My New House
I have to tell the world and I have this posted in as many sites as possible. Just a little happy note about myself. Back in April of 2006, my boyfriends mom came to us and basically told us she was buying a house for us. Well dammit, I was beside myself and guess what, on February 27th, we will be moving into our new home that we have been waiting patiently for the builders to build. I am very excited and we are very blessed to have family so caring and loving. To have peace of mind that when we are finally out of debt..a couple years give or take that we will be well off. We won't have a mortgage to pay nor do we have to pay rent anymore (Thank God). As you can tell I am very excited. It's pretty neat when you go shopping with her for things for the house, like the interior stuff ie)carpets, cupboards, paint and what not and they ask would you like this to go on the mortgage and she says, there is no mortgage. My New Years Resolution...
My New Years Resolution... I am passing this on to you because it definitely works, and we could all use a little more calmness in our lives. Ok well I see life in a funny way as of right now! Maybe we shouldnt hate or dislike people that lie/Try to ruin our lives and judge us! For its quite ovious that these people have nothing better to do and must be so miserable that they stalk u or create circles n such! I pity people that judge and play into it! Its quite pointless now that I think about it! Why even let it bug u? I do find it odd that our governments try to dominate the world and take land then give a set of rules n if u dont follow them u are labeled! One day It will be to late to wake up to the illusions! I think that the war on drugs should have never been started for weed could fix the envirnment and eliminate the use of oil! My Nest Is Empty
Wow..where do I even start this? Two weeks ago tonight I sent my soldier/adopted son/friend to Iraq. For lack of a more eloquent way of putting it..it sucked. So this past Tuesday..I had to do it all again. Except this time it wasn't one person I was saying goodbye to. It wasn't two people I was sending off. It was more like 12...12 soldiers that I have laughed and joked with. 12 soldiers who have been in my house, ate dinner with me, had entirely too much to drink with me on many occasions, shared secrets with me and trusted me..and now they are gone.(even though Jason just left for the field for 3 weeks..he's still gone) Every single one is gone. And now I'm alone. I don't think you realize how much a part of life things are until they aren't there anymore. I suggested to my husband the other day that "we should all get together and...." but now there is no we or all. They are gone. I have pictures to look at...pictures make me cry..oh how I cry. My Needs

My New Cat, Rippa
My husband called me recently from work. Turns out, someone had thrown out a cat and it was hanging around the office. Could I come get her? My husband is not the biggest cat fan. I figured this cat must be something special. I get there, and a starved, matted, dirty and wet cat meows at me insistently from underneath the office steps. I check, yea, female. Totally complacent, the cat allows me to scoop her up and truck her home in my husband's hotrod truck. (We are talking LOUD truck, cat never flinches.) My New Hobby
I spent way to much money (but I'm single so there's no woman bitching about it) on a photo editing softwear package. I have now found myself with a new hobby, making Morph Pics. I've already made about 60. Most of which I made for people here on Cherry Tap. And some for friends that are still stuck on Myspace with the other mindless loosers. Anyway if you would like a morph done just hit me up and I'll be glad to do it. Usually take me no time at all. The hard part is deciding on the pics to morph so if you choose your or own it's almost instant satisfaction. My New Addiction
Well, I now have a new addiction. It's called Blokus. If you know what it is that's great, but if not, it's a strategy game that is both alot of fun and a mind workout. I bought the board game, and went crazy over it and it's great for kids to play too. Now, I am hooked to the online game of it. You can play with people from all over the world. Well, I started my new job, back in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. My New Home
I live in a semi small town so when we get a Super Wal-Mart, it's kind of a big deal. But how sad is it that every time I go in there, I have a series of small orgasms? My New Belt
I got my belt buckle caught on something at work yesterday and it got broke. It was a cheap ass belt, but it was keeping my pants up. My New Life
So I'm moving back to New York soon ... hopefully. As long as I'm able to land a good job and secure an apartment I'll be able to leave. With all the complications that occurred after Catherine was born I'm not even able to leave my mother's house with the baby. I feel so free. I feel like a thousand tons have been lifted off of me. My New Endeavour.
At the pressure and insistence of others, I have begun baking from home again as means of boosting my income. I think I must be crazy.... I have no dishwasher, but friends will not be dissuaded. I will have to keep it at a bare minimum, but it will be a big help to finances..... especially if I can do wedding cake.... In a month or so I may have to retreat, because the heat here is unbearable in the summer, I don't know if I will be able to have my oven on so much. I have alot of cleaning projects going on at the moment also, and only about a month to accomplish these things, just deep cleaning stuff, like washing ceiling fans and such, organizing the garage, cleaning carpets, and washing my lawn furniture. It's almost that time. My New Dog
So...I have recently acquired a new dog by the name of Cujo, which I have to feed from a distance, cause every time I get near the stupid thing he starts jumping up on me and humping my leg. Low and behold my daughter lets him loose he runs in the house, grabs a pillow off the couch and proceeds to have sex with it!!! I think he even tried to have sex with my cat!! OMFG!!! So now the pillow is in the trash the dog is tied to a tree and I am feeding him by grabbing his bowl pulling it out with a rake and then pushing it back in towards him! Is he nuts or what??!! My Next Tattoos. (this Summer)
I have decided on the next tattoos. Abraxas first. Then a Hecate tattoo on my right side and Aphrodite on my left side (ribcage i mean) When I have saved enough money to start investing I will save enough money to get my next tattoo after that. A large tattoo of Zeus on my back. I plan on getting others but I will photo them as i get them and don't quite know what i will get after these. I think i might get something Norse on my leg. Something like Yggdrasil or Thor's hammer or the Valknut. Those latter are just ideas and for now i will focus on those tattoos I had mentioned earlier. this is so awesome i applyed for two jobs in person, got a call back to interview for both of them, went to my first interview and got the job. they said that i had to take my tabc test so that i can sell alcohol took the test once and passed it go me. i had only been looking for work for less than a week and i start training on monday. i am so proud of myself go. it will kind of suck cause my birthday is on tuesday (22 years old). thats okay didn't go out on my 21st birthday either got pregnant. its all good i'll just go out after i get my first pay check. keepin it short but sweet as always mamatink

My Neighbor Died Lastnight
He dove head first into the pool. It was only 3ft. We think he was drunk. His 15 year old nephew pulled him from the pool and tried giving him cpr, but it didn't work. His neck had snapped on impact. I stayed with the family most of the night when we went down to the police station. I just can't believe what happened. Guess the question of life and death hits you fast. Funny though I didn't even know they were in the pool until i heard his wife screaming and ran outside. Here's the news clip. What little there was. ("Roughly around 9:30pm lastnight a man died at the Fountianhead Apartments in the Medical Center of San Antonio. "He had been intoxicated when he jumped in. He hit his head and drowned in the pool. My New Life
Well shortly my old life will be ending and I will be creating a new one with the man of my dreams and the man in my life. We have only been waiting almost 4 years now to get married. I am so excited that I can't wait for this divorce to be over with. So YAY ME....life will be grand and the kids are very happy about it as well. They say I get a new daddy that will love me and care about me....pretty sad when the children call their father a sperm donor. My New Piercing & Tristens Last Day At Nursery School
On June 21, 2007 my mom & me went to get our eyebrows pierced. Nope it didn't hurt when we got it done, but it does hurt when you pull on it or sleep on it its been very fun the last few days. Just finished watching Nickelback's video "If Everyone Cared" on YouTube...and the comments on the video reminded me so much of our own mumms, it was scary. Do we have a disposition to discredit a legitimate message because of our own prejudices, say against the person or the content? I have to say I'm guilty of being quick to judge and bash someone for something small, their grammar, their spelling...and insulting their intelligence level. It made me think quite a bit. My New Machine!
It is my first day completely alone with no kids. I woke up with no one in the house but myself. Kind of nice. The other day, we bought an espresso machine. It has been at Starbucks for a while. It is a $1,200.00 machine! Now, we didn't pay $1200 for it! My daughter works for Starbucks and it went on sale plus we got her discount. It ended up being a little over $400 which is still a lot but damn worth it! It is the DeLonghi Magnifaca machine and it does everything for you! It looks complicated but this morning, I got up, went in the kitchen and pushed the button for 2 shots, then poured it over ice! As simple as that. I am in love with this machine and glad the girl that works with my daughter talked me into it! I get free starbucks espresso beans because my daughter works there and it will be worth the money spent on the machine in the long run! My Nephew Is Here!
My sister gave birth to my nephew/god son. There was a couple complications, but everything turned out perfect. He is just the most awesome creature I have ever seen. He was born on July 5th, 2007 at 5 am on the dot, he was 7 pounds 10 ounces, and 20 inches long. His name is Nicholas Allen Jr. I can't believe how much I love him, and he doesn't even know who I am yet. But I loved him so much even before he was born. I can't wait to see him grow up, and just be even more perfect. I will put up pics of him just as soon as I get permission. Thanks for reading. My Nerdy Reading Goal
Okay, so I can't remember if I mentioned this in my past blogs or not, so if I have and you're tired of it, go ahead and scream at me. Anyway, Last year I set a goal for myself of reading at least 10,000 pages. I set this when I began keeping a log of all the books I read, just for my own amusement. Being the nerd that I am, I made an excel spreadsheet, so it became relatively easy to tally up the total pages and whatnot, and being obsessed with numbers, I set the said goal for myself. (I think this was in March and I'd already gone through 2000 pages so I thought what the hey) In any case, I finished the year with 10,591 total. So I thought for 2007 I should double it, and see if I can get to 20,000 pages....which quickly changed to well, let's see if I can average about 2000 pages a month, or 24,000 for the year. And I was on track for that until about May, when I sorta lost my mind again and never really made much headway. Then I got back into it a month or so ago...finall

My New Job Is Awesome!
Well, after a couple of years of looking, interupted by two major surgeries and a real sucko job that lasted 2 months, I am now working at an awesome job with a great company. I'm working as a system administrator for the application development group of an engineering company that creates wastewater systems. Actually they do anything that has to do with water, and have won numerous awards. I have never worked for a company that treats its employees as nicely as these people do. There are eight of us in the group, plus a manager, who is also a real sweetheart. I have less stress than I have had at any other job, I'm paid well, and they do things to "help" us work. We work in cubes, and even though it's quiet, they give us headphones so when we need to concentrate, we can block the rest of the world out, and blast music if that's what we want. My New A Apartment/ Raining Cats And Dogs
Well we went and looked at it last night. She told me to be prepared for the worst, and I was. It was not as bas a I thought it would be, but it was pretty bad. I don't think these people ever cleaned when they lived there. The tile in the bathroom and kitchen is black. My mom and I are going to clean it up and she is taking money off for me to do this. But how can you not clean. And they painted the one wall but painted around the furniture. I don't get it. But other then that I love it. The rooms are HUGE. My New Job
Well as many of you know i got a nursing job! I work on the weekends. 12 hour shifts.. I work with Alzheimer & Dementia patients! 8 total.. I am completely exhausted!! Mentally and physically! Ive worked as a caregiver in the past but this house I'm working at is completely different! I have 8 lady's in the house all which are over the age of 80 years old. Which it seams all of them are PMS'in! Anyways my feet are killing me and im about ready to fall asleep on my keyboard soo im heading to bed! Ill be back Monday! I work 7-7 again tomorrow.. my new job id going better then i thought it would and im so happy!! My New Tattoo
I am getting a new tattoo on Thursday! I am so excited about it...The anticipation is overwhelming! It has been about ten years since I got my last tattoo. I do believe it is time for new ink. I was at work and my boss decided that I was going to be someones buddy. A new child in the early Pre School room was having some issues with biting and hitting. He understands NO english so why not make him Ms. Mindi's friend, right? I was his friend for an hour. When that hour was up, the director came to get him from me. When he saw her come into the office, he decided to try to climb up me like a cat up a tree! This kid weighs like 50 lbs. In order for me not to fall I had to grab him and pull him up in order to put him down. This resulted in me suffering from a severe strain and back spasms. Also resulted in a nice workman's comp claim. Yeah, I really love my job. Now, I am really loving my drugs. My drugs and I are going to la la land right now. Catch ya on the sober side.

Ok so this blog writing thing may have something to it. I do like the idea of expressing myself even though I am pretty sure no one is reading these. I was not exactly sure what to make today's topic, but my best friend gave me an idea without even knowing she did. Today's topic will be about stupidity. This is an even bigger pet peeve of mine than trendiness. Don't get me wrong people are entitled to make mistakes I have no issues with that. I am talking about people who have a brain but choose not to use it. An example is someone does something wrong like bump into you with their shopping cart, or go down the wrong way in a parking lot that has directing arrows. Then after doing this they look at you like you were the one in the wrong, and often times even cuss you out! This is stupidity in its finest form. My New Job..
I just ended my 4th week at my new job. This was only my 3rd week on 3rd shift. My job is to run 2 machines that turn parts and also bore any I.D's or drill any holes such as bolt holes or even tapped holes. I understand the processes but it is on the tool changes were I am getting confused. The machines basically do all the work. All I have to do is enter numbers and make sure that the parts are in spec. The tools themselves have life expectancies of so many parts ran. After that number is up the machine will stop. Depending on if it is a roughing tool or a finishing tool depends on how much set-up the tool needs. If it is a finishing tool you have to measure were you are at. Let the machine load another part and make that part bigger in size. Then measure that part and go from there. You have to take off material from that part to get it into spec.(This is were I am messing up). You then load another part, cut it and then measure it and see if it is inspect. My New Baby Girl!!
So I had my second daughter September 10th. She is so beautiful. We named her Haley Marie. My other daughter which is 4 1/2 loves her so much. She can't wait til she can play and all. Im actually excited having two girls. Don't have to buy new toys or clothes..LOL Im done having kids though. I had to have another c section so very painful again so im done. My first one was worse bec I was in labor for 14 hours then had to have a c section. Im enjoying life though now and happy with the way everything is going. Im still not talking to my oldest sister and I have tried but she doesn't care. Thats fine with me. She wants to be like this then I don't have to help her clean her apt anymore or hear all the problems she has. I guess she is talking about divorce again which doesn't surprise me but im not believing it until she actually does it. Now that I don't really talk to her anymore my life has been less stressful. All I can say is Im happy to be a proud mommy to two beautiful girl

Well It has been a year and a half in the process. In may 2006 I was told by Homes For Our Troops that they would build me a house. After finding the right plans to fit my needs and my family. Planning started in September and We finally cleared the land that I bought and made a Huge mud hole in December. It rained from Dec 17 though most of February. We broke ground January 6th and started the Foundation. The spring was pretty productive but then summer hit and so did another round of rain that lasted all of june and July and part of August. School started for my kids on 27 Aug. Finally all was finished and we got the keys in Mid September. Now almost moved in and trying to figure out where things go. My New Job
Thanks for all the good luck wishes for my interview. I did get the job today, however My other job called and asked me to come in and fill out paperwork since i'd passed my drug test. Well when I asked her about taking the other job and accommodating the other hours, she said no cuz she was giving me full time hours in about two weeks. YAY me...i'm so happy! I don't think I have stopped much this week. I have been on the go. I guess it is that time of year? I got my computer files all saved and added to the new computer. I never turned off my old computer last night because I know that when I do, it won't turn on again! My new computer is so fast! My New Year's Resolution
2007 was an eye opening year for me, I finally grew some balls and did some shit that made life a little easier. I finally got off the unemployment line and lost some weight. That's cool. My New Years
My New Years kicked ass. I spent New Years Eve in Cleveland for the night at a Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert. It was AWESOME! I didn't know this and I think a lot of people don't know this that the band started out as an 80's hair metal band called Sabotage...they didn't do too well and that's when they became TSO, the band they are now. Great music, amazing concert, but it was funny seeing them because it seemed like they were trying to live out their dreams of being a big time metal band through christmas music.

My Nephew Is On The Way..
My friend just called me to tell me she went into labor. Granted she is a month and a half early but Im excited for the baby. As most of you all know, I'm currently attending a community college...I have been going there now for the past year and a half. But anyways, now that I'm halfway from getting out of there, I have some new goals I want to accomplish. First off, I'm no longer going to major in journalism, but in criminal justice. I know a bit about law thanks to my mom but there were other factors that made me change...especially because a certain someone I consider a hero inspired me to want to enter the criminal justice field. I've also always wanted a job where I can help people as well. Anyways, I went to see a counselor yesterday and I'm actually almost done getting my general ed! The only classes I'll have to take are Social Science and Communication classes as well as a bit of P.E....I'll probably take one of the required classes this summer so that way come fall '08 I'll only have to focus on taking two more classes and then in spring of next year, I can focus on taking classes I'll need t

My Nephew's Exciting Baseball Game Last Night!
What a game last night! In all of my years of playing, watching, and umpiring baseball, I have never seen anything like I did last night. It was absolutely crazy. My nephew, Blake, was not as sharp as he normally is and got off to kind of a rough start. He walked the first two batters, struck out the next two, passed ball which put the runners on second and third and then the cleanup batter got a bloop hit with two strikes. So we were down 2 two 0 going into the bottom of the first. Then our first batter hit a grounder to the shortstop. He was safe at first but the umpire made an out call and then quickly changed it to a safe call which is the cardinal rule in umpiring that you should not do. If you're going to make a call you just better make a good one and make it decisively no matter what. Of course, that made the coach of the other thing furious and I really do not blame him. Like I said, I believe the umpire made the right call but you cannot make an indecisive call like

My Nephews Situation
It is now 12:52 a.m. on 4/26/2008. My nephew just got admitted to the hospital. He woke up crying tonight for no reason. Then wouldn't bear any weight on anything. He is a severe hemophiliac. One of the worst documented cases in the U.S. He got taken to the emergency room. They decided to admit him. A normal dose for him intravenously is normally 100,000 units. They ended up giving him 800,000 units this time. He has to have surgery soon. So keep him in your prayers.

Today I went to the local animal shelter and got myself a cat named Harvey..He is about 5 years old and omg he's huge lol...I jokingly say he must have eaten a cat he's soo big! My New Project
I'm currently working on a book of short stories titled, "WTF?: 13 Tales Of The Wierd". Some of the working story titles are as follows: "Tainted Blood", "Copa Cannibal", "Marc of the Beast", "The Face of Karma" and "Cerebral Vortex". These are just a few of the working titles and are subject to change as the stories progress. I will most likely publish this work at Wordclay when I'm finished. My New Life
I am on this new path called single, with kids. No, not sole caretaker of my children. Unfortunately a mainly weekend father. I am amazed at the depths of stupidity I have gone to, yet I am still here. I have sucessfully ruined my relationship with their mothers'.....yes that is plural. I have an ex-wife who has my son, and doesn't really want me to see him. And now I have an ex-fiancee, who has our daughters. I know time will move on and so will I. I want to change my stupid ways, and I can and will. So to anyone who reads this please don't judge me, we all have skeletons. But as someone once told me, "the grass is green, the sky is blue". He also said " I am free and over 21". Everyday will be better and I choose to look at it this way. My choices not only effect me but my kids also. I am choosing to be what I need to be, to be there for them. In closing, I love you: Caleb, Grace and Caitlin.

My New Little Man
Well I am now a "mommy" to a 13yo teenager. My mom is getting married to his grandpa. His mom passed away when he was 5. He was bounced from a ton of his family members. Finally the last chance was my mom and his grandpa. But they are getting too old. So my mom called on me to come down and help raise him. So bam here I am. I finally got my girlfriend back with me so now the power couple is back together thank goodness. The three of us me, my g/f, and Mav are all gonna be moving in together after the wedding next weekend. So yea that should be fun. But right now he's spending the week with us to test the waters to see how well everyone gets along. He's a really great kid. Very smart. He does have ADHD which I have never personally dealt with so that is the only really hard thing for me to deal with right now. But other than that I'll be adding more soon I have a school fieldtrip that I went on and chaperoned for his school. I'll be adding those pics and blog more about him as time goes

My New Look...
It's been a while since ive actually had time to really sit down and right a blog on this site. I've kind agot a new look. Ive sorta turned into a more gothic-pnk style in the couple months and have been hanging out with a lot of ne friends. For one, i went out and got my chin (or bottom lip...whatever) pierced exacly a week ago last wed. right noy i just have a stainless steel stud in. it looks so cool and ive gotten lots of compliments on it. everyone of my friends and even strangers says it looks good on me. ive also been getting A LOT of sun since spring even first began, so now im starting to get a pretty nice tan and my hair is bleaching out. which brings me to my next point. since i got me hair cut so short in the front, its actually long enuff now where i can spike it which looks cool. and i plan on very soon bleaching my tips in the front and on top where my hair is all spikey. i bleached my hair once b-4 and it turned out great, so i cant wait to see what bleaching my tips wi

My New Rant
ok so i havent really had a rant blog in awhile..i thought it was time i did one..if i typo oh well im not fixing it lol.. anyways...as most of my friends know..i took a short break from my red account on here..I didnt know if i was comming back or not..I was having alot of issues and doing rates on fubar for 8 hours a day just wasent my main priority. My New Job=teh Awesome!!
So... I started my new job on Monday, and let me say this. My expectations are pretty high for atmosphere at work, recently... Apple Elk Grove was awesomely fun, Comtek was an amazing growing experience with some of the coolest coworkers ever (not to mention my awesome bosses, Larry and Rob) despite being one of the most shitty work situations EVER (blame Mike @ Mad Dog for that one). So, how does my new job stack up to those interesting positions?It's not nearly fair. Pearson School Systems is a company that I didn't think existed, at least outside of the city limits of Mountain View, CA or Cupertino, CA. Amazing atmosphere, everyone there is (gasp!) happy! My trainer/supervisor is a fucking rockstar, and so far it just feels like home.That's right. Four days into training and it feels like home.I'm pretty blitzed out by the heat right now, so I'll probably textually ramble on more later, but here's the scoop for now:Still no band. Still broke. Still hot as balls outside. S

My Newest Baby!
So.... as some of you noticed, I was gone for a while... I had my baby a month early. She was born July 6, and was 6lbs 3oz & 20inches long. I apologize to you all that loved the prego pictures! HAHA I'm not looking prego anymore, and it's now been 11 days since I had her. She is currently still in the NICU since she was so early (actually considered a preemie) but she's doing better. At first she was great, then she was having issues trying to breathe since her lungs were not fully developed, so they lacked the fluid inside of them that keeps them from sticking together when she exhaled. After a couple days on a CPAP machine, she got off of it and breathing fine on her own! Then, her red blood cells levels jumped up, and she ended up with jaundice, for all of 24 hours I think, since they put her under the bili light and then all was good so she's finally off the light. Now she's just a feeder/grower... as my favorite nurse of hers referred to her as.... meaning she's just in

My Neighbor.
I must have the hottest neighbor that God has ever deemed to create. I was just on the phone with Ruby, who by the way is 175k away from Fu King... Ruby Cairo ETid, LP, FuGF of Persia@ fubar ...and I was headed to the store to get some cancer sticks. Anyway Neighbor Dan as we've taken to calling him pulls up in front of his house. I immediately flipped the girl switch "on" and started walking like I owned the man already, hips going and everything. As I'm doing this Ruby is giggling because I always sound like a hot mess when I see him. Surprise, I'm a dork. On the way back from the store I noticed he was hosing his porch off so I looked over at him to make sure that I wouldn't get wet... er um... hosed, and we smiled at each other. Once again the girl switch got flipped and Ruby began to giggle. All in all it was a fun walk to the store. I wonder if I should take him some "cookies" (inside joke with me and ruby)
