EASY BUT FANCY POTATOES 6 medium sized potatoes 1 onion sliced dried parsley salt and pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or more if desired 1/2 stick of butter or margarine Grease a 2-quart casserole. Slice potatoes very thin. Place half the potatoes in a layer in the dish. Add a layer of onion slices. Sprinkle with dried parsley. Salt and pepper the layer. Add 1/2 cup grated cheese and top with half the butter, which is cut into pats. Repeat the layering of all ingredients. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. In MICROWAVE OVEN , cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

EASY CARAMEL SAUCE 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar 2/3 light corn syrup 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 (5.33-oz) can evapotrated milk Combine sugar, corn syrup and butter in medium saucepan; cook on medium heat to soft ball stage (234-240 degrees), stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in salt and milk. Serve warm over ice cream. Makes 2 1/4 cups.

EASY CHOCOLATE SYRUP 1/3 cup cocoa 1 cup sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons light corn syrup 1/2 cup cold water 1 tablespoon cold water 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon vanilla Combine all but butter and vanilla in saucepan. Bring to full boil and cook 10 minutes, timing from beginning of full boil. Stir only to keep from boiling over. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla, stir. The longer it stands, the thicker and better it becomes.

Putting the crackers in a large plastic bag that seals works well. Put the crushed crackers in a bowl and mix with margarine. Pat the mixture into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish to form a crust. Mix Dream Whip according to directions. Add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Place over crust. Add cherry pie filling on top. Chill before serving.

Easy Banana Bread Recipe INGREDIENTS • 3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed • 1/3 cup melted butter • 1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup) • 1 egg, beaten • 1 teaspoon vanilla • 1 teaspoon baking soda • Pinch of salt • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour No need for a mixer for this recipe. Just another rant about ebay. I am sadly having to get very irked with the seller I am attempting to purchase this keyboard replacement from. I was told that I could send a money order to the seller so I did so and mailed it certified mail. I was polite and even messaged the seller to inform them it was on the way. Being certified mail and going to a PO Box it will leave a notification that the seller needs to come and sign for it. This notification was left in the PO Box Monday and yet the seller denies it is there. I have spoken with the post there and am still being told the same thing by the seller despite what the tracking information says.So is the seller just being lazy, or do they just not want my money? Heya All I'm writing from my blackberry and hoping this goes through as I haven't found a way to change my status on Fubar yet with it. LOL Just wanted to let u all know that I moved on Friday, Oct. 2nd to my new apartment in the city about 2 hrs West of where I was before. Moved here to go back to university . Well we made it in spite of being very sick. Had some amazing friends help my son, our 9 month old Cocker Spaniel, Jersey & I move. I was getting sicker and sicker and after going to the hospital twice where we were living and was sent home saying just laringitusM - came to the hospital in my new city and they said I have pnemonia. I've been here for 3 days now and today after more tests (you know the drill - blood, blood gases, H1N1, TB, CT Scan, & xrays to list a few; they have moved me into isolation. So presently Jaren is in emergency medical foster care as I don't know nyone here that can watch him for me. The pup is in a doggy kennel and I am here by my lon
