So my uncle has been living with me to help me out while I'm going through chemo and to babysit my youngest while I am at school (3 days a week for 4 hours). so its close to my best friend getting out and if any of you read my last blog you would know the problems i am facing. SO............ Here is what i have decided i am going to do. so i have been working for this company for almost 3 yrs. jhire date is 12/12/05. and i have onkly goten one raise! i recently asked my boss via email since she is hard to track down; if i could get a raise. i didnt ask for much, just a dollar raise. i want to be making 12.29 an hour until my next appraisal in april of next year. she sent an email after my second email to her because i had not heard anything after a week and a half. she told me she had not yet had a chance to ask her boss. What A Monday!
Wow, what a Monday. Started out with me waiting downtown with about 5 other people for a bus, that never came. After about 20 min asked a bus driver from a different bus # if he knew the status of where our bus was. Come to find out the bus route schedules changed over the weekend, there was no longer a bus that went from my stop downtown to the South Transfer Point! So, had to call a cab, call the jail to let them know that I was going to have to deviate from my route because of the bus changes, of course, nobody answered, my ankle is buzzing because I am out of my "zone" allowed to travel, and I am stressing big time on my way to work. What A Difference A Day Makes...
Twenty four hours in a day and I spent twenty of them in bed asleep yesterday! What Was He Thinking At Only 4 And A Half (my Son)
My son and the boy next door(Same age) often swap toys as kids do. Yesterday they swapped transformer toys, (my son had begged me to get him this exact one but it costs a fortune). So the deal was if my son broke the toy he would have to give him his and vice-versa. So this morning my son jumped out of bed, fell over the borrowed toy and smashed his head on the floor. That's when I've come running in and picked him up. He was crying, not because he hit his head but because the toy broke. We've gone next door to tell the mother what happened and let her know I would replace it. Every-thing sorted she tells my son he can keep the toy (it just needed super glue) well the look on his face or should I say the smirk told me everything he was thinking. What I'm Thinking About
I can't get you out of my mind I keep thinking about how much I enjoy talking with you, How great you look when you smile, and how much i like your laugh. What I Have Learned From The Media
I Have Learned Listening to the mainstream media these last few days I've learned a few things about the GOP's VP nominee but also had to learn a few things on my own. To wit: 1. From the media I learned Sarah Palin's husband has a DUI conviction from 22 years ago. On my own I learned that Ted Kennedy (hero of last month's tribute at the DNC) was drunk while driving a car off a bridge in Chappaquiddick in 1969. That same crash killed a young campaign volunteer with whom he was having an affair. Oh, and that woman was pregnant with his child. * Mr. Palin's (who is not running for office) DUI came a mere 4 years after Barack Obama (who is running for president) stopped using cocaine and marijuana (by his own admission in his autobiography). Shocking - it's OK for the presidential candidate to use drugs or the party patriarch to kill someone while driving drunk yet the husband of a VP candidate should be demonized for something done 22 years ago.

Well I am struggling with whole issue concerning Jaymee. Since news of her totally tragic death spread amongst her fubar friends, there's been a backlash of sorts among some people who question the truthfulness of the entire report. What Edisto Electric Did To Me And My Family!
On 9/25/08 Edisto Electric came out and turned off my power when I was not home. When I called them to ask why they said I had not paid them in 3 months I quickly proved them wrong but they refused to turn my power back on until I pay my bill ($391) and give them an additional $225 (bringing my security deposit from $75 to 300) and give them a $50 reconnect fee. Now on that was 9/25 this happened and on Sat 11/11/08 I received a FINAL bill (not even 30days after cut off) where they refunded my original security deposit (from 7 years ago) of $75. What a great example of Obama's policy! Yesterday on my way to lunch, I passed one of the homeless guys in that area, with a sign that read 'Vote Obama, I need the money. When the bill came, I decided not to tip the waiter and explained to him while he had given me exceptional service, that his tee shirt made me feel he obviously believes in Senator Obama's plan to redistribute the wealth. My daughter Amy lives in Illinois and had a baby girl this past July. Amy And I haven't had the best relationship in the past mostly due to the lies her mother told about me. What A Week....
My father was struck by a car Saturday night while crossing the street from his motel to go to get a bite to eat at a near by pub. He is now in critical condition in the Surgical ICU of Albany Medical Center where I have spent all week. As of Friday when I left he had a broken right arm, broken neck, compound open fracture of the right leg, broken left leg, and multiple lacerations including a tear to the flexer tendons in his right hand. He has undergone multiple surgeries to stop and check for more internal bleeding in the abdominal area, along with multiple x-rays, cat scans, and an MRI (which I do not know the result of as of yet). He has a long long road of recovery and recuperation ahead. I will most likely be spending weekends in the Albany area so I can see him as much as possible. The final chapter in one of DuPage County's most haunting crimes won't unfold as soon as planned. Whats Been Going On With Me Lately??
Just want to take a few minutes to fill my friends and family in on whats been going on with me lately. Some may have noticed I seem to be "absent" or you dont see me around much. Well, there has been alot going on. It all started with a simple Dr appt to renew my med prescriptions. I was referred to a dermatologist who did a biopsy of the spot (divot/dip) on my nose. It came back positive for basal cell skin cancer. That Dr referred me to a Dr at the Skin Cancer Clinic in Longview that does a special procedure that minimizes the tissue lost when the cancer is removed. That appointment was very difficult for me as the real extent of my situation came to light. I could lose a large part of my nose depending on how large and how deep it is. That wont be known until they get in there and remove it. At that point another Dr may be called in to do the reconstruction. I just returned home from an appt with him and he was able to answer alot of questions I had. Some have asked why xray

What Am I Thankful For?
I know I'm a little early...but I've seen other blogs by friends giving thanks for this and that. It made me sit down and ponder. Recently I was asked the above question; What Defines A Relationship? While I find this question easy to answer, apparently many do not. Normally I ignore people who rate my pictures low, but today some one rated my default picture a 1. Now, I realize it's sort of a philosophical photo and not everyone is going to get it or like it, but a fucking 1? I thought about rating her profile and pics all 1's, but realized that was petty and vindictive. I also thought about sending her a message, but that seems rather...in poor taste. I think what I will do is block her and just call it good. She doesn't like my photo, she doesn't need to see it or rate it. Hell, I've been rated less than 10 a few times, but I've never gotten a 1 before. It's annoying and slightly discourteous I think.
