New Opportunities
Hi Family and Friends, It seems I have a new work opportunity it is not full time or very predictable. However, starting Friday I have work for the first time in over a year through Wednesday of next week at my real life hubby's office. It will be sporadic hopefully at least monthly. Yay, after a week of "Allen eating", I only gained back a quarter of an inch out of the two inches I had lost off my waistline just prior to his visit. Ok Allen, you live. I'm just surprised that almost a week straight of laying around in bed (ALMOST all day, every day, fried food binging (ALL day, EVERY day) and drinking more thank one or two drinks for more than 2 nights in the same week didn't do far more damage. A quarter of an inch can be dropped almost immediately by increasing how much water you drink and cutting way back on the sodium. I just wish I dank a lot of soda or drank booze regularly; then I'd could drop half of the weight I want to lose with almost no effort at all... just by cutting out empty-calorie beverages. Portion control (especially when raised to "eat everything offered" and "clear your plate OR ELSE) and controlling boredom eating require much more discipline and changing your relationship with food. I resume shooting videos once I lose the next 2.5 inches. N

When The Time Has Come
Well, tonight i find myself crying to no ends. :( I spent all of last night up with my cat she was in pain and moaning and meowling like crazy , only way she was quiet was when i had her in my arms like a baby. When daylight came i took her out back and sat with her for a bit and then let her wander off. Ok so I haven't found a mon-fri job yet but working on it... The weekend bouncer thing though is going ok... I found out that the guy I through out last week came back on Tues when they opened up... He went in the wit a baseball bat he ran in broke some shit but in the end got hauled off to jail but only for acouple days... We'll see if he's stupid enoughto try that wit me... Well ever since LC added the blog feature to their site I’ve been racking my brain to think of what my first entry would be about. Today I finally decided that I wanted to write this for my husband Scott. Today is our first wedding anniversary. We don’t have a lot of money so I thought perhaps a gift from my heart would be the best way to go. I find myself thinking throughout my day sometimes that I do not stop to thank him for all the small things he does for me every day. A Weekend With Dad

I actually didn't get out of bed til 10 am today, which is early considering what time I had been getting up. Then, found out at about 11:30 that it is drill weekend. My Petty Officer had called and left a voicemail asking where I was. I didn't hear the phone ring cause I turn it off at night. So I rush in for the second half of drill today. 1st Yr Anniversary Of Son's Death
I cant believe that a year has gone by so fast. In 10 days it will be year since i lost my son at 38 weeks of pregnancy. Im always wondering what he would look like now and how he and his brother would be playing like champs. Back in may I looked at my self and thought you are fat! I decided to do something about it. I looked at what I had been doing and found my pit falls. Just like any one that has gotten fat, we do this. We get lazy, yeah lazy. I also never did aerobics exercise just lifted weights, dumb. I also ate like a pig, to excess and never the right things. The first thing I changed was my exercise routine, walking, just plain ole walking. I did this because of two knee surgeries. I started at 1 mile and over time increased it to 4 miles. Now I alter between those two mileages. I also after awhile started to hit my heavy bag to mix up the aerobics. Now I always get some kind of aerobics at least 4 times in a week. I also never stopped lifting I only changed that. I went to more reps and less weight. I never wanted to lose muscle mass but, I have learned overtime and through wrestling that you sometimes will sacrifice muscle while losing weight. To counteract this I increased my lean protein intak

Twice Baked Potatoes
what you need: one bag of shreaded cheese one 16 oz sour cream one pound of bacon 4 large baking potatoes 1 onion(optional) put the potatoes in the microwave for 30 mins while waiting cut up the the bacon and onions into small pieces and fry them up when the potatoes are done, cut them in four sections..not going all the way through apply butter, place on a baking pan and bake in oven at 350 for 20 mins in a large bowl, mix the sour cream, the cheese, bacon and onions after the potatoes are done, put the sour cream mixture in each of them, and place back in oven til cheese is melted. Remove and serve!!! I can say it is the best!!!!! You can add or subtract the cheese bacon and onions....i like mine filled!!! you may also want to add in some ham....let me tell you ladies, your man will LOVE these!!!

OK so I have as all can see figured out (to some extent) cherry tap! YEY ME!!! So I figure I'll write a short blog about myself. I'm a nationally registered Paramedic. I am licensed for the states of NC and TN. I also instruct for our local college here, I teach ALS courses and BLS courses which benefits our community and myself. I enjoy what I do....actually I LOVE what I do, and would trade it for nothing. My shifts on the truck consist of 24 hours on and 48 hours off. We do critical care transport services, and backup 911 for 3 surrounding counties. When I'm not in the back of the amublance, I am teaching 3 nights a week at the college. I have 2 stepchildren (that I have custody of)whom I adore. They ARE my other life and always come first. I enjoy reading, writing, learning, educating, working, swimming, volleyball, softball.... True Friends, Please Read
I just wanted my friends to know why I have not been on much, as of late. My brother-in-law was in a major car accident on January 12th. They had to life flight him 500 miles away to Portland, Oregon's trauma unit. He was driving to work, swerved to miss a deer, rolled his car 3 times and flew out his car door. He has a Punctured lung, 2 Chest tubes, Fractured Vertebra & a Fractured Pelvis front & back. Just a few days ago, my sister had to make a hard decision, have his Colon removed, or him die. My sister and brother-in-law are only 33 years old. They are going through so much hell and I am so worried about them both. Life is way too short, enjoy everything and don't take anything for granted. Please keep my family in your prayers.

What A Hassle
Everyone has to be in touch with each other in this fast pace world. So like everyone else, I got a Cell Phone. I had a phone with Cingular, but thought I could get a better deal. Boy Was I Wrong!! I got a pre-pay cell and got it activated. It never really worked right, and charged me for roaming, in my home area. So, I got a better phone, more minutes, and then tried to transfer my old number to my new phone. You would think it was rocket science. Long story short, it took three weeks, and a threat to a supervisor to drop all business with the company, to get my phone in working order. By the way, they wound up having to change my number anyway, so I wound up waiting 3 weeks, for something they fixed in 3 minutes. My advice to all who read, GO WITH A NATIONAL CARRIER, Screw Tracfone.

Well its Monday again. So up at 6:30am this morning with Alex and then Tristen wakes up so I figure get Tristen ready and we can leave early I check the weather and its -30 out. The First Letter Jan 30th.
For those of ya that may not know, I was activated on th 29th of Jan. 2007 for another trip to th sandbox. This will make my 5th trip to th Middle East/ Southwest Asia since1983 when I was introduced to it while I was with th 82nd ABN Div.. Th current plan is that th majority of th 218th Brigade (Seperate) of th SCNG will train at Camp Shelby, Ms. til sometime in April. After a few days leave, IF we have finished our certification, we will travel to Camp Phoenix, Afghanistan and take over a variety of missions there, including training th A.N.A. (Afghan National Army). Ok well i started working at burger king last friday. I hate it, I wanted to quit my second day. I got left by myself to make the food and got very nervous and broke down. I am new at this posting my own bulletin So pls bare with me , I called on You for your help, See My mother went in to the hospital On Dec 27 th of 2006, She has suffered a massive Cardiac Arrest (Sudden Death) and she when amblance arrived she was gone , They revived her twice and they took her to The Trauma TMC Hospital in KC MO, they worked on her for an hour, She was in ICU for a month Doctors sayed she would be brain dead so i had to make a dession to take her off the ventalater or keep her on , Well its a good thing i asked for a second oppinon be cause the The Other doc sayed she had Some Brain waves, I kept her on , a month later she went in to a Rehablition Hospital, She is at hom e living withme now safely, But i took her to the doctors , and he told me that she has suffered Brain Hypoxia and she may not recover from it or may take a long long time to may be get soem of her self back, What i need from you is Prayers ALl the Prayers i can getPLease she is all I have left in

Spring Resolution
It's spring once again and my skin is a pale yellow compared to the crispy brown of summers past. I think I'm 30 pounds overweight and tons of gym days short of my perfect bikini body goal. Soooooooo, I'm starting my fitness program again, but it sucks to know that I have to work so hard to keep up. Sometimes I just want to give up, but it's so so so so hard to do that whenever summer rolls around. I love dressing like a woman and unfortunately, rolls don't make me feel that sexy lol. I just want to know that girls all over have to work just as hard as I do. Sometimes I think bombshells are just born that way and that the amercia's next top model wanna be's are just blessed with perfect bodies. I don't really give a shit.
