Give Thanks
God only knows how long you will live, how far life will take you, what path you will take, what arguements you will get into, where those arguements will lead you, or so on and so forth. So be thankful for today, be thankful for the family you have (no matter what is going on between you), be thankful for the friends you have, be thankful for the shelter over your head (no matter how small or worn it is), be thankful for every breath you take because everything you have it is a gift, not a given. A Passage To India, Episode 8 (or 9, Lost Count)
Off to India again! As last time I nearly missed my connection in London because of fog, I decided to go to London the day before, in order to leave to Delhi tomorrow without having to worry about delays on the flight from Brussels to London. Sitting in the Sheraton Heathrow now. Tomorrow I leave to Delhi, where I will arrive in the middle of the night on Sunday morning. Then meeting in Delhi on Tuesday (rescheduled, was planned on Monday). Original meeting planned on Tuesday has been cancelled, meaning the next meeting is then on Thursday in Bhubaneswar (travel from Delhi to Bhubaneswar on Wednesday). A Belated Thanksgiving Wish To All
To my family, friends and fans on CherryTap, Happy Thanksgiving late. I'm sorry I didn't get around with holiday wishes for you all, but I was offline, spending time with my real life family. Turned out to be one of the nicest Thanksgivings I've ever had in my life. Along with myself, my fiancee and her two kids, both my kids were there, my daughter with her boyfriend and my son in between legs of a tour. Also present were Catherine and Jason and my Grandson Kaydin. Every got along great and the food was scrumptious. Everyone pitched in to help with cleanup, so it actually ended without the usual huge mess in the kitchen. After dinner we had homemade pumpkin pie and toasted with Mikes Hard Lemonade before a 4 hour Guitar Hero tournament, during which our good friends Anne, Michelle and Ashly made appearances. All in all just a great day. Thanks to everyone there for all your efforts to make it a fantasic holiday! I'll remember this one for a long time!

New Family Addition
I have grand-puppies! My neighbors German Shepard (we have joint custody of the dog) had puppies! Get this-eleven (11) of them! 7 girls and 4 boys! I ended up with joint custody when Sissy (the female dog) went into 'heat' and we bred her with my German Shepard. It seems she likes it at my house more than at her own, so she is normally found here constatnly. Either way, about 1.30 pm I got another holiday surprise. Finally! I thought she was gonna try and hold them pups in till Christmas. My cat had her kittens on Mothers Day this year, and a few Christmas' ago is when I received a drop-off Irish Setter-some fool took him out into the country where I live, and dropped him off-completely housebroke, neutered, and a wonderful dog. Thanksgiving Festivities
Okay so i had to celebrate thanksgiving 3 TIMES!! The first thanksgiving took place at my moms around noon. My mom was really peeved because noone else showed up and/ i only ate a half of plate of food but thats because I knew what i had to do next. Next I went to a church friends place in Monks Corner and ate there at 2 pm. GOsh it was sooo good i mean the food....and the deserts were so deliousous and homemade!! Black Friday

True Feelings
I lost a lot as a kid. I lost my freedom to be another sport playing, hide and seek kind of kid. I've dealt with more adversities and tragedies than I've needed to. My father .. who I truly miss was never around. I met him when I was 17 and posted in a psychiatric ward, I still don't know if he came around because he felt bad or if he just wanted to look death in its eyes. I was diagnosed with manic depression at the age of 7, when I was 16 I was diagnosed with mild schizophrenia. I had nothing to live for .. still wonder to this day why I continue to fight. I don't know why I have so much to write about tonight, I think the thoughts are returning and I need to release some of the useless anger and emotion. So .. For the next little while .. I might be off.

THE MAN WHO KNOWS HIS MATH He writes: I was riding to work yesterday when I observed a female driver, who cut right in front of a pickup truck, causing the driver to drive onto the shoulder to avoid hitting her. This evidently angered the driver enough that he hung his arm out is window and gave the woman the finger. "Man, that guy is stupid," I thought to myself. I ALWAYS smile nicely and wave in a sheepish manner whenever a female does anything to me in traffic, and here’s why: I drive 48 miles each way every day to work. That's 96 miles each day. Of these, 16 miles each way is bumper-to-bumper. Most of the bumper-to-bumper is on an 8 lane highway. There are 7 cars every 40 feet for 32 miles. That works out to 982 cars every mile, or 31,424 cars. Even though the rest of the 32 miles is not bumper-to-bumper, I figure I pass at least another 4000 cars. That brings the number to something like 36,000 cars that I pass every day.

With it being the whole holiday shopping season I had another one of my patented random thoughts at work yesterday. All these stores are having these sales and these huge deals and making you have a reason to wake up at 3 am to wait for hours in a parking lot for one little door lock to turn. Well almost everywhere that is. The one thing that comes to my mind is car dealerships. I mean sure they have these sales of 0% interest for a few years or a couple grand off or something along those lines. But you never ever see a car lot have a buy one get one free (or even half off) sale. Some radio and tv commercials talk about how the lots are overflowing and they need to be gotten rid of. Ingredients: * CREAM CHEESE FILLING(recipe follows) * 1 package (about 18.5 oz.) banana cake mix * 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts * 2 tablespoons sugar Directions: 1. Prepare CREAM CHEESE FILLING; set aside. Heat oven to 350°F. Line muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper bake cups. 2. Prepare cake batter according to package directions. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full with batter. Spoon about 1 teaspoonful CREAM CHEESE FILLING into center of each cupcake. Cool completely. About 3 dozen cupcakes. I have been trying all night to get a picture on here of my cousin Jason. It will be one year tomorrow he was killed in a car wreck. The driver of the car was drunk and speeding. I lost my cousin in a split second.He was 25 with his whole life ahead of him. I miss him so much. He was a good kid. I use to babysit him and his older brother when they were kids. Well I can't see me being entered into any of the contests on here, and as for winning, well no chance LOL.
