A Conversation
Love is a connection, an energy discovered between two people. Love is love; there is no difference between loving friends, family, children, or significant others, only different forms of expression. Love is not a competition. Updates On My Life
Everything Today has been quite the uneventful day. I woke up at 11 this morning, and let Aaron sleep since he doesnt get to bed until 8 am anyhow. Then I came out and talked to Ty and his friend Shawn for a while. I cleaned up the kitchen the best I could, tried to figure out where to put 3 stories worth of stuff in a two bedroom apartment. Finally I sat around for a while, and fell asleep for an hour on the couch. After all that jazz I talked to Andrew for a while, which so far has proved rather odd, because I've grown accustomed to just hollaring "Hey Andy." Now, its back to the way things were and I have to readjust. Aaron and I went to go to the store, and the day just got better and better when his truck wouldn't start. So for five minutes we sat and tried to start his truck, it FINALLY started so we could put gas in it.. hoo rah. A Day Off And To Much Time To Think.
I woke up to the rain. It was just a hard enough rain that it made me want to sleep more. I force myself to get up and deal with whatever drone chores I had set up for myself today. Do the regular morning things one does when waking up. Dodge a couple cats and find a seat. Pet my long hair cat and sneeze (great, now I'm awake). Pee Test: Like a lot of folks in this state, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as they see fit. In order to get that paycheck.. I am required to pass a random urine test, which I have no problem with. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. I swallowed some pride recently and opened myself up to get my feelings hurt and called a guy I hadn't talked to in months. Wake Up

Our Vacation #2
July 20, 2007 On Thursday we thought we would go to the coast. The goal was to have dinner at a place that had clam chowder! We thought we'd drive the Cow Creek By Way (an Oregon Back Road, Scenic Bicycle Route developed by the National Forest Systems). In our minds we were going to go to Marial, Oregon first and then go on to the Coast. We were hoping to end up in Gold Beach. So, we headed out. It is a beautiful drive up these roads, and we crossed over from Douglas County to Coos County. We are on roads that are not on regular maps, and had to watch for signs carefully. We knew that folks died out in these parts and so were particularly careful. Of course, the roads are marked fairly well, and we both wondered how people got lost out there.... we found out the answer to that later... If you drive out Pruner Road and go past Riddle, the road follows Cow Creek then eventually turn off at the West Fork (of Cow Creek) Bridge and go out that way, well about 22 mil

Not Too Bright!
Last night I got very upset because I thought I lost someone special and so I decided to get drunk. I drank two 8 oz glasses of vanilla vodka and hazelnut liquor. Not a good idea! Then I talked to the person I was afraid I lost another bad idea because I don't remeber parts of what was said. I finished the evening throwing up in my friends bathroom floor. Good Nights Sleep
I haven't had a good nights sleep since the begining of the month. My brother in law asked me to help him drive out to California to pick up a big thing. And we drove all night for like 5 days getting there and back. We did stop at a hotel the one night. But it didn't help much. Since I've been back I have been stressing about finding a job and an apartment and not making any progress. People are getting pissed at me and I feel kinda stuck. Its not like there is anything I have control over that I have allowed to get me off track. I just kinda suck. The only work experiance I have is as a cook and I haven't been able to find any resturants that are hiring. There was a school's caffeteria hiring but that doesn't start until Sept. If I don't find a job before then I will be very very sad.

Here lately i've realized that when you do something wrong, people call it a mistake. But in reality it's only a mistake if you do it again. The guy I met online is coming up to visit me on the 8th. He is going to propose to me, and we have decided to wait until we get married to have sex. I haven't blogged in awhile so I'm way behind lol. Oh well, not much to write about lately anyway. Today, I've just been doing the usual listening to music and chatting on IM with friends. Not really any plans for the weekend other than hopefully going out with a friend on Saturday or Monday if she's available. I might also be getting measured for my bridesmaid dress as well as getting the shoes. I'm so excited to be a bridesmaid again, it's so much fun. Nervous And Scared
Well like the subject line says I am nervous as hell and scared too. I was finally able to get a dentist appointment made a couple weeks ago to get some work done. They took an x-ray of course. I went in tuesday and they schedualed me for another appointment on the 10th. Well, Wednesday morning they called me and told me that the doctor wanted to see me that morning a.s.a.p. I went with Brad by my side of course because I knew it would be to discuss the x-ray. Little did I know that I would hear the worst news I could ever think to hear about myself. I found out that I have Bone Cancer in the left side of my lower jaw. The bone is deteriorating, there are large air pockets, and the marrow is also deteriorating. He told me that my jaw is so fragile right now that if he went and tried to work on my teeth right now my jaw would shatter. I also cannot receive any kind of injury to my jaw because if I do it will shatter. He made an appointment with a specialist for me whom I am going to be

Why is it when you think you have found your prince charming something happens and it backfires in your face? You thought he would love, honor, and respect you and all he does is possess and over-protect you. Update
Well I went to the specialist yesterday and found out this is going to be a very long process. Monday I am having a CT Scan done to determine exactly what is going on in my jaw. The 17th I have to have 6 teeth pulled that are decayed and could cause further infections. When that is healed, they will be doing the Biopsy. After the results are in from the Biospy, they will schedual me to have reconstructive surgery on my jaw. It is going to be a long summer and fall but they are hoping to have everything done before the Winter holidays are here. I will keep you all updated as I go through the stages of this all.

This blog entry almost didn't get written; I was at home as 10:30 A.M. rolled around this morning and was looking to settle in with Martha and take care of the kids while she went out for a few hours to run some errands as well as have some time away she really needs! But my supervisor Erik called and asked me if I could work today because Kathy our south store manager is still sick with pneumonia. She's already out of the hospital but she won't be back until Monday. On a more practical note, getting paid for eight hours of overtime can do nothing but help! So I went and finally got those new lights put it I referred to last week; it turns out Erik had to replace the ballast itself so the fluoroescent lights would work, and when they came on they were pretty blinding!
