I remember being taught about the Ku Klux Klan when I was in school. We were taught that they were an organization who hated african-americans, and that no longer existed. But it does still exist. I was watching a show on A&E earlier called "Skinheads USA: Soldiers of the Race War" and I was pertty shocked. I'm such a geek. I was thinking about an old MUD that I used to play on AOL about 10 years ago called Federation. Way back when it was free and all. It was neat. I had my ship and I ran a good cargo service. Bought my own planet, hung out on Mars in Diesel's Cafe and even got married online while Jimmy Buffet played in the background (which meant someone was typing the lyrics). A few months after I was fully into it it was announced that Federation would be moving off of AOL and would start charging. I played to the very end of it's free run and then went on to play other free MUD's including the one that our Honors group ran in college. (where else could I have been the Goddess of Theives?) My life has revolved around her for almost forever. Since my Grampa's death there's been alot of illness in my family. My Gramma lost 6 toes and she's had cellulitis three times. We've also lost one of her sisters, one of her nephews, and one of her brothers. May they all rest in peace. But this man was her rock. He didn't treat her good at all, but he loved her and she loved him. She is a survivor of Domestic Violence and he was an alcoholic. So mom called me today and i was at work and she left me a msg saying i needed to call her, that something bad happened. If you know me then im sure you know my sister. She was in a bad car accident when i say bad i mean everything since this has been nothing. This morning, at 4 am she was taken to a hospital in West Virginia. i know which one but i cant give out that information for personal reasons. Where She has three broken bones in her neck, and they have to put a halo on her, if that dosent work or goes wrong durring the time they are thing to do that they have to immediately opperate on her spine to fix the three broken bones, her arm is broken and three ribs, she is getting 500 mg of morphine every ten seconds. Also, She has internal bleeding, her spleen is gone and so is her liver. She is currently in an ICU. So do me a favor and pray. She is severely swollen, and is in pretty bad shape. Well after everything that has happened lately I felt it was time to get away and be with someone I trust. Yesterday at 1423 I left Midland to being the Journey to see my dad and enjoy some time with him. After an almost 12 hour trip I arrived at around 0200 this morning and it was great to see my dad again. Being around my dad makes me smile and allows me a chance to relax and be myself again. Life here is so much different than things back home but it should be expected when you are in an area where things HAVE to be different for safety. I am looking forward to the next few days with him and I hope that things will be connected between us since we have never been able to really spend time together. I have become aware of something really scary the last 2 weeks and I find myself having to understand and deal with a side of me I never knew. All my life I have never been a jealous man just take life as it comes and if something goes wrong move on. Well Levi won tickets to go to American Idol, and it was the final 10 or something, well tonight was the night that we went and let me say it was amazing. Other then all the teenyboppers. We were in an executive suite and it was just one of those things that I feel like Im beer nuts sneeking into a cavair party. It made me feel very out of place at first, but then it was just amazing.
