I didn't realize how addictive this thing could be when I first started. And I also didn't realize how much my life would take away from my time to be able to keep up with all of this. To All The Kids
TO ALL THE KIDS WHO WERE BORN IN THE 1930's 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's !! First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they carried us. They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a can, and didn't get tested for diabetes. Then after that trauma, our baby cribs were covered with bright colored lead-based paints. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking. As children, we would ride in cars with no seat belts or air bags. Riding in the back of a pick up on a warm day was always a special treat. We drank water from the garden hose and NOT from a bottle. We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and NO ONE actually died from this. We ate cupcakes, white bread and real butter and drank soda pop with sugar in it, but we weren't overweight because...... WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!

AURORA | Aeliyah French's uncle, Mike French, said a person couldn't help but like the young, lovable charm of Aeliyah. "She had a beautiful soul. And it's just a shame that she didn't even live to see her fifth Christmas. This is one of the saddest days of my life. It doesn't make sense to me," said Mike French. Aeliyah French, 4, was killed when the Ford Explorer she was riding in veered off Tower Road and hit a parked truck trailer on Dec. 15. The Explorer slammed underneath the trailer, slicing the Explorer's roof open. French's two younger siblings were also injured in the crash. Sierra, 3, and Joseph, 2, were treated at Children's Hospital and released. The man who was driving them is said to be a family friend who watches over the kids. He was transported to Medical Center of Aurora South. He has several broken bones, but is also recovering. He told police he experienced chest pain and then tried to pull-over. Ok, First off I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday and New Year. I don't know how to sugarcoat this so I won't. On Thursday December 21st my cousin Jacklyn died of Breast Cancer, she was 36. Her and I were'nt especially close so I had no idea until I was told the day before Xmas. My mother told me she was sick for a while but never bothered to get herself checked out. By the time she did get herself checked out it was too late. the cancer had spread over most of her body. Why am I wasting your time with this? Simple She was a daughter a mother a sister a friend and someone who passed way before her time. Look I know I don't know most of you and proably never will But PLEASE get yourselves checked out. Don't do it for me. Do it for those that matter to you do it for yourselves your parents your children your friends. Do it for those ppl that will remember you Long after you Leave the world of CT and those who will mourn you long after you're gone. I'm just a name and a few pictures

I had a minor accident yesterday while running errands and a woman driving a hummer in a rush decided to go around a bus in the mall parking lot and did not see me crossing the street. Hey Everyone, I really hope all is going well for you all. Just want to touch base with you on why I haven't been online, and also I'll be off a little while longer. Some of you that know me are aware of my health problems. (If not, just read my profile, and that will fill you in) I've been in EXCRUSIATING pain, especially with my neck and back. I'm presently on medical leave from work, and under physicians care. I've had some tests, and my cervical and lumbar spine have gotten worse. I'm going through physical and aquatic therapy, taking meds that make me feel sick, and now I have a portable 10s unit(electrostimulation) hooked to me most of the time. I'll be seeing a neurosurgeon on April 9th. I'm hoping to avoid surgery, but I really doubt it from what I've already been told. But if I need to have it, it's ok with me because I have a positive attitude that I'll get better. I don't want any of you to think that I've forgotten you, or even ignoring you because I haven't.
