So the baby... should be arriving anytime this month. Going in for another ultrasound,cause the Doc said she seems to be getting a bit big.And they wanna make sure she has enough fluid still.If shes getting bigger then 8lbs,they'll induce me. Curent Events In My Life
Just a few notes on what has been happening in my life recently. I got a new job driving a rickshaw or bike taxi at sporting events, concerts, and in downtown Houston. I really loved my job and was enjoying myself until Saturday June 14, 2008 when I was hit by a car while on my way to an Astros vs Yankees game. I was injured and have cuts and scrapes on my torso and arms. I also have torn muscles and tendons in my right shoulder. I also have a broken rib and had to have staples in the left side of my head. The staples were taken out Saturday June 21, 2008 and the broken rib and muscle and tendon damage to my right shoulder are the only remaining injury for me to deal with. The doctors are telling me these injuries will take another 4-5 weeks to heal properly.

I had a very interesting event happen today while I was at work... I work at a calender kiosk [most of the time] during the holiday season, and I get to see lots of very interesting and peculiar people pass by. Well... today, one certain person caught my attention. There was this girl... I believe of some Asian heritage. I'm curious if anyone really knows the answer. I'm watching the Florida Primary results and I noticed something that's happened twice on the Democrat side between Clinton and Obama. I noticed the same thing in in New Hampshire for that primary. Both times, votes were taken away from Obama and given to Clinton. In New Hampshire when I caught it it was around 500 votes or so....It wouldn't matter much i know....But Florida the votes were over 20,000 this time. That is a lot of votes to disappear from one candidate and reappear for another candidate. Maybe it's something common, but the shit disturbed the hell out of me...

Curried Mango Pork Chops
Ingredients: 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick 2 teaspoons curry powder 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 4 sliced green onions 1/4 cup raisins 1/3 cup chicken broth 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 fresh mango, peeled, seeded and diced 2 tablespoons flaked coconut Instructions: Season chops with curry powder and seasoned salt. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops on both sides, turning once, for a total of 7-8 minutes. Remove chops from pan, reserve. In small bowl stir cornstarch well into chicken broth. Add onions, raisins, and chicken broth mixture into skillet; cook and stir until slightly thickened. Return chops to pan; heat through. Serve chops garnished with mango and coconut. I know that many of you are anxiously awaiting to hear news of the outcome of my latest court battle.Since it was held in another state and I was not present I am currently awaiting news myself.The Govenors office is working hard to get me information so that I do not have to wait for another 30 days to find out the courts decision . This was about a modification to my child support.I was trying to get it raised.It went to court in another state.I had an attorney from that state represent me and my children at my states request.The ex was supposed to be present at this hearing due to it being in his home state.It is not known at this time if he was there. The hearing was on March 29th,2007.My representative in the Govenors office said it could take as long as 10 days to get it drafted on the other states end and a total of 30 days before we got the court order here.He is diligently working to get as much information for me as he can before the 10 days.The information that we

Short grain brown rice - 1 to 1 1/2 cup, best is organic One large yellow onion - chopped. Curry paste or curry powder - red or yellow Indian (not Thai) Olive oil Cumin Chili pepper Sesame oil Cilantro - chopped Raisins - one cup One apple - cored and chopped (not peeled) Honey Salt Celery - chopped Snow peas - stringy ends chopped off, then chopped Bell pepper, red, green, or yellow - chopped Green onions - chopped Italics = optional ingredients 1 Prepare the brown rice. Curried Peanut Chicken
halves skinned & boned chicken breasts 2 cups half & half 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 3 tbsp. mango chutney 2 tbsp. dry sherry 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar 2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. curry powder 1 tsp. turmeric 2 cups finely chopped salted roasted peanuts Preheat oven to 350º F. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish just large enough to hold them. Pour half and half over them and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into 1"cubes. Process mayonnaise, chutney, sherry, vinegar, curry powder and turmeric in a blender or food processor. Dip chicken pieces into the curry mayonnaise and roll in the chopped nuts. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Arrange on a serving plate with fancy toothpicks.

Curried Pasta-vegetable Salad
Serves 4 1 1/2 cups fresh corkscrew pasta in three colors, boiled for a few minutes, drained, freshened under cold water and drained again (to stop cooking process) 1/2 cup frozen peas 1/4 cup shredded carrots 2 tbs golden raisins 1 cup shredded cabbage 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup sliced celery 1/2 cup sliced almonds DRESSING: 1 cup nonfat mayonnaise1 tsp (or to taste) curry powder 3 tb Balsamic vinegar salt and pepper to taste 1 tb Dijon mustard 1 small minced shallot or garlic clove Fresh cilantrillo or parsley for garnish. Fresh shredded Parmesan to taste (offered to guests, for their optional selection) Combine the pasta, peas, carrots, raisins, shredded cabbage, finely chopped onion, celery and sliced almonds in a salad bowl. Whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. When ready to serve, garnish with the cilantrillo and pass the Parmesan.

Ok, so divorce is bad and sad, I get that. But why does one person have to be the bad guy... It just didn't work. I've tried every way possible to see if it could work. However, I don't have the love in my heart that I should have for a husband. If someone in the relationship doesn't love the other person, and they can still remain friends for their child if nothing else, is it right to stay married??? I don't feel it is right to me or my husband to stay in this relationship. He is a good guy and he deserves better. I am a good person and I should be able to live alone and do what I want to do, which is focusing on my daughter for the time being. Now, neither one of us can afford for me to just up and leave, and move out. I couldn't afford rent and utilities solo, and he couldn't afford car payment, etc solo. The Current River, located in Dent, Shannon, Carter and Ripley Counties, Missouri, is a year-around stream with adequate flow almost anytime. It is a flatwater river that is fed by more springs than any other Missouri river, keeping its flow constant. The Current River drops at a rate of about 4.4 feet per mile (fpm) on average, with a high rate of 8.7 fpm from Montauk State Park down to Akers, and a low rate of 3.2 fpm from Big Spring to Doniphan. Due to some phenomenon of nature, the Current River almost never freezes, making it accessible for cold waether paddling, if you are so inclined. The spring-fed water flows at a constant 58-60 degrees, which is probably why it seldom freezes. Most recreational paddlers prefer to paddle the top 90.2 miles down to Big Spring (but NOT in one day!), below which point the river widens, depens, slows down and becomes a traffic pattern of motorboats and other motorized watercraft, none of which are too hospitable to open canoes or sit-on-top kayaks

The Current Tragic News In My Family
This is Right From the Erie Daily Times News: Erie County District Attorney Brad Foulk said Erie police detectives are waiting on an analysis of forensic evidence as they continue to investigate Sunday night's fatal hit-and-run. "The Pennsylvania State Police have agreed to process the evidence immediately," Foulk said Wednesday. He said he plans to meet with Erie police on the case again today, and that he had a "very productive" meeting with police on Wednesday. Investigators also want to speak with the injured victim, Terri Peoples, who is in intensive care at Hamot Medical Center, said Detective Sgt. Jim Spagel, who is leading the investigation with Detective Jon Peters. Peoples' companion, Stephen E. Caldwell, was killed. Police believe Erie resident Wesley R. Annoyance 1. My parents putting me down all the time, then complaining when I get pissed off about it. Ok, so i'm 25 and in debt.... did I PUT MYSELF in debt? Hellll no... my ex did, thank you very much asshole. Am i working to pay it off, damn right i am... so get off my back. Its nice to hear how you'll amount to nothing all the time. Annoyance 2. My parents acting like they are so perfect. My mom is turning into an alcoholic and drinks almost every single night of the week. She see's no problem coming home so trashed she falls into her closet or trips over nothing. Today I told her, "mom, i know you want to move to whereever I get settled when I'm done with college and thats fine but if you keep drinking, I don't want you to." boy did that piss her off, she can deal it but she can't take it. We are under a winter storm watch and ice storm watch at least until tomorrow morning. How wonderful is that?! Right now the temp is 33 degrees and supposed to drop down to 26 tonight. It's been raining ALL day and supposed to rain through the night, turning into freezing rain. With the temp. dropping, it'll turn into ice. I was lucky enough to have missed the last ice storm that Springfield got last winter. I was still in NC, but I called here every week. People were without power over a week long. And now the people of Springfield are continously talking about the weather we're having now and comparing it to last winter. I am NOT a happy camper so far and don't expect to be the rest of the winter. The south is beginning to look better and better every day. OK, MY DAUGHTER IS BACK IN THE HOSPITAL. SHE WENT IN LAST NITE. SHE HAS BEEN BATTELING FEVERS FROM 101 TO 104.5! SHE HAS A STAPH INFECTION AND IS ON IV ANTIBIOTICS AND WILL BE FOR AT LEAST 3 MORE DAYS. SHE HAD 2 MRI’S DONE TODAY AND THEY SAID HER BRAIN BLEED HAS STOPPED AND IS NOW BEING ABSORBED BUT WILL TAKE TIME. HER KNEE HAS ALOT OF FLUID AT THE SURGURY SITE AND THEY ARE THINKING ABOUT DRAINING IT TOMORROW. SHE ALSO MIGHT HAVE A STOMACH BUG GOIN AROUND AND THAT IS WHY SHE ISN’T EATING. So i'm sitting here bored out of my skull on Halloween, or Samhain, whichever way that you celebrate it..and i am remembering how much fun i had as a child on this night, dressing up in my costume (which i would have ready at LEAST a month ahead of time) and going around the neighborhood and collecting massive amounts of candy that my friends and i would eat far into the rest of the night and giggling about the stupidest stuff... But now as an adult with a child of my own, it seems so commercialized..we took him trick-or-treating at the mall..and barely anyone paid attention to the costume that i lovingly sewed for the past week..they just threw some candy into the bag and looked at their watches, wondering when their shift was over... So I've been off and on for the whole year due to multiple medical issues. Ranging from mysterious seizures to 20-40 lb. weight gain overnight. It has pretty much been a nightmare, add to that my husband and I both got laid off and you can see where I'm going. Current Thoughts
Lately, between work and sleep which I do too much of one, and not enough of the other. My life has been completely turned upside down. I have finally accepted the most horrible thing that any parent could ever have to go through, outliving your children and having to cremate them. I accept the fact that the person responsible is rotting in jail for life x2, I've gotten over the fact that it ripped two people who loved one another immensely completely apart. So my coping stage has finally set in. I hate not doing anything, my mind starts to dwell and wonder on the what if's in their short lived lives. I smoke copious amounts of weed to keep my emotions in check, I work upwards of almost 80 hours a week, I sleep about 2 to three hours a day mainly because I hate it. Curse Of The Sundog
I never want to have this particular experience again. My bus was over two hours late tonight. It broke down just outside Vegreville (about an hour from Vermilion) so the driver had to call another bus for a transfer. It was not a good night for that to happen, with drifting snow with a -33C windchill. The Vermilion Greyhound office was closed at 9:30, but I was able to seek refuge at the Shell gas station next door. When it closed I huddled against the wall of the Greyhound building, my hot coffee rapidly becoming an ice cappucino in the frigid air. I was wearing my big heavy winter coat, furry hat, gloves, long underwear, thick socks and my new winter boots - yet I still could feel the extreme chill penetrating my body (and soul). When the bus finally came around the corner, the driver was very apologetic (not his fault, though - the bus was junk) and I got to save my ticket for another day. I jumped on and found a seat close to the heat.

Cursed Or Just A Bad Run
Well i went to my GYN today for my yearly exam and all be damned if he didnt find something. My doctor says I have fibroid tumors. Not fun thing to find out. They scraped some cells off, which hurt like a bitch, and took 5 vials of blood samples for alot of blood work tests, and scheduled me for an ultrasound next week. Arg as if i didnt have enough to worry about now i have this. Depending on the size and location and the amount of fibroids I may have to have a hysterectomy. Good thing i already have 3 kids or id be pissed. I wonder if all the stress i been under has contributed to this in anyway.

Cursed
The dreariness of the day brings thoughts. Thoughts of an unwanted solitude and sadness. I try not to look out the windows, But the gloomy greyness consumes me. My eyes and mind wander to the woods. They are a small comfort to me. As I reflect on the time I spent there, My souls whispers, "You were alone." The darkness of my soul often reminds me, That the unwanted solitude is my curse.
