HOUSTON (Aug. 10) -- A married man is suing 1-800-Flowers for $1 million for revealing that he was cheating on his wife. Leroy Greer said in a lawsuit filed this week in a federal court in Texas that he bought flowers for his girlfriend through 1-800-Flowers. He asked to keep his purchase private. Greer said he was referred to the company's privacy policy, which states that customers can ask 1-800-Flowers not to share personal information with "third parties." But, the lawsuit says, 1-800-Flowers sent a thank-you note to his house and his wife saw it. When she called the company, 1-800-Flowers faxed her a copy of the receipt from Greer's secret purchase. This is a little story I wrote for someone I think is very special. I thought I'd post it for everyone to read. Feel free to leave comments both good and bad. Hope you enjoy! Once upon a time there was a flower. This flower lived in a clearing in the middle of the woods. It was purple with white speckles and liked nothing more than to have the sun's rays caress it's petals all day long. Each morning anticipation would fill this flower as it yearned for the first gentle ray to touch it's petals and spread over it's body. Someone answer me this. Why on earth do house cats when they are let outside go straight for the sand or dirt and in this case it is more like a muddy concoction of each and roll in it? I went to Lowe's to get some flowers to plant on the side of the house. I bought 12 flats that contained 10 plants each. I went throught the checkout and told the girl that I had 12 and that they each had 10 @.33 cents. She asked me if I had heard about the robbery down the street last night. I had told her I hadn't, blah, blah, blah.. Her last comment to me after filling me in on the deatail was. "Ya know, people really need to start paying better attention" I inserted my debit card and and paid for my purchase.. $4.19 It should have been at least 40 bucks. Normally I would have told her that she made a mistake. But ya know. People really should start paying better attention. LOL.. Those flowers look effing great too

Monday, July 30, 2007 I visited a vomitorium, I think... But I had good hair. It's been a really fun filled weekend with wonderful friends! Old and new. But a bit too much fun for some, I noticed. At this bar that I've never been to before, people were so drunk, because the beer (eww, beer) is so cheap, that they were throwing up all over the place. It was like a vomitorium. I was disgusted! Had to leave after witnessing numerous grisly things. A drop of one guys vomit actually landed on me. Uh-huh. That totally sucked, I can tell you. Really bites when people can't control themseves. If you can't handle your booze, don't drink. Simple. You would think. (No, none of my friends vomited.)

A delicious, inexpensive, and easy way to make 'homemade' donuts that your whole family will love. This recipe also works well for funnel cakes! Ingredients 1 (18.25 oz.) package moist cake mix, any flavor 1/2 C. flour 4 eggs 1 1/4 C. water 3 C. oil for frying, or as needed 1/4 C. confectioners' sugar for dusting Directions In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, flour, water, and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 5 minutes, or until batter is free of lumps. Heat oil in a large, deep skillet until it reaches 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Using a small scoop equal to about 2 Tbs., carefully drop batter into hot oil in batches so as not to overcrowd. Cook donuts in hot oil for 5 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping once with a fork mid-way through for even cooking. Carefully remove donuts from oil with slotted spoon or tongs, and drain on paper towels. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving. Makes 56 servings

New Interview.... First of all, Happy New Year. (Imagine me saying like I said "Mewwy Cwithmuth.") Yeah yeah... It's over. Let's go on with our lives. A fresh new year is a great thing! Really bad day.... Current mood: betrayed Wow, today I had a really bad day. It's been a long time since I had one. But today, everything went badly wrong. Happy Monday! [PHOTO INSIDE] Current mood: refreshed What a week last one turned out to be. But I can't forget that it wasn't entirely bad. I went for dinner with an old friend, and we had a really wicked time talking about old times, and laughing. And on Saturday night, I saw many wonderful friends who made me feel loved and hugged and kissed and happy, because they didn't want me to be sad. the state of the union Hi. Just thought I'd pop in and update with what's going on. Lots! I can't even tell you, but what I can say is I am starting to work on songs for record number two. Of course, what I'm doing now isn't going to be the "real" songs, but the prelimenary ones. First, you demo, then you do the real thing. It's like making a rough sketch before you actually do the painting. This one will be a whole new sound, because I will be working with new people. So far, it's just me, and I haven't chosen the new people yet. There are some good ones to choose from, I tell you! I am excited!!! As you know, or may not know, I don't have a band really. Fluffy Starr is just ME. I had friends help me write the music portion of my first CD. And it was a great experience. But I don't have a fully dedicated real band who are always on board with me. PHOTO inside...and nite ramblings... HI!!!!!!!!! It's after 1AM, and despite my attempts to become non-nocturnal, it just ain't gonna happen. Not today anyway. I've had a busy week that has me sort of keyed up, if that's the right term. My one shoulder has been sore. An old BMX injury from when I was 12. Still goes bonkers sometimes. Owwie! Confessions of a midnight snacker.... What is your favorite midnight snack? God, mine would have to be pizza. Doesn't even matter what kind. Not overly meaty tho. And right now, I'm having mad mad mad cravings!!! Salivating like a dog. I walked by a pizza place 3 times today in my travels, and I talked myself out of it each time. But I should have just let myself have it, because now I'm craving it and dreaming about it. But I am getting a chubby tummy, because I eat so damn much before bed, so I better cut it out! VLOG: "Cosmo Starr" Well, what a show last night! It was the first really hot sunny day in Vancouver, and I was thinking "oh no!!!" But we had a good crowd! Just doing a pop-in... *NEW PHOTO* Hi. It's been a fine week so far. The weekend started last night. Hung out at The Plaza and checked out some bands. I love seeing live music, made right in front of my eyes. Wicked!!! Going out to see Superstar DJ Keoki tonight. Should be awesome. I just love music. Weekends wouldn't be the same without it. A show about nothing? Oh Jerry! How about a blog about nothing! RIP Nincomputer So my nincomputer finally went caput. Did you know caput is Tupac backwards. Neato, eh? Night Ramblings....for those who give a damn... The Mad Mad Dog Awright, I'm struggling to write this with a very hyper Cosmo in my lap squirming around like a mad dog, ripping up my pink robe. OMG, I love my life! You know, the weather has turned into lovely Spring weather, and Cosmo is ready for walks (because he's had his 12 week vaccinations). And boy do we walk. We don't walk, we RUN! New VLOG: "The Pink Pillow" Wow, it's been super busy around here! I hardly have time to go online, or to paint my nails! Been working in the studio non-stop. But I did sneak out to see "The Dark Knight." (In IMAX of course.) Yeah, I liked it. Christian Bale. Hello! He's the best Batman ever! Heath Ledger was a good Joker, yes. Sugar, Hellfluffy (photo), etcetera... To Sugarbuzz. Or Not. So I'm doing really good at my low sugar lifestyle. The headaches are gone, and I don't really crave it anymore. I learned a great new trick and I wanted to share it with you. Get some butterscotch hard candy. A good kind, like 'Werthers Original.' After you eat your meal, eat just one. Because it is rock hard, it will last for a long time, melting on your tongue slowly. And you will feel satisfied, because it is creamy, sweet, buttery and yummy. I use this trick every time I need a sugar fix. It works! But I did eat a double bacon cheeseburger after the bar on the weekend. Don't know what to do about that. Oh well. Nobody's perfect! Stuff, and silly Vlog... Hey you!!! Yeah, you. What up? I'm waiting for pizza. Yep. Kinda early,I know, but... I'm only human. It's been a weird last few days, but very good. Kind of wild though... A random late night conversation with your friend Fluffy... Hi. So I am eating Cheerios right now. But not with milk. With peanut butter and chocolate syrup. And yes, this tastes good to me. My friend and I got hungry, so while everyone was downstairs jamming, we went through the cupboards and found peanut butter and chocolate syrup. New photo, New Vlog. Yep! Hi! Happy St. Patrick's Day! No, I am not wearing green. I am wearing my cream colored thermal top with chocolate colored horsies on it. Girly vlog alert! (Or shoe fetishists...) Had a very rollercoaster week last week. Astounding ups and downs which made me feel a little crazy , but sometimes our personal lives can do that to us. But, like a cat, I ALWAYS land on my feet. Nevermind the lowlights... But the highlights were; because of my friend Bobby, I got to go to see Cinema Bizarre and Lady Gaga last Wednesday night. It was a lot of fun! Lots of "soda-pops" were drank, and lots of craziness ensued. All shows were really good too, even though I'm more of a Rock Girl, I still enjoyed it a lot, and respected the art form. The weekend was good! Wicked music, and saw lots of friends I hadn't seen in a while. My dog decided to act semi-normal for half a day, so that was a bonus as well. And I had lots of eats and sleepytime on Sunday, which was desperately needed. Just got back from my errands, and was carrying a heavy bag of food and felt extremely bored and I started realizing how astoundingly cranky I felt. My true feelings about Summer BBQ's. A shocking confessional. *NEW PHOTO* Yo!!!! How is you? I'm doing well. It's been an interesting Summer. And so many BBQ's!!!! I don't think I've eaten so much meat and booze in my life!!! I'm not a big meat eater at all, so it was different for me. But I enjoyed it! Hey, I'll tell you something... Are you listening? Ok, here goes my confession. I used to AVOID BBQ's like the PLAGUE. I mean, I thought it was soooo dull and boring. People standing around in back yards, and having to converse with weird random guys who won't leave you alone, while you are trying to eat from a paper plate, usually while standing. And inevitably, some food falls off the flimsy paper plate, and you have to sort of kick it aside, or better yet, kick it toward any greedy drooling untrained dogs that might be around. New Friday Nite photos inside. Friday nite. The Spiked Frapp is in my hand, beside my ever chiming cellphone. In the studio, discussing the next track. About to leave for a friend's party... A friend took this later in the evening, and sent it to me by email.... I had a big dumpling in my mouth, hence my chipmunk cheeks. I turned around and saw him pointing his phone at me. 1 package ground beef (2.25lbs) 1/2 red onion chopped 1 package McCormick's chili seasoning (mild or hot) 1 package kraft mexican style four cheese blend 1 can bush's chili beans mild (27oz can) 1 package large burrito shells (mission) 1. Brown ground beef, combining: meat, onion, and seasoning. (add half seasoning pack while browning and remaining when meat is almost done) 2. strainfat from meat. 3. mix bush beans and ground beef together. (Don't strain pour everything in pan.) 4. arrange shells on flat clean surface. 5. spoon to your liking, burrito filling on to the shells. (Don't over stuff shells will rip.) 6. sprinkle cheese over stuffing. (be generous) 7. roll burritos. To roll: fold up sides of shell inward til sides are even no too far, now roll, starting from the smallest part of the shell. Make sure you roll over the stuffing. keep your form tight. after you finish rolling and your burritos are on a plate, lightly sprinkle withwater to moisten

Flurries & Holiday Spirit
The flakes have started flying. I woke up this morning to an almost pink sky. It was completely cloudy but there was a shade of pink. It was a little weird. The Flu Sucks
I hate being sick, I hate the flu, and I hate working while I am sick with the flu...Last year for thanksgiving I was sick and it looks like there will be a reapeat this year since I woke up sick woo-hoo! Flu Shots
I've never had a flu shot. The thought has crossed my mind to try one though. Do they actually work? I think my immune system is better for not having had the flu shots. The colds and flus that I have had to battle has made it stronger, made it more prepared to take on a new illness. If we are constantly using shots and virus strains keep adapting to our little tricks are we not setting things up for a more powerful flu bug to develop down the road? If I do get sick and have to shut down for a few days, especially during a Canadian winter, it can be a well needed break. It think I just answered my own question. A Texas travel agency, which organizes clothing-optional holidays, is to run what it claims is the world's first nude flight. Houston-based Castaways Travel says sex won't be allowed on the flight from Miami to Cancun in Mexico. When we are lost, and can not find our way in the dark, we follow an unknown light and when we least expect it we are fliyin' on angels wings. One of the most haunted places we have lived was a small apartment in McKeesport, Pa. It was a 2 bedroom apartment above a garage. One winter, my children had snow day from school. The 4 of us, my self and my then three children, were sitting in the living room watching TV. The television began to change channels. It would switch to the local religious channel. We each checked to see if someone was sitting on the remote control, no one was. Infact we couldn't find the remote. So I got up and changed the channel back. Flying Speghetti Monster Noodle Pie... Prep & Cooking Time: 1 hr. 5 min. Yield: 5 servings Serving Size: 6.000 ounces 1 cup, drained, cottage cheese (fat free) 2 oz mozzarella cheese (part skim) 4 egg whites 1 tsp dried oregano 8 oz canned crushed tomatoes 1 raw, huge sweet red bell pepper, diced 1&1/2 cups cooked spaghetti noodles 12 oz raw, ground beef 1 Tbsp margarine, trans-fat free blend Directions: 1. Cook spaghetti, omit the salt and oil from the directions, drain and set aside 2. In a bowl, combine 2 egg whites, and margarine, add to hot spaghetti and stir 3. Coat a round, 9 inch baking pan with non stick cooking spray and add noodles, going up the sides as well 4. In a bowl, mix 2 egg whites and cottage cheese, pour on top of noodles and set aside 5. In a large skillet, brown meat with red pepper. Drain excess oils, blot with paper towel and pour on top of cottage cheese layer 6. Pour crushed tomatoes (including sauce) and oregano. Bake at 350

FLYING HIGH AGAIN Oh my head. My whole body hurts. Flying isnt easy, I did it this time. I was flying there for a moment, maybe two. Shit! Think I broke a rib. I really need to work on the landings. Landings are a bitch. I really did you saw me, I really did it this time. I knew using the roof as a launching point would work. Wished it would have worked longer. I hurt everywhere. Why is it that most people when going on trips get the real early flight, especially if you have to drive them to the airport? Me, lol, I am not really a morning person, though a lot of people around me are the type that are all cheery and happy.
