To My Fans....
I've got to keep myself together, I'll get to my destination even if I'm alone but inside I know. I've got this path to take, just me and where it takes me isn't totally up to me. All I can do is keep recording, burning and selling these CDs even I don't get rich or make tons of money. 5 years I've been on this road, on and off but I was shown & told to keep on. This is for the fans, the listeners, my boys and me, I'm slowly working away on this road thinking of what could be. To kevin, you put my joints on your first mixtape CD, you listened to my shit and called it sweet. To everyone else selling my CDs, to Maddog and AMP y'all are like my record label family. To those of you, who pop on some of my tunes and listen to me, buy my tunes I need to make a couple bucks more for the next CD. The stage'll soon be calling me, how that freestyle shit goes, yo for now noone knows.

Meditation Rock
After I got to Bridal Veil, I decided not to go to my usual spot. It felt as though it would not comfort me this day. I did not cross the creek above the falls and move to the eastern side either. Instead, I followed the western path that follows the stream from the cliffs above. I had not gone much farther than usual when I came across some fantastic rock formations. One called out to me. It stood out alone, covered with moss and lichen. From that spot I would be able to see up and down the creek below Bridal Veil as well as to the left where the tributary stream was joining Bridal Veil. I knew it was the place for me to meditate, but I walked on a bit further to scout out the area before returning to this rock. Returning to the rock, I stood for a moment listening to the stereo effect of the Bridal Veil falls and a second water fall not far up the tributary stream, and just feeling the breeze upon my face, cooled by the mist of the falls. I was watching a website called SOHH.com....and they were talking about the rapper E 40's death rumors. In it they were saying that he was killed in a car accident on the way to Vegas for the NBA all star game .....and how many arrests were made at his party when viloence broke out or some shyt. Still no word from my math teacher. It's just a damn good thing I know how the college works the professors email addresses....the only problem is, not all use the college's email system. So... Car, Rain, Getting Dark... What A Fucking Day.
My car is in the shop. It make a ka-thunk sound Friday night when I started the engine, and has been handling badly since. They just called and said they found nothing, which bothers me a lot more than paying for any repairs that might need to be done. Ok, it comes down to this... everyone (well not everyone, but you see what I'm getting at) is so hell bent on calling others fakes.. drama queens, etc... so I have to ask. So I'm an alcoholic. I've known this for a couple years now. I'm self-aware like that. No one had to tell me I was. Or intervene. Or confront. It just became terriblly apparent. Life Is Good
There's something in the air. For the most part, I feel like life is pretty good. Sure, it has its ups and downs, but I tend to think that everything happens because you make it that way so I don't get too down when things don't go my way. WOO HOO!!!!!!! This past saturday i went to Baytown, Texas for the night to be at my friend Robin's lil girls birthday party on sunday. Well this past week has been one of the worst I've had to deal with in a while. I know everyone has them....but imagine this: For close to 20 years I've had little to no contact with my family in any way. It doesn't matter why...lets just say, some things make us walk away..... Well in 2005 I initiated contact. Shortly thereafter, deployed for a year, again had extremely limited contact....then came back and spent the holidays getting re-aquainted with them. Now...so it seems anyway...one by one, folks are getting sick...some terminally....dieing....starting in-family arguements...and in general the whole family is going nuts. Kind of makes you think that maybe all those years ago, you made the right descision to break contact and walk away..... Just my thoughts on current life events.

Just got back from lawyer. He needs close to 700. to get my divorce. One problem...I have no money so I have to raise it somehow.. Any ideas. Eating Disorder
I havent written about how I am doing battling my eating disorder. Here is an update. I have been trying to eat 3 meals a day. This sometimes happen. Well at the beginning of Feb I weighed 129, then at the end of Feb I weighed 124. During this weekend I weighed myself at home and I weighed about 120 lbs. My boyfriend was over and I told him about it. He was not thrilled about the weight loss. He started asking me how I keep losing weight. He was like do you not eat and my response was I eat at work. Which is probably not enough to sustain me or help me gain weight.

No training for me this weekend, so I need to double up next weekend and double up on my workouts this week. Women's World Hockey: Results Day 6
Today was a looong day. Hell, I've had a lot of those lately but I just have one more to get through and then I can start looking at getting caught up on some much needed sleep. Today's final Playoff results were as follows: Russia 4, Germany 1 Sweden 4, Switzerland 0 Canada 5, Finland 0 So..as expected Canada beat Finland for the second time and Finland lost for the second night in a row. Still, it wasn't an easy victory for the canucks. They definitely had to earn every point. So with the results and standings tallied, here's how its looking for tomorrow: Bronze Medal Match (3:30pm CST) Finland vs Sweden Gold Medal Match - loser takes the Silver (7:30pm CST) Canada vs USA Tomorrow's the last day and it promoises to be a good one. I am such an idiot! My mom made Brownies and put them in a little package for me and the kids. Well, I opened the pack and some of the Brownie crumbled onto the counter... so I picked up a chunk and ate it. It tasted like smoked beef! Huge Paycut
I just got my paycheck (direct deposit). I got a huge cut in pay from my last school. In other words...they did not pay me at all. I basically worked there for nothing. I am going to find out what is going on Monday. I probably won't get anything from them. With that I can only feel unrelenting hatred...which is probably what they feel for me, and so I say Fuck'em. The school i work at now is nice with a set of rooms that are easy to maintain and near one another. The hours kind of suck for now but that is to be reasoned with. I can deal with shitty hours as long as the area is easy to maintain and I get at least 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Otherwise I will seek other employment.

A Dear Friend
On Wednesday 11, 2007 I lost a friend and a co worker, they had misdiagnoised him and he thought it was just his liver, but to come reality he had panaric cancer. He served his country in Vietnam,and stood strong when most wouldn't have. Then through out his life he was in various Law Enforcement Agencies. He was 56 yrs old, he ended his career with serving the public in Department Of Corrections. I am going to miss him, already do, cause really he was more than a co-worker, friend he help me get through my dad's death, he took over like a real father and held my hand to the end. This is dedicated to his memory.

Well this movie was made for those who appreciate good action. The story was excellent, the effects were outstanding, and the acting was impeccable. I loved the whole movie. It was entertaining from beginning to end. Visually, the movie was ... I don't even think I have a word to relay it appropriately. Beautiful comes to mind instantly. Truly well done. This movie needs to win a cinematic award. The cast was perfect. The directing was intense and well thought out. I loved how the cinematograhpy captured the comic book flare that added the charm and balance to this epic tale. Simply OUTSTANDING! I loved it. I highly urge everyone to see it.
