Our Heroes
At this point I am at tears begging people for answers, and ask...why must this hatred go towards us soldiers? What have we ever personally done to you? We volunteered to join during a wartime situation and joined knowning that one day we could be called to duity. I got my award for joining during a war time situation and wear it proudly. But i am appalled at the actions. For those who protest like the officer on trial I am ashamed to say are part of our military. We signed the contract knowing this could happen and that we could die. Please Help!! I am a single mom trying to take care of her daughter and her parents. I have been without a steady place to live for almost six month's. I was even told by someone I thought was a friend I had to choose a place to stay or my daughter. I chose my daughter. We have had a very bad run of luck over the last couple of years and I have reached my limit. I don't like asking for help, but I am desperate to get out of where we are staying now. I had to spend almost $700 of my trailer money to get the gas turned back on, so we could have hot water, heat and a way to cook food. Hello everyone, Want to know where the idea came from for the chuggler mug. When I was 20, I was dreaming - and in this dream, I was on a stage like Woodstock. Looking out into the crowd, I could see people holding this strange looking mug, in all different colors. I was like what the heck are they holding. Next thing you know, I was holding one on the stage about to funnel out of it. While I was funneling I was looking really hard at this mug. -studying it deeply-. I am considering starting dancing again. Only part time maybe a day or two a week just to build up some funds quickly. In order to do so I would need new clothes atleast 2 sets which I can probably come up with for under $100.00 but it would be pushing it. Though I could make it back probably in one night. Unsure of what to do. I really don't miss dancing. I do miss the money and financial stablility would be great right now. Why Is It?
Why is it that it seems as though i have wronged someone in a cosmic or spiritual sense, which ever you prefer, that my life is to be in constant misery? So, my good friend USArmy~J has left for the Army. I dropped him off at the recuiters office in at 6 p.m. today (Tue 4/10). Tonight he is going to Syracuse to spent the night at the hotel tonight. On Wed he goes to the MEPS center were they will put him through a physical fitness test and weigh him in. If he passes then he gets on the plane to Ft. Benning GA. His basic runs 9 weeks then he goes straight to tech school for about 5 weeks, then he will most likely get 2 weeks leave before he gets shipped to language school. Nornally basic is 6 weeks followed by a short leave, but USArmy~J is in Special Forces; so his trainning is a little different. In fact he will be in trainning for up to 2 years. I couldn't be happier about that. I pray every night that this "war" in Iraq is over by then. I'm so proud of him (we all are); but I am also terrified. I know that he will be stateside for quite some time, and that he will be okay; but no matter how much I tell myself that

Tough Decisions
I have decided I have to go back to school. I don't want to. I've thought about it, however, and there's really no other options. If I want to ensure that I am competitive in the job market, I have to bite the bullet and do it. It's going to be hard. I don't like my field, but at my age and with a family to boot, starting over in a new field isn't an option. Since I have to work full time, returning to school means I will also have to say goodbye to the theater for a long time. So that's it in a nutshell. Road Trip -day 3
Mother Earth was partying today for her day (Earth Day). Traveling through Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska, I experienced incredibly strong winds and rain. My arms feel like I held up 100 lb wieghts all day long from trying to keep the van on the road. I was under tornado watch for most of the day. Everyone I met along the way was very supportive. I think we all felt like we belonged to the same club...the "living through mother natures revenge" club. YAHOO NEWS Lawsuit targets 'spam harvesters' McLEAN, Va. - An anti-spam organization filed a federal lawsuit Thursday targeting so-called spam harvesters, who facilitate the mass distribution of junk e-mail by trolling the Internet and collecting millions of e-mail addresses. Didn't do much today, although the weather was nicer at least. I just did the usual chatting in Phreik and listening to CrushFM. Not really any plans for the weekend, but I am gonna call a friend and see if she wants to go out and do something next week. The Starter Pistol
A man was having problems with premature ejaculation so he decided to go to the doctor. He asked the doctor what he could do to cure his problem. In response, the doctor said, "When you feel like you are getting ready to ejaculate, try startling yourself." That same day the man went to the store and bought himself a starter pistol. All excited to try this suggestion, he ran home to his wife. At home, he found his wife was in bed, naked and waiting. As the two began, they found themselves in the 69 position. The man, moments later, felt the sudden urge to ejaculate and fired the starter pistol. The next day, the man went back to the doctor. The doctor asked, "How did it go?"
