I'm Not A Doctor, ...
but I play one in a FRICKEN MOVIE! That's right, I got yet another call back to be an extra in "The Dark Knight", the next batman movie, which is known by it's code name of "Rory's First Kiss". So, for the last two days, I clocked thirty hours, of mostly sitting in the extras holding tent. In fact I didn't even make it on set at all yesterday(which kind of sucks). I had a few close encounters with the camera in a couple of scenes I did on Wednsday, but there were a lot of other extras (300 plus) and a lot of scenes, so we'll just have to wait and see if anything I was in makes it past the cutting room.According to my character sheet, I was playing Andre Chaintrueil, Admissions manager for Gotham General Hospital, but wardrobe wanted me in scrubs as opposed to a shirt and tie. And during the set line ups I was placed in the "administrative looking hospital staff" group. So take it for what it is. Been out of the fubar loop for a while. Today is the first day I have gotten on the computer since I came down with the Pneumonia. I had my follow up appointment this morning and had a specialist look at my "vioce box". Looks like I may have a deep dusky voice for the rest of my life. Bad News
I made the call today to find out what the results were for my tests I've been having done. I was hoping for good news and thought that everything was going to be fine, but instead I got the bad news. I was informed that I completely aborted the baby. This is now my 4th miscarriage. My God. For like a week or so, I had to make 4-5 different accounts on here because they all kept getting deleted. When I created this one, they said it was because I don't look my age, but wtf? Surgery

Christmas Memories
I just got done decorating the Christmas tree with my family. As tradition goes, I put the last ornament on the tree, and as I did I remembered my dad, who passed away Sept. 2004. The ornament I put on the tree was the first Christmas present my wife got for my dad. It was a Packers Christmas tree ornament. As I put it on the tree, I started remembering the past Christmases with my mom and dad and sister, how my dad would sit in his chair and pass out ornaments for us to put on the tree...how he and I would put the lights up on the house every year. I remember so many Christmas mornings when after we got home from church, we would gather in the living room and my dad would pass out the presents to everyone. Last week I was in Atlanta , Georgia attending a conference. While I was in the airport, returning home, I heard several people behind me beginning to clap and cheer. I immediately turned around and witnessed one of the greatest acts of patriotism I have ever seen. Moving thru the terminal was a group of soldiers in their camos. As they began heading to their gate, everyone (well almost everyone) was abruptly to their feet with their hands waving and cheering. Well, tomarrow is the big christmas party at my grandma's and I just can't wait till it starts. Unfortunately, though I've got two little ones who have a nasty cough and cold. I have not really decided if I should go to the party with them coughing and such. In my job I see lifes new beginnings and lifes endings. Some of the new beginnings and endings happen very close together. As we walk through life we take small things like eating and breathing for what it is. Lifes needs. My job is trying to save the smallest of small lives. God Is Still Looking Out For Me!
this morning I woke up and turned off the alarm... I realized that I didnt have to get up as early as normal.. so I rolled over to get another hours sleep then i remembered that I had forgot to place my cellphone on the charger last night and had left it in the kitchen so I got up, opened my bedroom door and went into the kitchen as I was returning to the bedroom..an electric heater I keep on in the bathroom shorted out and caught fire. I quickly yanked the cord unplugging it and was able to put the fire out before it could spread. the floor and wall were slightly scorched but otherwise undamaged. I dont know what would have happened if I had not gotten up to grab my cellphone but I know that it would have been a lot worse if not tragic or fatal had I not done so.

We will once again have a 2 hour bombfest this Thursday evening from 8p - 10p central time or 9-11p Eastern time. THAT'S TONIGHT. I spent my teenage years in ohio and my parents are still there, so I try to get back often. This past trip was nearly a flyby. I planned my arrival to coincide with my Mom 75 birthday. Lean Pocket Recall: Latest in a Series of Food Risks by Staff Thousands of a chicken-stuffed Lean Pockets are being recalled because the microwaveable food may contain plastic pieces, the U.S. government said. Nestle Prepared Foods Co. in Mount Sterling, Ky. is recalling about 200,000 pounds of frozen stuffed chicken sandwich products after the company received consumer complaints, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service said in a news release. The recalled products are 9-ounce boxes of Lean Pockets Spinach Artichoke Chicken -- 2 sandwiches with a Best Before date of Nov 2009 followed by a package code beginning 8144 544616. Also printed on the side of the package is the establishment number P7721A. The line being recalled was produced May 23 and distributed to retail stores nationwide, the FSIS said. The federal food watchdog agency said it hasn't received any consumer complaints but did note two injuries were reported to the company.

Crane Accident At A Chemical Plant
For those of you who keep up with the news, especialy in and around the Houston ,TX. area. There was a major crane accident at my dads work. The worlds 2nd largest crane was being built in front of my dads auto shop, when today he was working on a van and he heard a loud pop and looked up and seen the boom of the crane was crashing down in his direction. He ran for his life trying to get out of harms way, not knowing if he could get out of reach from the 420 foot boom.when it hit another crane and redirected its path away from him and several other co workers. There as of this time are four dead and several injured. For i am 32 and never seen my father cry, when he got home to all his family waiting to hear from him and know he was safe brought tears to his and everyone elses eys to know he was one of the lucky ones who made out alive. So, let me get this straight: Fubar has this rating system, which I assume is based completely on personal opinion, of which everyone has. But, if you rate anything less than '10' you have some kind of problem. Why have a rating system if you can't be honest. Actually, I rarely rate anything lower than a '10'. If I don't like something I just don't rate it at all. If I choose to rate something at any level that should be my choice and not subject to discussion or personal attacks. A mother took her five-year-old son with her to the bank on a busy lunchtime. Im Deafened By My Own Silence
Today I woke up and could not utter a word. It was not because I could not speak it was mearly because when I opened my mouth to speak nothing would allow itself to come out. I have been sitting here in the silence for a while. I do not understand the silence. Is it just because I have nothing to say. Is it because I am afraid of what I might say if any sound comes out of me. I know that my life is not my own anymore. I started to change some time ago. I let peices of me go and pushed them out of my way, because they didnt fit in my life. Who I was, was pushed out of the way as well. But I didnt notice I was doing was I forgot to replace the things I was getting rid of with new things. And so now I have left myself an empty shell. 3-year "marriage" Contract
Aoife and I were growing weary of being on pay-as-you-go plans. My plan with Telus was okay, costing me about $50 per month (plus tax) for my limitless incoming calls and limitless texting, but her Rogers plan sucked ass - she couldn't get text bundles like I could. So off we went yesterday, up to the mall and into the Telus store to check out a "family" plan so we could both upgrade and get free calling/texting between us. So I was at work (I work the door at a neighborhood bar), when a conversation started about men being losers. Seeing as how I'm a guy I sort of had to defend the rest of my species, at least in general principle. Savage News At A Savage Hour
Ho Ho friends it is 10:30 at night here in the quiet state of Michigan and yet my ears are ringing loud and clear. My plans for the week have already been disrupted by some seriously savage news. Fun And Guns
sup folks i shot my first gun today. honestly it was really cool. i fired my dads pistol and his shotgun off. the first thing i notice about the gun range is lot of differnt people where there they were old and young, black and white. all walkes of life shot guns. the other thing i noticed was the staffs had guns.(dare you to hold that shop up) i filled out the gun safty test which what as easy as a highlights magazine wordcross. we started with a the shotgun. when if you don't know a shotgun is cool because its more like a catupulte, you can shot anything out of it. today we used buckshot. the kick of a shotgun is pretty strong, it not as bad if you fire it from your shoulder. Well i didnt shoot it very well i broke the target holder(shot too high) but the more i shot the better i got at shooting it. then we fired the pistol...that was bad. well tv lied , you know how tv has people shooting pistols like its easy. yeah i said it its harded to fire a pistol then a shot gun.

National Cupcake Day
October 18 marks National Chocolate Cupcake Day. To celebrate, Billy Reece, owner of Billy’s Bakery in New York City, was invited on the “Today” show to share his renowned recipes. Ingredients• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour • 1 1/3 cups sugar • 3 teaspoons baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/2 cup shortening • 1 cup milk • 1 teaspoon vanilla • 2 large eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake pans with paper liners. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add shortening, milk, and vanilla. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Scrape side of bowl with a spatula. Add eggs to the mixture. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Scrape bowl again. Beat on high speed for 1 minute 30 seconds until well mixed. Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes in pans then remove and place on wire racks to cool complete
