That's it. I am declaring myself a redhead. I've always been a blonde but don't know that I really fit the stereotype. Man How Time Flies!
I have been realizing more and more over the last couple weeks that my kids are growing faster than I have ever thought or have gotten comfy with yet. I went shopping for clothes for them a couple weeks ago and I noticed how much bigger they were than I was thinking and also I have realized that my son is SOOOO much more mature than he has EVER been. They are looking at taking him out of special ed because his behavior is no longer a learning disability to him anymore and he has made this HUGE improvement in less than one school year. He has worked so hard and gotten so much better. He now has more friends and has gained the respect of the other kids because of his level of improvement. It sometimes hurts my heart to think that my babies will be 2nd and 5th graders next year. Its like it was yesterday that they were in my arms coming home from the hospital and I was changing their diapers. Although it hurts a little...I am so proud to see what they are slowly becoming. Went on a road trip yesterday with a friend and her daughter. Crap I haven't laughed so much in , I don't know who long. Emily is 16 and is almost as cool as her mom. Was I that cool when I was 16? For Me It Is A Problem.
Like a lot of folks, I have a job. I work/worked, they pay/paid me, I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as they see fit. In order to get that paycheck, I'm required to pass a random urine test for illegal drugs, with which I have no problem. What I do have a problem with, is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a drug detection urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a drug test to get a welfare check, because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sit on their ass. Could you imagine how much money the states would save if people had to pass a drug test to get a public assistance check? Amen!!!

I was just watching “Flags of Our Fathers” and it bought back memories of my friend Jink who died a few years ago and was listed as MIA after that battle. After I graduated high school I took a job working at a saw mill, owned by Jink and Marry, the foster parents of my fiancé. It was meant to be something to do me until I found a better job and lasted almost 9 years during which time I finished college. Jink was one of the most incredible people I have ever met. He had to leave school in 8th grade to support himself after his mother died and his father set him and his brother out on their own. He gave John the chickens and Jink the horse. Jink was mad at first because John sold the eggs and made money every day, but he was one smart guy. My Grandpa Died
My grandfathe died last week. I wasnt allowed by my parents to travel 110 miles back home for the funeral. He was WW2 vet He had aflag ceremony and 3 gun salute. My dad decided that someone outside the family was to be given the flag. For this past week ive been sorta numb about the whole thing and tonight im kinda feeling the greif. The problem is my grandfather did something really really horrible when i was in the 6th grade. So i never got much of a chance to know him past then. Hes had dementia for a few years and it really took its toll on my family since my dad and one of his brothers were the only ones taking care of him, paying for everything. We wanted to cremate him and take his ashes and spread them on train tracks near Umatilla Oregon but the VA said no to that. Almost right after that my grandmother (they were divorced) had heart problems and she ended up in the hospital. Shes now buried 2 husbands. What exactly does it mean when someone is happy? In their life, I mean. Not Sure How I Should Feel??
This Thanksgiving would have been my dad's 77th birthday. If you have read my blogs, you would know he died almost 2 months shy of his 76th birthday. 300 Spartan Workout!
Ok, so we've all seen the movie "300" and pretty sure if you did the first thing you notice was the Spartan body. What alot of people may have not known is the workout program they went through to get that body. Several variation of that program have come forth and currently being used by several gyms. Some of the Fireman in my town have started to use this program at work, one of which is my uncle and the other is my friend of mine, an MMA fighter, who I used to train with. At first I didn't belive them but it's been a few weeks and I'm starting to see a difference in them, so with that in mind I too am going to start this program. It's based simply on using your own body weight and simple moves that almost everyone can do. It should be intresting to see if anything works for me, but I'll keep a weekly log of my progress and post pics later on throught out the months. Wish me luck!

Holiday
Well so far so good, weather hasn't been the best but well as my friend sid its Oregon sunshine LOL. Now before I visited, my friend decided to seperate from her husband, nothing to do with me I assure you. Still it does make for some interesting times when he comes around. He didn't talk to me muh when i visited before though we tried, but now he totally blanks me. I just find it hilarious that he has to stoop this low. Well obviously he holds me responsible for the break up but I know there is more to it and I won't go in to here. Of course i expected this to happen, but if he wants to get down and dirty, then he should make sure he has no skeletons in his closet and there are some. Still one of these days I jut hope he realizes how to act as an adult with his wife, because then it won't affect any future relationship he makes with another woman.

What Family?
Well apparently I managed to offend my family this past week. All because I asked for the car back. My grandmother gave me her car when it was apparent she was no longer going to be able to drive. Technically it is for my daughter when she turns 16 and gets her drivers license however everything is in my name - taxes, tag, title and insurance. My mom has been driving the car since she came back from Florida last June/July because my dad’s vehicle wasn’t working right and he was using her vehicle. I didn’t mind because I didn’t need a second car yet. Well my boyfriend moved in back in Nov and my parents gave him a non-working vehicle they had in Feb - a white van - and he is going to do some house painting for them when it warms up. Well it took about $300 to get the van on the road, tag, title, battery and tires - not bad in my opinion. My Miraculous Blessing
for those of you who actually read what other’s put in their profiles, i have some pretty amazing news! if you read my other blog (My Injury) or even my profile you’d realize that i’m wheelchair bound. although i’m not complaining about my disability there was one downfall: i wouldn’t be able to have children. yeah, i could conceive, but to carry a pregnancy to term would endanger not only my life, but that of my baby’s as well. well, to make a long story short, i’m a mommy!!!!! gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at 1:39 am Mother’s Day! needless to say i was in shock…due to misdiagnoses by both my primary doctor and pool therapist, i was lead to believe that i had developed fibromyalgia (arthritis of the muscles and joints) and the excruciating cramps i was experiencing was due to my muscles spasming in rebellion to my attempts to walk again. for the entire duration of my pregnancy i was on 5 different medications to combat the pains and symptoms of my “alleged” condition. i had n

What is true love? It means never saying your sorry for hurting someone cause if you love them you wouldn't hurt them in the first place. True love is when you think about a person the first thing when you wake up and that person is the last thing on your mind when you fall asleep. If you left me today my heart would break because you have it in the palm of your hand but keep bouncing it off the wall. It's slowing becoming more and more bruised. Soon it will be so bruised it won't hold love any more but only shed tears of love for someone that doean't deserve the love I have for them.
