Been kinda blah the last few days. Other than the normal work and bills issues to think about, this is a time that I always have some thinking to do because its the time my Mom died. What Doesn't Kill Us........
Just an update for those who know me.... I had to make an emergency run to Rochester MN yesterday.....my ex needed to be transported to one of the Mayo Clinic's hospitals for admission. He had an Echocardiogram yesterday morning and the Docs didn't like what they found. They also think he has bacterial endocarditis....a bacterial infection in the heart tissue. And his blood pressure is off the charts....that is nothing new! So, Bill (my ex) is looking at lots of nasty tests today, lots of meds for the infection and BP,....and ultimately surgery for the two heart valves that are damaged. He is not a happy camper! I have a full compliment of clients to treat today, tired as I am. Hopefully I won't have to make another flying trip to Rochester today.....I will plan to be there for the surgery, given some warning. Life is an interesting thing.... Well, I feel like a total dumbass....... I THOUGHT I knew my ex, but turns out after 21 yrs. I don't think I ever really knew him. Is that sad or what!? It feels like everything I ever really 'knew' was just one big lie, I feel so lost as if I lived this life of being in the dark so to speak. And, now I start finding out things that I never really knew, that weren't anything that I "THOUGHT" was real. I'm sitting here feeling so lost and I can't even really explain the feelings I'm having right now. ..... kind of numb... As most of you know, my brothers got taken by CPS/DCS in June. well, the case got dismissed today in court, and they came home. We were elated. Until Tre got home from school. He has bruises, scratches, and bug bites all over his crotch and butt. Apparently one of the foster parents' daughters has been touching him. And they've been making him go outside naked from the waist down, for who knows what reason. AND, Buggy won't let a girl change his diaper or clothes. They were barely fed, they were belittled by the girls, miss angie barely paid attention to their needs, they didn't change tre's underwear when he wet himself, or clean his hearing aids, or ever make him wear them... he's going deaf, he NEEDS them. the list goes on and on... Tre is 7, buggy is 2. WHAT. THE. FUCK. WAS. BEING. DONE. TO. THEM?!?!?! And they were abused LAST time cps started a fucked-up case against my dad and stepmom. What the fuck is wrong with cps?

As I talked with my trainer last night. Came to realize a lot of things in my life have to change besides how I work out or eat. My habits and what I do and how trusting I am. I have started this blog several times over the past few days but I can never seem to figure how to start & what to say. I think it's because I have so many different emotions inside me right now that they are all trying to take over one another. On Tuesday this week, a guy went on a shooting spree in Alger. This small little town is very close to where I live & also on my mail route. This animal killed 6 people & wounded 4 because he was mad at his mom. What Were U Doing On 9-11-01?
So its been 7 years already.....doesnt seem that long ago but i guess it is. I was in the bay area, California. It was early in the mornin in the west coast, i think it was like 6am or something like that. I had a problem sleeping at night back then, I remember I was just falling asleep around that time. Then my BF at that time called me and told me to turn the TV on. He was teling me whats going on, but I couldnt believe it at first. I really thought it was just an accident or something, just couldnt believe it was planned by terrorists. Now that I think back, that incident affected me more than I thought it did.
