Water Makes You Pee
I joined this six week fat loss program at goodlife gym. It's where you have a personal trainer for hour an hour 3 times a week for six weeks who makes you do resistance training but more engaged. then you do carido for half an hour after. You also have to drink shit loads of water, as in each week the amount goes up and it's ridiculous amounts and everyone's like 'you're going to die if you drink that much water" but anyways. You also get this meal plan for the six weeks and you have your breakfast lunch and dinner and three snacks during the day and it tells you exactly what to each and how much and stuff. i'm only on day two so i mean, it's fine so far :P i really like food *tear* oh well. i'll keep posting about this to see how my results go. not that anyone cares :P MAOW!

So Very Thankful!
so I lost my right front tooth last wednesday and spent the majority of that night in the hospital because they thought I had multiple head injuries...but no, just my tooth shot straight out of my mouth..didn't hurt... so anyways I went to the denist for an emergency appt the next day (last thurs) and when they told me they coulnd't put my tooth back in I cried for about 10 minutes...lol. and then they told me to give them a mold of my mouth and to come back in 4 hrs so I could get something put in that space so I wouldn't look like a redneck.. I didn't know what to expect...so instead of going home I went to my friend Dawn's house and hung out with her..tryin to get my mind off the fact my fucking smile was busted.. so 4 hrs later I went back to the dentist and in 30 seconds they were like "just pop this thing in" it looks like a retainer with a little white thing on the end...well when it's out of the mouth it just doesn't look like anything..so they popped it in my mouth and holy s

I'm Tired.
I wanted to kinda drop a line to everyone and let y'all know what's up since I haven't been in touch alot. Nobody reads bulletins, so I figured this would be the best way. Not only am I now employed again, but was working 2 jobs for a period of time, and currently haven't had a day off at all in almost a month. I'm down to only one job, but I can work double shifts and extra hours there if I want..... finally I am almost caught up after the roommate fiasco, which DID NOT help my financial situation, but left me in a deeper mess. NEVER AGAIN! I will work double shifts til I drop dead before anyone moves in my home again. It's nice to know that even tho I'm gettin old and don't feel well alot of the time, I can still get it done when I have to...... I Am So Proud But Yet So Upset
I am so proud of my son Dakota he was presented 3 Rewards today at school. He got the Principal's Honor Roll Award for Having All A's , He got a Citizenship Award for showing good Citizenship in the school. And he Also got the Top Flight Eagle Award for working so hard and keeping his grades up. What Parent wouldn't be happy. However the school year is coming to an end and they are telling him that no matter if he passes the CRCT Test (Which is a test to show how much a student has learned and what they still need to work on) He is going to Fail and be held back in the 1st Grade Again. Last year he was held back because He was struggling in Reading and they had thought that if they put him in the second grade this year that he would have Struggled. But now he has done a complete turn around and has all A's they want to hold him back again. There reason is Because he has missed 18 Days of school which I had sent a note with him For each day he missed and told them w

I've learned that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is stalk them and hope they panic and eventually give in. WOW!!! Too jet-lagged to do it all now, but I'll soon post pics, vid and a full report on my big trip. Glad to be home & see all your smiling faces again! New Changes To The Private Message System

I wake up each day regretful. Regretful that my eyes even opened. Im so tired of all the chaos. Im tired of always coping. My life seems like a mistake to me when I think about the past. Home Hiv Tests
So along with my 3 month AIM (adult industry medical) test, I found out about this little ditty: http://www.homeaccess.com (which is the ONLY FDA APPROVED at home HIV test kit) and I just tried one of those out as well... the clean AIM test I needed for my upcoming time out in LA... but for my own personal desire to double check I snagged a home access kit... this thing was nice, easy and most of all anonymous... (is it really? read more heh) anyway, I ordered a kit and got it in about 2 days from home access directly... the use of the kit was easy and totally painless as you just get a packet full of 2 capped pinsticks, swabs, gauze, band aid and a mini packet with a target on it... it's an interesting system, but its easy and anyone can pretty much figure it out :p... you take the pinstick which is in a rectangular tube, you stick your fingertip over it and put a bit of pressure on it... the pin sticks out and then you bleed drops at a time... as you bleed

The Pickle Jar The pickle jar as far back as I can remember sat on the floor beside the dresser in my parents' bedroom. When he got ready for bed, Dad would empty his pockets and toss his coins into the jar. As a small boy I was always fascinated at the sounds the coins made as they were dropped into the jar. Movie Review
I took my boys to see Spiderman 3 tonight. I hope they don't make anymore Spiderman movies as this one was not the greatest. One of my kids even fell asleep. There was a lot of wonderful critiscism over this show, but honestly, I didn't enjoy it at all. There weren't a lot of action scenes and when there was, it was too dark to really appreciate it. The dramatic scenes were overdramatic, predictable, and frankly - boring. The actors did a fantastic job of what they had to work with. Poor Kirsten Dunst seems to have lost a huge amount of weight. She did not look happy. But - these are my opinions and I hope other people could enjoy the movie more than I.

I went on a long run from Kentucky down to NC then up the full length of the Blue Ridge Parkway , through the Monogahela national Forest , back down through WV,Va,Tenn,NC into Georgia then back to KY.. I have just added some of the photos I took along the way ( I screwed up on transfering one of my data cards to my puter and deleted over 300 photos I took but had some left on other cards) These are not the best of the shots I got but they are the only ones I still have... Tristens Graduation
Well the end of the school year is next week but for all the kids that go to the YMCa Nursery School Friday June 22, 2007 is there last day. Tristen graduation is Tomorrow Wed June 20th, 2007 I have spend a few hours doing baking for the party. I made cookies & muffins. This Month Is A Tough One

Transformers, Move Out!!
I treated myself to the movie, went at 930am to the local cinema which has a DLP setup, just like the hi def tv here at home. I was in the theater with maybe 20 other people. The special effects are awesome, the bots going into and out of vehicle mode was great. very smooth, and life like. I normally don't get excited by a movie or characters, but with this one I was getting wrapped in the story. Definitely an Autobot fan. If you haven't gone, go, it is one of the best ways to 2.5 hours in a fantasy world.

Kidney Failure
I went to a class today on my pre-transplant kidney and I have also went to the dialysis classes. My problem im having is the decision to go on dialysis and then get a transplant or just remain on dialysis forever till I am comfortable enough to go thru the transplant procedure. To be honest im scared as hell about the transplant, if I do reject it then im back to where I started, or if its a success then i can get back to normal and not to relay on a machine to keep me alive. But the precentage of rejection is pretty low according to them. And then I need to figure out if I want on a donor list or do I put my family or friends to the trouble of seeing if they are a match for me as a living donor, ITS ALOT HARDER ON THE DONOR THEN IT IS ONN THE RECIEPTIANT AND I CANT SEE PUTTING MY LOVED ONES THROUGH THE PAIN JUST FOR ME? My Summer
For my friends that dont have me on Myspace...I feel I need to explain my absence. I took a few days off work at the begining of August and I spent some time with my kids. We went out on long bike rides and had cookouts. I spent some time renting movies and hanging out with my kids b4 they started back to school. Saw some good movies. 300, Preminition, the Number 23, Ditribia, and a lot more....it was fun...and my son (who is now 11) watched alot of them with me...and we had a good time. I have been getting the kids ready for school. They started back this past week. I never realized that I hated shopping so much, but after the past week or so I realize that its not nearly so much fun when you dont get anything for yourself....LMAO. Life has its ups and downs...............God gave man a soul, along with the ability to make decisions about life. Many times we base our decisions on emotions rather than thought. Whether it be about love, politics, our finances, etc. We end up getting hurt. How illogical.When we let this happen we become what I call the sheepol. Guardian Angels
ok..this is my first blog, so let me know if it was done right. On october 2nd, 2006, i left work at 8:30am and went to drive home. After 5-6 minutes in the car, i had a seizure while driving and lost control of my car. Nobody was hurt but car crashed into a pile of boulders. Police and emt came asking how i was and i was ok , but couldnt tell them due to multiple seizures that were still going. They took me to the hospital for observation and i agreed to it. They did a test, put me in emergency and then i waited. A couple hours later, my brother came and then my seizures were stopping. I got dressed and was going to sign myself out. The dr. came up to me and said "what are you doing"? I told her i was going home with my brother. She then said,"oh no..i admitted you. we found a growth on your neck...your staying". The drs, did 2 cat scans, 3 mris and 1 biopsy. The tests showed that i had a cancerous tumor in my neck and bone damage was done to my vertabrae. My dr. was concerned

Heart I had open heart surgery in August 14, 1998. After the surgery I was induced into a 3 week coma. Sometime between the surgery and coma I, suffered a stroke. The stroke affected my left side. I can not move the fingers on my left hand individually. That is the biggest disability I feel. Being as I was left handed before 98’. My typing is a little slower now, along with a couple misspellings here and there. 98-99’ I Had, a deliberator implanted. It’s like top of the line pacemaker. If my heart rate goes over 180 I get shocked. Well, hopefully by writing this blog. I wont have to tell this to every person that asks. If not I doubt I’ll mind explaining it to you.

My Very First Road Trip By Myself...yay
So i just have to say I made my very first road trip by myself...yay. See my ex husband and i have been together for 12 years and he always drove everywhere, i never had to. Furthest i have driven is like an hour from my house. I am really bad with directions and i hate to get lost cuz i have anxiety and i will panic. So my friend came up from eugene on friday and we hung out, so last night I drove down to Eugene. it is about 2 1/2 hours away down I5. Once i got onto I5 i was okay till I hit thick fog and that sucked. I grabbed a huge rockstar on the way out of town to keep me awake. So i got there and hung out. I also got sick yesterday with a really really bad cough. so i was up all night long from coughing, and plus the huge rockstar um kept me awake. So i left and i did pretty good with driving. Just Some Crazy Thoughts
Ok I sit here in my bed on this computer and wonder why people are the way they are. Just a little background information I have had a rough year. I lost 11 family members this year so far and i have lost 15 really close friends you know the friends that you grew up with and stayed in touch. On top of they my wife decided since I went on a deployment that i might not come back and fell in love with another man. Moving him into my house. upon my return i found a lot of stuff missing or gone. She moved out with him. that sums up about the last year in my life. The holidays approach. Reality checked me: My cousin Julie (second cousin)has ovarian cancer. She is in her mid thirties and has a 5 year old little boy. Sports In Vegas
Yesterday we had four football games, and being in Vegas, the place to watch them in the sports books. The screens are huge and you have people from all over the country rooting for their favorite team. I watched the Packers/Lions game at Cesears, the Cowboys/Jets game at Ballys and the Colts/Falcons and USC/Arizona St game at the Excalibur and Mandalay Bay. I like Cesears the best, but all of them are very similar. Large rooms with lots of big screens and comfy chairs. As far the foodie in me. Mesa Grill at Cesaers is still one of my favorite places to eat in this town. Had lunch there yesterday and dinner last night at the Border Grill at Mandalay Bay. Another place we ate at this trip was a sandwich shop between Ballys and Paris. Its getting to be time to catch the flight back home. It was a great trip and I'm sure I'll be back next year. Family Of Strength

Is This Really Happening?
Shit's been crazy personally and in the family over the past month I swear. Two weeks ago I just found out that my 14 year old niece is 2 months pregnant. I feel bad for her cause she's kinda slow and her mom is a drunk ass (thats why my brother left her sorry self over 10 years ago). Pray For Hunter....please!
Earlier today my baby boy Hunter had what appeared to be a siezure and stopped breathing on our way home from the park. I was able to do CPR and restore breathing before paramedics arrived. He was rushed to the nearby hospital where they did a CT scan and some blood work which all came back ok. He will have to see a neurologist this week for an EEG to check for epileptic activity. Today was truely one of the worst days I've ever had and hope to never have again! Please pray for my precious lil man and keep him in your thoughts. So Sam was supposed to head back to Jersey tonight. She was sad, Van was sad, and I got a text stating that there being an empty seat on the way home from the airport was worse than sitting in traffic. The Moving Process
OK everyone has been asking HOW the move went welllllllllllll where do I start lol. First of all we had planned to leave Wed. afternoon it was FINALLY Thurs. morning at 12:15 am before we finally were loaded and left. Successful Fashion Show
I don't know if anyone made it out to the show, if not you missed a great show. How many fashion shows have a burnout on stage right from the start? Backstage was just as wild. I swear the only reason the dealership puts this thing on is it is a reason for a party. It did raise some money for the state theater, which is a great peace of local history, and quite nice to see. Today is my day off so no work, but I am getting ready for the upcoming events. Getting the Pub up and running, the website up to date. All the fun stuff for an event as big as Ohio Bike Week.
