown off cause I changed my diet and started eating healthy. Weird how doing the right thing can mess you up as bad as doing the wrong ones.

Still Working On It
Well all last winter I did really good on working out everyday, eating right but the weight it's self didn't seem to go anywhere. I was getting slimmer but stayed the same weight. Very frustrating. Well this fall winter season I am just watching my calorie intake and not working out as much, due to so much school work. And I am dropping the weight. I have lost 15lbs, I need to lose at least another 15 to be only 49% overweight. Beign tall really helps hide the weight, and of course wearing baggy clothing. So I guess I will just have to keep up with what I am doing, I might start adding in some work outs here and there so I can slim what I have lost.

When I wake up, I walk to the next park, nap, wake, walk, nap. All day long. I also hang out in libraries and colleges. Colleges are great because nobody suspects that you don't take classes there. The key to sleeping outside is to be nocturnal. If a security guard sees you sleeping on a bench at night, he'll assume you're homeless and rape you. Injury Update
Hey All, Just to update everyone where i have been. Initially i was released from the hospital after 3 days with diagnosed concussion & a tear in my oblique muscle, & some general back trauma. All this from rolling my truck. Anyhow last week, i was on fubar, went to lay down & was awakened by severe pain on my left side & the inability to get a full breath ( i work in healthcare ) so i knew there was an issue at hand, i was taken to the e.r. A x-ray was done & confirmed my left lung had partially collapsed, probally due to a piece of rib bone they may have missed initially.. so i havd a chest tube placed ( worst fucking pain ever ) & my lung was successfully re-inflated. I was released back home on wednesday & am finally feeling well enough to pop on & say hi. Fitness Thoughts
My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 now & we don't know where the hell she is! The only reason I would take up jogging is so I could hear heavy breathing again. I joined a health club last year, spent about 400 bucks. Haven't lost a pound. Apparently you have to show up? I have to exercise in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing. I don't exercise at all. If God meant us to touch our toes, he would have put them further up our body. I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me. I have flabby thighs, but fortunately my stomach covers them. The advantage of exercising every day is that you die healthier. I can't believe I have found such a wonderful man to share my life with. He is such a great guy! Big Ass Cricket
Here i was sitting in my office and trying to work.. My 7yr old son lets out a squeal.. i come running and he whimpers that there is a big spider on the wall. Mums And My Friends
Well I hope my last mum did not offend any of my friends. I knew it would get a lot of responce, just did not expect such nastness from people it offended. Saw Iv A Quick Review
Just came back from seeing saw 4, and have to say it was ok, did not like it as much as the others, because the twist was a let down this time. but i wont spoil it but there was still fun to be had, there was alot more gore this time round. you never went more then 10 mins without seein some red stuff on screen the traps was good to, (some of the traps was a 2 player game) the movie was left open for another saw. so i guess we will see another one in a year or 2 sorry my review is not very long but its hard 2 say anything else without using spoilers but i gave it 8/10 on imdb heres a quick clip of saw 4 (tiny bit of blood) have a good weekend

Just Some Stuff
Ok so I've come to a crossroads in my life with many separate paths leading off from here. I went and looked at a stereo school in Houston today. It's a 12 week program covering everything from the basics of Watts' and Ohms' laws(yeah when you get certified you have to know how it all ties together) to speakerbox design to working with fiberglass and metals. And that's just the first 4 weeks! The next four get more in depth with alot more hands on design and build. The third 4 cover custom interior and sewing(building seats, working with all types of materials, custom dash and lighting). Overall the program sounds really good to me but I'm not sure whether I want to give up on trying to get back to college or not. I've been trying(though sometimes not very hard) for the last year to get a job but nothing seems to be turning up. Help My Son's School
help my son's school I don't usually do this but I am askin for help for my son's school. Iziah goes to Masson here in Lorain and they are collecting pop tabs for Ronald McDonald House in Cleveland. For the last 2 years they have collected enough pop tabs to win second place but would love to win first this year. All pop tabs need to be turned in by April so if you could help out send me a message and I will give you my address so you can send them to me. The second thing that I want to ask help for is if anyone can save those box tops for education for him and the school (if you don't already save them for your childs school). Its a great program that helps out the schools and it only takes a minute to clip them off the products that you use every day. These can be turned in anytime during the school year.
