So 4 more chemo's and YES I am counting...lol Then I get another CAT Scan then if all is clear, I can stop the chemo, continue chemo or take the Chemo Pill... You know it really is a hard decision. I hate the side effects you get from the chemo but the longterm is priceless. Food has no flavor, you over heat, feel sick, get dehydrated, among other things and stay tired. Even if I coninue Chemo I will be done by the time we get to the summer, which would be great since i started at teh beginning of summer this year. But it is all a day at a time! I had chemo thursday but I still feel icky. aside of that..I guess I can't complain. My friend Debbi is really sick and is in the hospital. Her white blood cells are almost zero and her potassium was gone. They found some lumps on her esophagus, so they are doing biopsies, let's pray they turn out ok. SHe needs lots and lots of prayers. So Chemo was yesterday, all my numbers are up, my iron, my red count, now my whites were down to the lowest they have been since starting treatment...had they been 0.1 point lower I would not even have been able to get my treatment yesterday! As you know the white blood cells fight infection, luckily to this point I haven't had any issues with sickness, and me and the Doc plan on keeping it this way! So he has upped my immune booster shots by two giving me 7 shots ever other week! BLAH! But as long as they help! I am trying a new anti nausea med., called Kytrel, it seem to be working well so far, although the day after is USUALLY the easiest! The doc and I also decided to NOT skip the treatment that we had discussed doing....We will just stick to the regimen and that will just get me closer to done faster as far as I'm concerned! I had a waffle for breakfast this morning...I will probably stick to my vegetable soup the rest of the day and then I also bought some V8 juice

In the past six years of being single I've had occasion to observe the behavior of today's crop of young men and women and its frightening. To all the ladies I offer my sympathy...the lack of respect shown to you by today's guys is appalling. Red Fridays Foundation of Canada is organizing a very special event. Our special event is called 'Repatriation Memorial Drive and Rally'. This event is for the honour of our fallen soldiers and a tribute to their families and all supporters of our Canadian Troops. This special drive is the same trip that a fallen soldier travels when he or she is repatriated to Canada. My toilet seat recently developed a crack at the front of it making for some rather perilous usage. In the 80's I joined the Army after my freshman year in college. For the next two years I was in ROTC. I got to do alot of cool stuff in that time. I was selected as one of fifty-two cadets in the country to go to Germany and be assigned to a unit as a platoon leader. I got to be assigned to the 10th attack helicopter batallion as C company attack platoon leader. I was 19years old and was in charge of 7 cobra attack helicopters for 6 weeks. I saw alot of Germany from the air. I also got to go to Airborne school and after three weeks of training at Fort Benning Georgia became an Army Paratrooper.I became a lieutenant at the ripe old age of 20.
