My First Blog (intro)
OK, so this will be my first blog entry. I have done a lot of other things on CherryTap (pics, Stashes, Bulletins, ect...), but not this. I am going to start buy copying some of my old blogs from Myspace over to here because I like them and want to share them with the CherryTAP community as well. About me though... I am 31yo and live in Albuquerque, NM. I work as a freelance contractor and go to college for video game design/development. I am on parole (been to prison) for aggravated battery. What Makes The Measure Of Your Day?
What makes the measure of your day? Is it your accomplishments at work? At home with your family? What about in the number of smiles you give during a day? My Black Eye
For the past month or so I've had a problem with my eye. At first I thought it was because I had hit myself in my eye whilst sleeping as I woke up with a slightly sore eye. Then over the next few days it started to colour, like I had been hit. The the swelling started after a week, which made me think I had a sty, so I figured I would leave it and that it would go away. It got a little better, but now it is worse than ever, and I suppose I should go to the Doctors, which I don't really wanna do, cus I will avoid seeing the Doctor unless I'm more or less at death's door, but my eye is starting to piss me off now, so I guess I should really go.

Early Morning Thoughts

Can't Believe It's Been This Long.
I used to be the one to wake up and say a "hello" to a lot of my CT family here.. but it just hasn't been on my priority list since school and work started to rudely get in the way. 2 more months and I might be able to do it all over if anybody is still willing to lend me an ear.. or a mouth [heh].. for a while... My Memorial Day Weekend
I hope everyone had a great Memorial day weekend. It rained the whole weekend here so it pretty much shattered the camping at the lake idea. Kim and I ran away to a hotel fo a night to get away. We got a room with a Jacuzzi bath tub and a king size bed. We had a lot of fun in this room and completely enjoyed ourselves. As of tomorrow you will not see me until Fri evening for a bit, then not till Monday. As most of you know my son is in his 2nd stage of his 16 weeks training in the Army @ Ft. Knox, Ky. I have sooo much to do tomorrow (Tue) to get ready for the trip, I doubt if I will get on the pc at all. Then its early to bed, to rise early Wednesday morning and make the trip to Ft Knox to see my son. Wednesday night is is graduation Dinner then Thursday morning he graduates as a Calvary Scout. He will have to then board a plane @ 1:00 pm and head to his duty station @ Ft. Hood, in Kileen, Tx. sighs I dont know when I will see him again but he has assured me that he will come see me before he deplys to Iraq. So as u can see, I will be busy with my #1 priorty.. As I've already told some people who have rated me 7s or 8s...I actually prefer that over 'obligatory' 10s & 11s. I Am Home ... For Awhile
I got home late last night after another few days on the road as a traveling nurse. I am now home for a few days before I head out again for four days. I then will be home the following week for a few days before heading out again for four days and then ... VACATION. YAY!!!! I am very tired of the traveling and working in new surroundings from week to week as a nurse and then also not knowing the people I am working with at all either. I don't know what I want to do more.... work around the house and garden or sleep for the next few days before heading out again. School starts in a few weeks here and my son just returned from summer camp and the summer is now winding down so fall is approaching quickly. Things will be getting nearly back to normal soon.

Surgery Update
Hey everybody, Well Surgery went as planned and even thow there was a few complications I'm home and do'n well. Tuesday the 14th @ 7:30 am I went into the hospital for hernia surgery. I got preped and surgery start'd round 10am. I was released and was able to go home shortly after 5:30 pm. While n surgery they found pesticides n my system which reacted with the Anastetics which end'd up paralizeng me for a few hrs. I'm home and walk'n round (slowly) yes i'm n pain but the drugs r help'n now n then. Thank you all for showing ur support it really helped Thank you all, Johnny Thomas

Last Saturday and Sunder were pretty well filled with cutting ivy off the back fence, mowing the yard, and trimming shrubs. Irregular Eeg Results
Ive got a ton to blog about, been meaning to since thursday but even.. thinkin about some of it stressed me so i havent yet. Later tho. Today i had my follow up appointment for my MRI and my EEG at the neurologist. My brain itself looks fine on the MRI. but My EEG showed difuse slowing of the brain waves. Something about it being either vascular or metobolic. Ive gotta fast tonight so i can go get a shitload of blood work done in the morning to check my liver and thyroid and toxins and whatever else she said that I cant rememebr right now. I guess the slowing can be caused by numerious things, we just have to figure out what. Well I am 1 week away from the moving date. The move it elf isn't bothering me at all. Whats bothering me is I still have no place to live.... Out of all the friends I have and spoke to only 2 of them are really concerned about my welfair. What really sucks is what family I do have left dont even care. Sometimes I really wonder what is going wrong with people today.

Cream Of No Nuts Soup
This beautiful creamy, velvet, rich soup is wonderful by itself or served with a grilled salmon steak with herb salad. Ingredients: 2 Cup Chicken stock 2 Cup 1/2 & 1/2 ( half cream and half milk) 2 Tbs.ve oil 2 Tbs. butter 1/4 Cup sweet onion - chopped 2 Tbs. garlic - chopped fine 1/4 Cup flour 1 tsp. lemon juice Directions: In an 8 qt sauce pan, put chicken stock into pan on medium heat. In skillet, get pan hot and Put olive oil in, add sweet onions and garlic until tender, Add butter and melt to a light yellow color. Add flour, ( be sure to coat all flour with oil and butter), add 1/2 & 1/2 slowly, making sure to wisk at the same time. This will give you a creamy look and feel to your soup that will be unforgetable. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice to chicken stock. Add chicken stock slowly, (Chicken stock should almost be at a boil) while wisking. Return to heat for thicking. Thicking to desire taste, salt ( koser ) and pepper to taste. Serve with crusty bread and WO

Really Need Help With A Salute
In order to get to the next level faster I need to create a salute. I have a camera and I have paper to write the salute, but I don't have anyone to take the picture and I can't use a mirror for it be backwards and I can't write backwards that well. I asked people who live in my general area to meet with me in order to make a salute, but apparently everyone thinks of me as Charles Manson or something. Itchy Bitchy Spider Part 2
My very beautiful tarantula has a brand new skin! She rolled on her back yesterday, just before I had to go to work. I was so nervous because I thought that I was totally going to miss the molting proces. This main course originates in the Balearic Islands of the Mediterranean. The bacon in these meatballs make them extra flavorful. Today I woke up with a headache took some med and went back to sleep, woke up 2 hours later when my alarm went out feeling much worse, I have so much to do today to feel like I am not a falure and I dont need this fucking headache. I Am Sick
Hello all my friends, I am writing to you to let you know that I am very sick. I am on fubar on and off due to being sick. Depending on how I feel depends on how long I stay on. I went to the ER on Friday with a possible heart attack. They did X-rays, EKG, and a CAT scan to see what it is. They know that it is not a heart attack, stroke or blood clot, but they can't figure out what exactly it is. I have some test coming up in mid November to find out why I am unable to breathe. I wish they would do something about the pain in my chest and my bones. I can hardly move without crying from the pain. So, for anyone who prays, please keep me in your prayers that the doctors find what is wrong with me so that we can start a treatment to take care of the problem. I want an end to this. I'm Home :d
Well I'm home with lots of equipment to help me toooooooooooooo much equipment lol but hopefully will be able to get rid of some of it soon. Bouncer Check
I have experienced the same problem as everyone else. The bouncer check popping up after every comment, or anything else here. I did out of frustration figure how to avoid it while bombing. Go to the pic your going to bomb, when you go to make a comment, rest your hand across the letters on your keyboard which should give you random letters like this iujnyhbt, then hit send. As long as the letters are different everytime you won't get the bouncer check. Now, I'm only telling you what has worked for me. I don't want to promise this will definitely work and some of you still get the bouncer check. But try it and if it works, good, if not then I'll try something else. I'm In Uraine As Of November 11th.
Hi there!! Just want to say hello and hope things are well with everybody. I got into Kiev, Ukraine as of yesterday. It was raining yesterday but as of today it is snowing right now. Many Months Of Excitement

Lets start with Sept. : My best friend from high school, Erin, found me on myspace and it turned out that she lived 5 hours from me in Orange Grove, TX. I had to make a trip to see her. I was sick, but would not let that stop me. We pulled into her town around 11pm and could not find a motel room and had to double back to Mathis, TX. Does anyone know if there are any decent, honest people (besides me, lol) looking for romance online? In the last week, one guy told me I had promised not to talk to other men and I had disappointed him and he loves me (I responded to one email saying 'ok, I would like to get to know you' and am sure I never promised such a thing). Another guy after sending me roses, seriously pursuing me, and getting me to fall for him tells me he was robbed and needs money-- well it's kinda ok cuz I don't have any so if he's just scamming me it ain't gonna work. Early European settlers of America report the use of sweat lodges among tribes. Just Some Thoughts
Ok so I'm not much of a blogger. But I thought I'd give it a shot. Sometimes it's nice to just put your feelings down on "paper" so to speak. I'm not the most creative writer, but hey...we can't all have skills like that. So these past few weeks have been interesting for me. I've met someone that I've grown really close to. But I constantly worry I'll screw it up. Kinda sad huh? It's so hard...for me at least....to find someone who can see you for the person you truly are. I've dealt with negativity and name calling all my life. But this person seems to be genuine. She really makes me feel special and feel like I am normal, and not just some person everyone makes fun of. Anyway...just wanted to start my first blog off with that. Hopefully things will stay great. I wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
