Historic Whiskey May Be Poured Down the Drain for Being Sold Without a License Friday, November 16, 2007 NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Here's a sobering thought: Hundreds of bottles of Jack Daniel's whiskey, some of it almost 100 years old, may be unceremoniously poured down a drain because authorities suspect it was being sold by someone without a license. Officials seized 2,400 bottles late last month during warehouse raids in Nashville and Lynchburg, the southern Tennessee town where the whiskey is distilled. "Punish the person, not the whiskey," said an outraged Kyle MacDonald, 28, a Jack Daniel's drinker from British Columbia who promotes the whiskey on his blog. "Jack never did anything wrong, and the whiskey itself is innocent." Investigators are also looking into whether some of the bottles had been stolen from the distillery. No one has been arrested. Authorities are still determining how much of the liquor will be disposed of, and how much can be sold at auction.

I wanted to write a little history about myself and how I got to where I am now helping Children of abuse and neglect. I was born and raised in Alexandria Virginia and I have never regretted it. Historic Marine Corps Half Marathon
Just finished my 5th Marathon, I came in 39 out of 3,822 runners, I ran the 13.1 mile run in 1hr and 27 min, I felt really good, maybe it was the sandwich from subway I ate the night before idk, at mile 6 I remember gettin this burst of energy, and the crowd support was really nice, I used the crowd most of the time for a good adrenaline rush, they loved me. I got a chance to chat with martha merz before the race, she's cute in person, this is just a shitty picture trust me, we were pretty much the elite runners in the front of the race. Mary Kate Bailey, a Olympic Trials Marathon Qualifier and former Marine, OOORAAHH! made her appearance winning the Marine Corps Half Marathon, she has also won the 2004 Marine Corps Marathon, yeah i do my history check on runners. I was suprised to see Kathy Switzer at the race, the first woman ever to run the boston marathon back in 1967, and what better appearance to be at than the first ever Marine Corps Half Marathon.

His Trip To Philly...
Thursday night DJ came to Philly. I picked him up from the bus station. We had a great time being together. I hate that he had to go, but soon enough we will move in together. I love being with him. Sorry I have not been on in a few days. I have been very busy. Just to keep everyone up to date, I am in the process of helping my mom move into a new place. I have a new job so not sure what the hours will be yet but I will keep everyone posted. I have been doing well in school but things have been requiring more of my attention. I have two major papers due by this next week and then I have to work on a final project paper. I hope all my friends understand but I tend to be a perfectionist. Stars Timothy Olyphant (who I was quite sure I'd seen before - he has a substantial list of credits, but not in shows or movies I've seen - habits of speech, phrasing, manner of his were very similar to those of someone's, maybe Bull Shannon's (played by Richard Moll) on Night Court, or someone else's I recall?!?, in lighter moments in this film...) as Agent 47, an assassin trained from early childhood, and Dougray Scott as the only police agent (Interpol), apparently, who believes he exists. The assassin apparently fails to assassinate the president of a very well-known country, his superiors "throw him to the wolves"- but a little digging discovers that this apparently obvious story is not the whole or even really the truth of it. For all of that the film is a bit formulaic (not very, I thought), but interesting, still surprising, and nicely done :). Definitely R-rated though.
