Getting On With Life
In life you have to make hard choices, as in the choice to stop smoking, the choice stop getting drunk and the choice stop blaming everyone else for the mistakes you make. I lately made a choice to not have anything to do with a person (they know who they are). That person did not take the news well and tried make my life harder the what it is already (not possible). What The Hell Is Comcast's Problem?????????
I am getting ****REALLY**** sick of Comcast dropping my internet connection all the time. It goes out for a matter of hours and then (usually) magically comes back later, but it is an ABSOLUTE mystery to them why it happens. I usually have to take a day off work so that people I pay $300 a month to can come to my house and say "I DUNNO???" When it is running right I get awesome speeds on the order of 3 Mbps. Well, I'm running up to 1.5km and biking just over 10km! WooHoo! I only have to be able to run an additional 25 km and bike about 100km more...lol It's getting there slowly but surely. If I keep on track I'll be able to do the half Ironman next year! Look out world here I come!

corn tortillas 1 cup of low-fat shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup of boneless skinless shredded chicken breast Place two corn tortillas on a serving dish. Spread 1 cup of shredded low-fat cheddar cheese over one of the corn tortillas. Then add 1 cup of boneless skinless shredded chicken breast to the cheese and corn tortilla. Place the second corn tortilla on top of what you have so far. Put the quesadilla into the microwave for 30-45 seconds or until all cheese is melted. Now you have a delicious low-fat chicken quesadilla! Yum! Feeds one. Add salsa for a truly mexican dish!

Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. sage 1 med. onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced 2 carrots, sliced 1 celery stalk, cut in 1/2 inch slices 1 1/2 c. dry white wine 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth 2 tbsp. tomato paste Combine flour, salt and pepper, dredge meat. In a large skillet, heat the oil, brown meat on all sides. Lay the shanks flat into Dutch oven or oblong baking dish and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and sage. Combine onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sprinkle over meat. In a small bowl, whisk together wine, broth and tomato paste. Pour over vegetables. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or until fork tender. Serve immediately. This dish can be assembled several hours ahead. Plan to serve 2 shanks per person. Have shanks of similar size, so they will cook evenly.

Quite a few people have been wondering how I've been since I've left. I am very well infact. Working 38hr weeks in the seering heat I've begun losing weight and looking a bit more in shape (not a lot but somewhat) My chck was amazing and I got plenty of new things to keep myself occupied. Today is a sad day for me .. I found out that my favorite wrestler and person in general .. Chris Benoit "The Rabid Wolverine" and his family was found dead in their home this afternoon. Any of you that know the WWE know what I am talkin about .. he was a great man in general .. so friendly to his friends and to his fans. He really cared for all of his fans .. weather they loved him or hated him .. he was still polite and caring. It is going to be strange .. in the past year the WWE has lost 2 great wrestlers .. That was definitely true earlier today, when Chris Benoit, his wife Nancy, and their son Daniel, were all found dead in their home. Words just don't express how saddened I personally, as well as, I'm sure, everyone whose lives he touched, feel right now. I never personally knew him, but I had always been a fan of his since his days as one of the Four Horsemen in the mid-'90s in WCW. When I interview wrestlers, I usually ask how they'd like to be remembered. The reason for the question isn't openly discussed, but it's probably pretty transparent. Pro wrestling has an alarming number of premature deaths. Any time I interview a WWE star, there's always that horrible thought that no matter how young or healthy the wrestler may seem, the next story I write about them could be an obituary. Sometimes, it is. Oddly, though, the question of being remembered never came up in any of my conversations with Chris Benoit. The sun didn't come out until midafternoon here in Minot, but it's getting to be a better season for my nine-year-old nephew Mathew's pee wee ball team; they've won their second straight game, today 13-8. Tuesday's (which had to get rescheduled from last week because a freak rainfall had wet the ground so much) was also a win, 12-7, but I didn't get to see it because it was held in the afternoon. So far, I've been able to get to all the morning games since I don't have to be at work until 10:30 A.M. and they're at eight. After Martha gets out of the hospital next week upon bearing our second child -- can you believe it's less than four days away as I'm writing this? -- she'll be off work at Good Shepherd Day Care for six weeks so she'll be going with us and I expect I'll get to push the double stroller with Sarah on top and our newborn on bottom. I have become aware of something really scary the last 2 weeks and I find myself having to understand and deal with a side of me I never knew. All my life I have never been a jealous man just take life as it comes and if something goes wrong move on. Well I have found that if you do that and make your heart hard then you look for reasons to run instead of trusting the person that cares for you. The Update That Was Well Worth The Wait
For the past week, things had been kind of hectic, and frustrating for the most part. As it happened last Wednesday, my mother had a blood clot in her leg that had been causing her problems. Well, they got the blood clot dissolved, but decided that she needed to stay in the hospital (while she was ready to go home) a few more days to make sure everything with her coumadin and heperal (?) were at the right levels. Well, on top of that I had to work last Friday (was supposed to be a long weekend but we found out different that Friday as well) which we would be off that Saturday and Sunday. They had moved my mother out of SICU on Friday to a private room which made me feel better at the thought that she was out of ICU, but we had gone up to see her on Sunday and then went back up on Tuesday. This time we were there when the doctor had showed up. He said she could possibly go home on Wednesday depending on the levels of the meds they were giving her. Went to work on Wednesday and then g

Bush wants us to cut the amount of gas we use. The best way to stop using so much gas is to deport 11 million illegal immigrants! That would be 11 million less people using our gas. The price of gas would come down. Bring our troops home from Iraq to guard the border. When they catch an illegal immigrant crossing the border, hand him a canteen, rifle and some ammo and ship him to Iraq . Tell him if he wants to come to America then he must serve a tour in the military. Give him a soldier's pay while he's there and tax him on it. After His tour, he will be allowed to become a citizen since he defended this country. He will also be registered to be taxed and be a legal patriot. This option will probably deter illegal immigration and provide a solution for the troops in Iraq and the aliens trying to make a better life for themselves. If they refuse to serve, ship them to Iraq anyway, without the canteen, rifle or ammo. Problem solved.

ok..last time i am posting this. We all have jobs we feel could be better and help us reach our goals. Since most aren't fortunate to have someone give them a good job, or what ever low down loophole things that are pulled getting a relative in on a executive level. Its hard struggling in a job that only pay enough to get a part of a bill out of 6 partially paid. Its a slap in the face to hear you have a wide range of experience that would be an asset to any organization..I may have to scan that one its too priceless...but the point of the matter is that those who want to better themselves are left in occupations that are either are dead end jobs or offer no growth into another occupation based on experience. life is wasted in attempts to climb up the slippery mountain of success..and its a joy..of course this is a lie. that i am part of it a world that because of my size and color i can't get any job i have the experience for i love the workforce

A True Test Of My Strength
After coming off of an emotional high, I now face something that again I normally would not think twice about. Somehow, this has gotten a hold on me that I just can't explain.
