I hate my manic Depression. Whoever said life isn't bad obviously hasn't been inside my head. Everything twisted into something more perverse and sick. A simple hello can be turned into a "I say hello to you because your worthless piece of shit that I would fuck then kill and spit on your grave"...Most times I don't mind it..it entertains me in some forms. But then there are days that I lock myself inside my own head and I can't get out. Mobility is not an option. Roast Loin Of Pork With Fan-shaped
4 to 4 1/2 lb. pork loin roast with bone (or 3 to 3 1/2 lb. boneless) 5 cloves garlic 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme 3 to 4 lg. baking potatoes 1 tbsp. butter (melted) GLAZE: 1/2 c. apple jelly 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. ground ginger Note: If your roast is not boneless, have the butcher remove the connecting shin bone to allow you to cut individual chops. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut peeled garlic cloves into thin slivers. With point of knife, make slits all over roast. Insert garlic in slits. Now combine salt, pepper and thyme. Sprinkle half of mixture over roast and rub it in with fingertips. Reserve remaining half to season potatoes. Insert a meat thermometer in center of roast so it doesn't touch bones. Place roast in a large roasting pan (make sure it will accommodate baking potatoes). While roast is baking, prepare potatoes. Peel, then halve crosswise. Shape edges to form ovals. Cold Pasta And Chicken Salad Or Shrimp
8 oz. vermicelli pasta noodles 1 c. French dressing 10 fresh sliced mushrooms 1 c. fresh broccoli florets, blanched 10 slices cherry tomatoes Ripe olives (sliced) 1 can sliced artichoke hearts 2 c. cooked cubed chicken (or boiled shrimp) 1/3 c. fresh basil (or 1 1/2 teaspoon dried) 1/3 c. toasted pine nuts, optional Cook pasta, transfer to mixing bowl. Add 1/3 of the dressing and toss well. Cool and chill 3 hours. In another bowl, mix mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, olives, artichokes with remaining dressing. Chill. Add chicken, basil, nuts. Mix with pasta.

Strawberry Daiquiri Pie
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) 2/3 c. frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, thawed 2 tbsp. light rum Red food coloring (optional) 1 c. whipping cream, whipped In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in daiquiri mix, rum and food coloring if desired. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust. Chill or freeze 4 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate or freeze left overs.

Hot Mexican Bean Dip
1 8 oz. pkg Philly Cream Cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 can refried beans 1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped 2 tablespoon Lipton's onion soup mix 2 tablespoons chili powder 2 1/2 cups grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese 2 tablespoons chili powder pinch of salt 1 tablespoon Tabasco (green) pepper sauce Soak the minced garlic in the hot pepper sauce for 10 minutes. If you don't have green pepper sauce, you can substitute red Tabasco. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, beans, cilantro, onion soup mix and chili powder and a pinch of salt to taste. Stir in garlic and Tabasco sauce when ready. Top with cheese. Garnish with chopped cilantro and a sprinkle of chili powder, paprika, parsley, or a dollop of sour cream.

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
Makes 12 half-pint jars Ingredients 4 cups rhubarb, thinly sliced 4 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced 4 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 10 cups granulated sugar 2 (3 1/2 oz) packages powdered fruit pectin Directions 1. In large kettle combine all ingredients except the sugar. 2. Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a full boil. 3. Add sugar and keep stirring. Be sure sugar dissolves into the mixture. 4. Return to boil and boil for another minute, stirring constantly. 5. Remove from the burner and skim off the foam with a spoon. 6. Spoon the hot jam into hot (preferably half-pint) canning jars. Leave 1/4 inch of space at the top. Wipe the jar rims and adjust the lids. 7. Place the jars in a boiling water canner for 5 minutes (begin timing when the water starts to boil). Remove jars from canner and cool on racks.

Maple Syrup Pie
Makes 2 pies Ingredient: Pastry for 2-crust pie 1 cup maple syrup 1/2 c water 3 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp cold water 1/4 c chopped nuts Preparation Method: Boil the maple syrup and 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes. Blend the cornstarch with the 2 tablespoons of water and add to the syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and transparent. Add the butter and chopped nuts and let it cool. Bake between two crusts at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.

Beef Brisket
Makes 6 Servings 4 pounds beef brisket 1 onion, sliced 1/2 cup tomato ketchup 1/2 cup chili sauce 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 (12-ounce) can beer 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees 2. Season meat with salt and pepper and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan; cover with onion. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, chili sauce, sugar, garlic and beer; pour mixture over meat. Cover with foil and bake for 4 hours. 3. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 35 to 40 minutes. Remove meat from pan; let cool. Slice meat cross-grain. 4. Make gravy. With an immersion blender or a blender, blend all liquid from the pan. Cook and stir until thick. Return sliced meat to baking dish and reheat. Serve with gravy.

Reserve 1/2 cup drained tomatoes, set aside. Blend remaining tomatoes and reserved liquid with beans in small bowl. 2. Spread bean-tomato mixture into 8x8-inch baking dish or round casserole dish. Top with guacamole. 3. Blend sour cream and taco seasoning mix together in small bowl. Spread over g

4 Layer Dessert
FIRST LAYER: Blend 1 cube butter, 1 cup flour, and 1/2 cup nuts. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. SECOND LAYER: Blend 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip and 8 ounce package cream cheese and spread over crust. THIRD LAYER: Mix 2 packages vanilla instant pudding. Spread over second layer and let stand for 3 hours in refrigerator. FOURTH LAYER: Put remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with 1 cup nuts. I Cant Believe This
Do you remember February 1993 when a young 3 yr. Old was taken from a Shopping mall in Liverpool, NY by two 10-year-old boys? Jamie Bulger walked away from his mother for only a second and Jon Venables took his hand and led him out of the mall with his friend Robert Thompson. They took Jamie on a walk for over 2 and a half miles, along the way stopping every now and again to torture the poor little boy who was crying constantly for his mommy. Well today is a new day and my mind is totally blank for once I have no thoughts as things are inveiling themself to me more and more everyday. Well, this is it. seven months after touching down at Camp Baharia Iraq and living at the entrance to Fallujah I am finally going home. I caused many problems on this trip but thats what I am a mischevous little punk and if you don't lov e me for it then you will hate me. For years now, it had been my habit to spend the first two weeks of April hiking the National forest not too far from my home. This year was no exception; only I was two weeks late. The last assignment on my job had run into problems and I couldn't get away. I guess it's better late than never as the old saying goes. I had set up camp near the end of an old abandon logging road. At one time, it had been a five-way intersection deep in the woods. This is not a normal camping area by any means, but it is an area that I truly love. The large pines and thin underbrush allow sunlight to filter in throughout the area. Along the low creek bottoms, thick stands of oak form large shaded areas that are nearly bare of underbrush. Five old partially overgrown roads wander throughout the area. I've only saw one other four-wheel truck in this area, never have I seen anyone on foot. Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
1 can sweetened condensed milk -- (14 oz.) 3/4 cup peanut butter 2 cups Bisquick baking mix 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a large mixing bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the biscuit mix and vanilla extract; mix well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten cookies with a fork. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. (Do not overbake). Cool in pan. Store tightly covered at room temperature. NOTES : For a nice variation called Peanut Blossoms, do not flatten the balls of dough. These are a tasty cookie made with ricotta cheese. Hi! How are you doing today? I'm fine, thanks for asking. I just got a fucking ear ache that's driving me insane! To make a long story short, I couldn't hear much on Tuesday and this morning my ear hurt pretty badly. Naturally, I hit up the local emergency room. After filling out the necessary forms (the receptionist personally asked me what religion I was, I answered Jewish, and she gave me an odd sort of look like I was from a different planet, which is true down here) I sat patiently in ER ..1. I felt like all the hype of the ER is completely overrated. The room did not look particularly sanitary and the doctor seemed lathargic, but I guess that makes sense when you're in there to treat someone with an ear infection. He was generally a nice guy though, and didn't seem too busy anyway. He filled up a syringe with warm water and tried to clear out my ear to no avail. Disaster averted! Dr. Motaghedi successfully fixed me. My ears are clean and clear and my pounding headache has subsided. Definitely got a little motivation to quit smoking. They had one of those "The consequences of smoking" posters hanging in the room and the lung of the smoke looked pretty nasty. If I had to spend one more moment imagining how similar my lungs were, I would have taken my pack and threw it out the window. I dropped off Jack at the kennel today. Everytime I put him up for a week I get serious heart pangs. The new kennel I took him to made me a bit nervous. It's no Pooch's Palace. The guy who took him was gruff and grizzly. Time for the awaited New Year's Eve exploits of one Garrett P. Sussman. After bumming the day away, I drove to New Orleans to Andy and Jake's house. Another Chicken Fried Steak
Title: Another Chicken Fried Steak Yield: 4 Ingredients: 1 pound Boneless beef cut into 4 serving pieces 1 cup Flour, total 1 Egg 1/4 cups Milk 1 medium Onion, chopped 1 cup Chicken broth 1 cup Heavy cream 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped (or 2 tsp. dried) Veg. oil to fry steaks Pound steaks to about 1/4" thickness. Rub both sides with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Heat oil in a large skillet, oil should be about 1/4" high. Beat egg and milk together in a bowl. In another bowl, season the flour with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. When the oil is hot, dredge the steaks in the flour, then in the egg mixture, then back again in the flour. Place them immediately in the skillet. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Remove most of the oil from the skillet, leaving behind the bits of meat etc. Reheat the oil and add the onion. Cook until golden then add about 3 Tbsp. of flour, whisk

What A Waste...
My mother recently got her British Passport and we thought that we would grab a ferry to France for the day. Since she was eager to use it. The Ferry across was great and a new experiance for me and her but once we got across and entered the town of Calais it all went south from there. It is a town of resturants. Ridiculusly so.... Litterally 5 out of every 6 shops sell food. No real entertainment and the roads leading from the Docks to town got me more sea sick than the ferry would ever do. I hope that in the future the rest of France is not this bad. Or my opinion of them will drop even further. Well it was an experiance but I think next time I won't stop till I hit Paris or something a little more pleasant to the mind and body... Thanks for listening

Yeah, so I was smoking pot when I saw this bunny rabbit walk into the room. It didn't look like anything special; grey, furry, had the little rabbit ears, one was croocked. Although there was a strange thing about it that I suddenly came to notice: it was humanoid. Skinny, yet it had muscle, and you'd know it when you saw it. Chicken And Broccoli Bake
Ingredients: 1 cup rice, uncooked 1 package (10 ounce) broccoli, frozen 3 cups chicken, cooked 2 Tablespoons margarine or butter 1/4 cup flour 2 cups chicken broth 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional) Instructions: 1. Cook rice in 2 cups of water. 2. Let broccoli thaw. 3. Chicken should be off the bone. 4. Melt butter in large sauce pan. 5. Add flour to melted margarine and stir. This will be lumpy. 6. My Interveiw
My interview went great, I was asked right away to come in again for a second interveiw on tuesday. They even gave me the shift that they were wanting me to work for which is 5 to midnight so that sucks a little but its only temp until something else opens up. My 3 Year Old Daughter
I just spent 2 days in a hospital with my daughter.... She is very sick, she had an asthma attack on Friday and her father took her to emergency room, they then admitted her...As of right now, she is still very sick.... however she has came around and her lungs have finally opened..... My Road Trip
I made it home last night around 6pm or so, and then I passed out. I was dead tired. It took us 3 days to get here. We ran thru snow in Utah and got pulled over in Wyoming for speedin', lol. Wednesday Night: I picked 'em up at the airport around 5:45pm, but they was tired from jet lag so we got a hotel there in the edge of Portland. Miles passed out early and Ryan went to the bar and got fucked up. And I jus stayed there at the hotel talkin' to my trevor on the phone. Thursday: We left around 8:30am, I drove for the first 80 miles cuz Ryan had a hangover, lol. Then we stopped in the next town and got some breakfast. Then we took off. We went through 3 states in one day. Oregon, Idaho & Utah. We stayed in a hotel in Evanston, Wyoming. I guess they got into really bad snow in UTah, they was runnin' about 50 or 55 or so. I was asleep the whole entire time we was in Utah. That helps make the time go by faster. Friday: I got them up around 7:45am and we left the hotel at 8:30. No
