Sleep Forever And Ramblings
I just want to sleep. Sometimes I want to sleep forever, never wake up. Sometimes not so much. Last night I dreampt there were two of me. Like one good and one bad. It was kinda like a video game, except no fun. In order for one of me to survive i had to kill the other. Everytime i killed myself i woke up. 6 times atleast i can remember waking up, and going back to sleep and having to do it all over again. Sometimes I couldnt tell if i was the one killing or being killed. Sometimes i couldnt tell if i was the good or the bad. I dont know who won. Needless to say I got very little real sleep. When I want to sleep it doesnt come. When I need to do things I sleep. Now I sit here. After tossing and turning in bed for a hour. Frustrated and angry at the lack of unconciousness. Online Friends
Wow, i've known my online sis, 'Kes' for over a decade now. We've spoken too many hours on the phone. In many ways we are like sisters, and at least online rather close. A little over a year ago we lost a dear online friend to spinal blifidia. I had known and dated him briefly offline. She was his psudo girlfriend online as the joke went. Through the years and through the tears we have talked often. Men, school, children (only one of us has kids), chocolate, and the weather. She's a californian, i'm a new englander. Where Do You Work?
Ok, first of all I couldn't care less if all my pics were marked NSFW. However, I have to wonder why a pic of a little boy outside peeing on a truck tire is nsfw. Where does someone work where view that pic would be considered an offense in need of disciplinary action? A church? A child protection agency? I also have to wonder why you would be on this site at all if that's the environment you work in. I work in a marina with all guys owned by a life long friend of the family and I would not consider visiting this site while at work. Please feel free to comment and help a dumb jock understand the thinking behind marking this pic or any pics for that matter not safe for work. Am I completely off my rocker? Another Up Coming Surgery
As most of my close good friends know, I lost my implants right after Thanksgiving last year. In fact I went into the hospital the Monday after Thanksgiving with the doctor wanting to do surgery that afternoon but I was to dehydrated to do it. They pumped fluids into me all night and I had surgery the next morning. I lost my right implant and alot of breast tissue. no it was not cancer. A milk gland stopped up then got infected and then Abcess after abcess, the size of the implant kept the infection hide until it was really horrible and all inside my chest, it was to the point of causing me heart problems. The doctor told me if I had waiting another day to come in I would have been dead. The implants was floating in the infection and alot of other gross things I won't mention, but anyway, they removed the implant and alot of tissue, and it left a massive hole. I was on a wound vac for months and I had a second surgery in Feb. They had to open it back up and debred it. Put me back on th

Whats New With Me...
as of april 14th,i quit smoking!!! just woke up and decided i didn't want to smoke anymore and that was that....no withdrawls,no cravings...nothing!! makes me wonder why i waited so long to quit?? lol... also... as soon as i get my skating legs back ( since it has been a few years)i'm going to do my damndest to get onto one of the arizona derby dames roller derby squads...have met alot of the ladies and they seem to be very supportive and pretty cool people too,so its just a matter of getting back to my old self on skates....wish me luck.....and thank god for ass padding,cause i'm going to need it!!! SEPT 3RD.... MY OLDEST SON MATT FINALLY COMES HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loneliness
I started to write this morning like I have done so many others I actually wrote quite a bit. I then realized that the subject I was writing on and what I was writing is one of the major issues that we face after being hurt as bad as so many of us have. The subject was loneliness I was trying to write a poem or at least something that I could post because it had been so long and I really wanted to say something about this. But there was just to much to say. I decided to just blog away instead. Here goes. Forgive me again though sleep deprivation is taking its toll again. I was laying in bed this morning feeling rather lonely myself a feeling that creeps in quite often I was going over many of the conversation I have had with many of you as well and I realized we all go through the same thing this void called loneliness that seeps in from all around us. Um, Feelings...?

today i saw on yahoo news that a fellow soldier was murdered . she was a dentist and was found in a hotel room. they say she was pregnant. she just transferred to the 19th support as a dentist this is a sad blow for ft bragg and america's army.

Banana Bread 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs 2 cups flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup pecans, chopped 3 bananas, smashed 6 tablespoons buttermilk Cream butter and sugar. End Of Day 2...
So I finished Plyometrics. I made it all the way to the end instead of almost gagging.... So to people who don't understand this will sound really strange...buuuut..... Plyometrics wore me out. My legs feel like noodles and I can hardly walk normally. It's great, and I can't wait until tomorrow. This is the kind of hurt I was looking for. It's great, and I am ready for tomorrow. I completed the exercise routine all they way through by pacing myself, and I burn. It's fantastic. I hope to get into shape in time for Pankration. What Has Been Happening In My Life
OK it has been a while since I blogged but things have been crazy here. We found out last fall that Soldier Boy will be deploying this summer. I adopted my 2 grand daughters so they are now our daughters. I finished my theology courses and now I have my doctorate degree. I am taking certification classes to be an Interior Designer and also taking Art classes. I do not have alot of time to get on the computer anymore with all the work I have to get done. I am currently actively looking for an associate pastors job with in the area. Tamyra is going to be 5 in a week and then it will be time to start school for her. We just had a new grandson this week and he is doing well. I will try to do better and blog more but thanks to all my friends who have been there for me in spirit. My Life, Just So You Know.....
About 13 months ago..... My life was going great, finally... I went back to college at age 47 and got my degree in Medical Billing and Coding, (magna cum laude!!!) got a decent job right away, and then after 18 months got a wonderful job as the Medical Coder for a Medical Health Center, coding for 6 doctors! I began having chest pains and GI problems in February of 2008, so was checked out by one of the doctors, and my liver enzymes were very high, so they did a hep panel on me, which came back positive. Five days later, I was terminated, they said that my work was substandard, and was excorted back to my office to clear it out, and escorted out of the clinic like I was some sort of criminal! This was all bullshit, of course, cuz the Chief Officer of Operations was in my office only the day before, telling me that they were soooo happy with me, and any problems that I had will the Hep C virus, their doctors were available to me. Memorial Day
For those of us that, have family serving and to the hero's that have served our country. There's not a lot, we can do or, can say to give thanks for, keeping us free. While many people will be enjoying the time away from their jobs today; there's a soldier in a land far away. Many people will be at a barbecue. For us with a soldier, we'll be missing you. For those that gave up a limb or, gave up a life. There's an empty void for friends, families, husbands and wives. Not everyone, is cut out to be a hero and serve our country. Where Have I Been?
Hello friends!! Yes, I'm still alive! So... where to start... where have I been? Let's see... it's been months since I've been here, so much has been going on. I was in the hospital a few months ago due to pneumonia...was touch and go for a while. I'm blessed to still be here! After recouperating, I was sent out of town for a while for my work. It was a nice change of pace but I was happy to come back home! A few weeks ago, I lost my step-father of 30 years... really the only father figure I ever had. That's been rough and mom is taking it hard so I've been spending most of my time with her. My gran is now knocking on heavens doorstep as well (mom's mom) so... it's adding fuel to the fire for her and all of us. Sorry it has been soo long since I have blogged.. i have been so sick lately and i'm still in the hospital.. 2 days ago was the first day in a week and a half that i have finally kept solid food and more then sprite in my system.. otherwise i would throw up a few times a day.. and we figured out it was one of the antibiotics they were givin me that was making me so sick cuz everytime they would hang it which was 3 times a day i would get very nautious and then start throwing up and i'd throw up quite a few times the whole hour the antibiotic was goin through my system and they would still give me stuff for the nausia the oral pain pills and the iv pain pills too. and i'd still be throwing up and i wouldnt be able to eat a thing or drink anything not even water the only thing i could drink was sprite that would actually stay in my system.. and all of that started last wednesday and went all the way to today since they also had me taking potassium pills the whole time also anywhere from

I went to file for sole custody of my children today. Has been no cotact from their mother in 4 weeks. Of course, I couldn't file the whole thing due to information purposes, but still, I went... The ex's mother sent me a ton of information. My ex's parole officer, welfare fraud investigation, the works.. I took that to the support unit here in town. They will call around and try to find my ex, possible charges brought up. In the waiting room, there was an old friend there from way back when. When I was with the ex, anyway. OK, so today, I had a "phone interview" with the Clearfield County welfare office, for funding for my education, and some help for a decent running vehicle. Now let us bear in mind, that I have worked 6 solid years. When I left York, PA to return to Podunkville, PA, I had no money, no car, no job. I lost all 3 in a matter of a week. So I use what money I have left to return myself and what little belongings back home. Realizations
I realized today as i drove to work that my life has become one big party. X-mas
Well, for those who know me, know that I am not big on x-mas and never have been. This year is no different. I did "buy" gifts though which is more than I can say for other years. Anyway, since I really don't care for x-mas, I've decided to vanish for x-mas. To become the hermit I am used to being during that time. I really have no desire to spend it with anyone. Zombies
My girlfriend and I watched the original "Dawn of the Dead" tonight. It was her first time seeing it so of course it made it more fun for me to watch it my 75th time, enjoying it more, because she loves zombies as much as me. The original "Dawn of the Dead" is my favorite zombie movie. It has better acting and the best plot. It's magical in a way. It makes me just want to watch people try to survive with the world in that state. Imagine them, crashing through your windows, in hoards, killing, and eating... never dying. One of the main differences between the original "D of the D" and other zombie films is that it was written with social messages for the viewer, and is filled with raw graphic depictions of savagery. In the original "D of the D" you witness one of the protagonists killing two zombie children. The only weakness is that it was shot in 1978, so it has that "Dirty Harry" look to it. It's too bad every strength of the original was overlooked
