My Uncle
a couple months ago my uncle found out he had cancer. If his drs would have been doing their jobs he wouldnt be where he is now. He had radiationn to try and kill it off but ending up getting 3rd degree burns on his lower half. He cant undress without having to take a shower first to get his clothes to not stick to him. he had surgry on june 23rd to get rid of the rest and is really not doing well. he had to go back in because he got infected where they did the surgry. Please keep him in your thots and prayers that he can fight this and get better. I am really worried, and scared for him.

Sadness
Today I said goodbye to another wonderful woman. I had to bid farewell to my Aunt Elizabeth. Elizabeth was my mom's sister that was her "twin"...mom shadowed Liz-beth all throughout childhood and they remained close as adults. My cousins are older than I so I didnt hang with them as much, however when I did there was certainly fun to be had. When my mother had her stroke that is when I became the closest to my Aunt, she along with my mother's other 2 sisters always were there to be sure that I was going to be alright and that my dad was alright (keep in mind my father was in surgery having a stint put in his heart when mom had the stroke in the waiting room sitting with me). When I get ready in the mornings, I usually have to get my hair wet. It's curly and out of control, so in order for me to "style" my hair, I have to put mousse and all that junk in it. I have diagnosed with moderate cervical dysplasia which may or may not turn into cancer, I've been seeing a Neuropathic Doctor, to see if he can help me with all this. I just don't feel like getting my shit ripped on, they wanted me to go through a LEEP procedure which to me seems like the same damn thing as a Colposcopy so instead I'm trying to heal myself with natural means. Please pray for me in the hopes that this Neuropathic Doctor can help reverse it back to normal. I have done alot of research showing they have done so with many things such as vitamins to build up the immune system to fight the abnormal cell growth. Last night, i "participated" in one of my last dj events. I will still be open to opportunities to play music, but have begun to "pass the torch", and am training new dj`s. For the first time, i feel i need a rest. Our Current Situation.
Well yesterday's appointment was rather eventful, I should have brought a book with me. Though getting poked and prodded like some kind of science expierement wasn't exactly quiet. I'm not saying I cried, but it wasn't comfortable. I got to see the baby for the first time. The doctor says I am 13 weeks, which I think she's on crack because I was 11 weeks and one day on October 14, 2008 (the day I found out.) Honestly I really doubt I am that far behind. Someone is a bit off. All my tests came back normal except for two, my PAP Smear and my Glucose test. I guess I will find out in 10 more days what those results are, but I hope they are normal. I got over my ecoli infection, and now I have more energy than I know what to do with. This is my variation of a restraunt favorite. I modified recipes I found online... BROCCOLI BEEF OVER NOODLES Three left over frozen broccoli flowerettes [small trees] cut into chunks using the whole thing one pound of beef cut into strips/cubes [we got a chuck steak for $4] 1 small package of left over duck sauce [about two tablespoons] 2 medium size cloves of garlic diced tiny Powered ginger [substituted for fresh root] Left over Merlot wine [about a two count pour] 1/3 cup water Splash of pick-a-pepper [should have used soy but didn't have any] 1/3 packette of dried peppers from pizza delivery Sprinkling of white gravy mix to [substitute for flour or cornstarch to thicken] Splash of peanut oil 3 packages of ramen beef noodles [but use two cups less water] While cutting up your beef, soak the strips completed in the sauce mixture *Cook everything but the noodles in a wok or hot skillet in the peanut oil *if your broccoli is still frozen

Girl Fed School Staff Hash Cakes
Two teaching assistants at a school in Leeds were taken to hospital after eating cannabis in "hash cakes" given to them by a 15-year-old pupil. So, simply because I was using them today, this little bit of "YAY" hit me... In November and March, there is a large book distributor that has a warehouse sale. Now a lot of the stuff it older, and outdated reference materials, but every once in a while there are some gems. I am mad that they did away with the $.50 fiction table and $1 hardcovers, but I digress. I found perhaps the greatest thing there in November... wrapped in shrinkwrap, a 3 volume set of conversion tables!!! LC-Dewey; Dewey-LC; and Subject Headings!! Now, I expected that since there were 3 volumes, and therefore 3 books, with NO price, I would have been charged the $20 for 3 price that they had listed for the more expensive books... NO!! They counted it as 1 book...lumped it with 2 other paperbacks...and I got charged the $5 for 3 price for the cheap-os!!!! I looked it up...if I bought these new (now they are 5 years old, but most of this info doesn't change)... it would have cost me over $80 -- A V

I had just moved into this tiny ass apartment. Done most of the serious cleaning and scrubbing because this place was a shit hole inside.. Almost done unpacking everything, still hanging shelves and whatnot, pictures, etc etc.. So, what happens? Landlord shows up today, telling me that all my neighbors around me, other houses, and the drug addict welfare scum next door were bitching about the kids... Apparently, they were outside over the weekend swearing. Words I never use. My daughter even told me her mother uses them, though.. Also, the noise level here. The swearing I can deal with, but the landlord tells me my kids need to be quieter at all times. All times? They're brother and sister, bound to fight. They're both hard of hearing, so they're both bound to get louder and louder. I told the landlord of this before I had moved in and there was no problem at all with it. What Is My Story?
What is my story? I subconsciously scan the self written chapters that make up the ongoing book of my life. I cringe as I skim over all of my past mistakes. I ashamedly pause on each one, questioning whether or not any of them were ever worth it. It was a stupid question really. I already knew the answer. I've posted shit before about my workplace. Sometimes there is weird shit happening there. Well, last night, at around 2am, I was chattin with my friend, who is a local cop, in the lobby. We can see the 2nd floor hallways from it, since there is a balcony lookin thing there. And all of a sudden...we see someone's shadow, as if someone walking down the hall, but no one is there. I am entirely certain that writing these blogs are saving me thousands in psychiatric bills. I mean fuck why can't your insurance cover someone helping you with your personal issues. The End Of An Era

I got diagnosed with cancer a couple of months ago. Im getting to the point where all the tv commercials for cancer centers and such are going to incite me to violence against such "hospitals" very soon. the washington DHS has informed me today that due to the early stage of the disease and relative ease in treating it theyre not going to allow me state sponsored medical care. They suggested I go find myself a job with good health benefits. I ask how Im supposed to do that when I was having difficulty finding any job since the last one I got downsized out of a few months ago before I found out and they didnt have an answer for that. I am really kinda starting to feel that I may well hate America in general and not just the rich assholes whos primary function it is to fuck over the poor. Todays Ride
I started my ride this morning with the intention of riding down the east coast of Florida to Ft. Lauderdale. As soon as I was riding South on US 1 I started asking myself if I really wanted to ride all the way down the coast. I've been down the east coast many times, but never across Alligator Alley. The who purpose of this trip is to ride both coast of the state. Is it really? Based on where I rode to today I think the purpose has changed. I rode south until I got to Mims and turned west following 46 through Sanford and Mt Dora. As Luck would have it I rode through a couple of morning showers before I got to Sanford. I was just wet enough to be a little chilled. Luckily, the only rain I rode through today. Once I hit Mt Dora I was dry. Turned north on 441 to 44 west to Crystal River then rode south from there.
