I knew but I didn't. There was a horrible conversation with my father last week where he threatened to cancel everything if I did not do as I was told. Now, after a conversation regarding the "inappropriate pictures I have on MySpace that my parents are extremely ashamed of" all ties with the evil that raised me are severed. I was told that I don't look good enough to post such suggestive pictures for the world to see. I was told that it made me look like a prostitute. Now I am happier than ever that I didn't use my real name when I signed up here...and that I'm adopted. My children do not have the potential genetic pre-disposition to become puritanical psychos. Hi! Well most of you are probably wondering what happened at todays' doctor appt.. GOOD NEWS BAD NEWS, but Isn't it always like that? Bad news first I guess,,, he seemed to think maybe going a year with out Botox shots didn't do me any good.( THANK YOU INSURANCE COMPANY FOR FIGHTING BILLS AND ME BEING DENIED MEDICAL TREATMENT SO MUCH NEEDED!!! Stress, might be a big factor, that muscles may have tightened up so much around nerves I lost feeling n control of my limbs. Plus a medication reaction, that made me walk n talk like I had been drinking that put me into the hospital Good News: Botox shots were given. But probably with only 60% positive note at this time. ( Time will tell )So, I went through about 30 shots today in the head, under the skull, in the traps, upper spine, traps, shoulders, armpits,and head. Being I have gone so long without them I may only see a 60% chance success rate at this time. I am to call him in a month let him know how I am doing. And he will see if he ca

He phoned me himself a short while ago and he is home and just fine. I cannot express in words to you all just how grateful and happy I am. So today, thanks to Craig's List and $20 I got me a Casio CZ-1000! Years and years ago I had the CZ-101 and sold it *you idiot! ...said in Ren voice from Ren and Stimpy* What's that you may (or may not ask)? From "vintage synth explorer" : "Coming from Casio you might assume entry-level and that just about sums up the CZ-1000. Fortunately it's become known for having a surprisingly good 8-stage envelope. It also uses Phase Distortion (PD) synthesis so it is quite capable of some cool digital/analog sounds! PD is Casio's own take on digital synthesis from the mid-eighties and is found in all of their CZ series. You basically modify digital waveforms (sine waves) to create various sounds. It can create wild new sounds, notably percussive sounds. But it's not too easy to program if you don't know much about waveform theory and design. Three sets of 8-stage envelope sections are used to modulate your sounds extensively. The first is used to modify the DCO pitches over time.

Well here we are again i'm in one of those moods I am thankful for so many things in my life and I am very touched by certain people in my life. Lately a good friend of mine has re-entered my life and has been there for me in ways you couldnt imagine. It's that simple hug the way they make me feel like everything will be ok. Teaching me to open up again to be able to share my emotions without feeling like if I do someone is going to break me. Exact words were I know you are a tough girl but I know inside you are beautiful, warm and caring. When I was crying you looked into my eyes, listened, pulled me close, wiped my tears and later told me I know this is hard for you believe me I could feel your heart open and that just made me cry all over again. This friend has told me to never feel sorry for using their shoulder that people only say sorry for things that dont work. and wow that made me feel so connected to this friend all over again. It is so nice to feel so content in this life

Thanksgiving Fishing 2008
Well had quite a fishing trip this year. We ended up catching 9 in total but it was the huge pike caught without any bait which was most compelling. We caught a 17 in pickerel and as it was coming to the surface a huge 13 lb pike attacked it leaving it with a 3 in gash. As it kept attacking it finally got to the surface and I was able to net the pike. We also got the pickerel into the boat as well. Very cool...not likely ever have that happen again. Lots of fun..enjoy the pics I posted.

I was going to be leaving fubar this week. I have been very down on my self lately and was spending 4 to 5 hrs on the week days on fubar to leave comments and rate people and just thought I needed to do something else with that time because most of the people i was rating and leave comments for everyday just wasn't bothering not to get me wrong I have met some pretty wonderful people on here and I hope you know who you are. I'm sorry I had to run before my Auto 11s were even over with. I had a surprise visit from my grandson, Blake. He cried to stay with Nana, so I couldn't log on much. He has my full attention when he is here. lol Then I had to go to my mother's yesterday morning to stay the night to help her finish up decorating her apartment and get groceries in for her. I haven't had a chance to tally up, but so far it looks as if I had way over 30,000 photo views, gained over 2.5 mil fu bucks, and ranked at #110 yesterday!!!! I have been Bebe's adoptive pet for 2 weeks now :D I could not have asked for better owner she treated me so well, keeping me fed and played with me as much as I wanted :D she is terrific at scratchin a belly and playin tug-a-war (always making it challenging but letting me win in the end). Never yelled at me for being on the furniture and let me sleep at the foot of her bed. So my mother is apparently not speaking to me due to Thanksgiving issuse that she seems to think that I can control... Worth~ I will leave in the morning and I will get to spend the whole week with my baby! Yes..... (He is 21, but he will always be my baby!) Lol.. I've noticed so many people on here, puttin up backgrounds on their pages, for Christmas, and talkin about decoratin for Christmas. But it seems everyone has skipped over or forgotten Thanksgiving. I have wonderful memories of Thanksgivings past. This time of year was a happy time for me as a child surrounded by family, warmth, laughter, love and the overwhelming feeling of belonging. It always meant my mom's huckleberry cheesecake and the hour drive over Desautel pass to get to grandma and grandpa's house. It was just like that song, it seems almost fairytail like when I think of the textbook tradition my family encompassed during the holiday season. Grandma in the kitchen, baking homemade bread, grandpa in his chair, aunts, uncles, cousins filling the house with a dull roar of conversation and idleness...then, after it was all said and done, bellies full of turkey and trimmings, all us kids would hop in the back of grandpa's truck in search of the all perfect Christmas tree... In the pre-Thanksgiving rush, we have received an early weather report from our in-house weather reporters. This is one, you should be sure to email your Mom. Turkeys will thaw in the morning, then warm in the oven to an afternoon high near 190F. The kitchen will turn hot and humid, and if you bother the cook, be ready for a severe squall or cold shoulder. During the late afternoon and evening, the cold front of a knife will slice through the turkey, causing an accumulation of one to two inches on plates. Thankful
I didn't think a mum was appropriate for this so I put my thoughts here. It has been thirteen years since I had open heart surgery. The surgery took place on the day before thanksgiving (today) and on Thanksgiving day I was still on a vetalator waking up. I have to give thanks to the doctors, nurses and all the people that took care of me while I was in the hospital back then and for all thoes who have helped my since that day with the six strokes,two heart attacks and the brain surgery I had in July. It has been a long road traveled and don't expect to end my journey for a long time to come. I hope you all have a Very Happy Thanksgiving. John

Happy Thanksgiving all. Looking back on the last year I can honestly say that I never thought that I would be in this position at this time last year. I was going through the motions last year unhappy and unsatisfied with my job on a daily basis even though I was considered one of the best teachers in my county at the county level. I thought at the time that would be enough. As the year went on I realized you can't be happy abroad if you are not happy at home base. I never realized how unhappy I was till I finally got the strength to walk away from the job and tell them to kiss my ass. My family is happier, my friends are happier, my mental well being is better, and damn I look better and feel better than I have in years. So this year my "What am I thankful for" list will be very different from years past. 1. I am always thankful for the two beautiful boys that I have been blessed with. Just want to get a few ideas and thoughts out of my head before they drive me insane. A few who know me on here knows that I lost my mother in April to kidney failure. It was sudden, and totally unseen. Not like anyone could ever prepare for some one close to them to die, but it was a complete shock that to this day I'm still caught off guard from time to time. Usually I can keep my mind busy so I don't think about the loss, but with the holidays happening and I have no clue how to stop them, I've been thinking about my mom alot. I've been dreading Thanksgiving because even though I've cooked about 8 turkeys in my cooking history, I've ALWAYS had my mom around for me to ask what temp and how long. And yeah I know most turkeys come with directions it was almost like our tradition. I must say this has been the best thanksgiving I can remember in a loooong time. Things were much as they used to be, most all of the family gathered at the homeplace where my uncle still lives, we ate and ate... It was good that everybody came in, Eric and Amy brought Parker who is getting so big now, and cutting her first teeth. Becca made it in for a couple of hours, not long but it was so good to see her. She hadnt been in since July and was happy to be here even for a short while. Josh and kendra made it in also, they are still touring and ministering all over and very excited that a new album is in the works for the group, I am so happy for them all. Momma cooked alot of the meal and Danny cooked the turkey and it actually tasted pretty good..LOL. He and I had to come home and get the country ham cause we forgot it. We had so much food it will give us leftovers for a week, I still got a bellyache..

First off, hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! If you want left-overs, they're mostly on the top shelf but I did hide the stuffing on the bottom shelf. It means so much, that I have such great friends that care about me and what goes on in my life. I truly hope that I can be here for you, as much as you have been here for me. We went away for a short break to Portugal to try and take my mind off of things. We had a great time, even though the weather wasn't too brilliant. A holiday that should have been enjoyable and memorable, a completely genuine and innocent invitation turned into a childish need for attention and acceptance, a friendship built from shoutbox and pm conversations around shared hurt and hopeful compassion leaving nothing but a bitter taste in my pixeled mouth. Its sad when a person tries to reach out a hand and make somebody else's life just a little bit better, a person who only wants another to smile and know they are cared for then gets slapped in the face with that same intention. It was an extremely heartbreaking experience for me as it would have been to anyone who had lost someone they loved. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to all.. Yeah I know that some don't realize how big it is that this happened but it is huge to be #1 lounge :) .This is something that a lot of us worked hard for and it was a long rough road but we did it.. We came along way but like I said it wasn't easy. Many times along the road there were days where we were ready to throw in the towel and say Fuk it! As most of my friends on here already know my Mom passed away on 12/30/08. For the months that she was in Hospice while they were hard, I am so grateful I had that extra time with her. *I just want to thank all of you for your educational e-mails over the past year. Today was a good day. Went to the park with the "kids", sun shining not too cold. Most of you know my baby has been sick for the last two months. They're the closest thing I have to family. A Lot of you have understood this and expressed your concerns and condolences.They're not just a couple of animals to me. She's really turned around the last 4 days. People at the park were coming up to me and commenting on how much she has improved. How she's gaining weight and running around. I felt humbled at the impact she had on relative strangers. First of all I want to thank all the bands who performed on Saturday at The Tralf. It has been so long since I have seen a heavy show. I don't use the term metal for multiple reasons. The first is that when people hear metal they want to define what kind of metal a band is. I get why people do that. But just because a band thinks of its self as Death Metal doesn't mean they growl. Even if they do some bands some bands you can understand and some you can't. Another example is Hardcore is a sub type of metal but is it really I'm not sure. The other reason I use the term Heavy is that something can be heavy or sound tormented and not be what some would call metal. Is something Metal if the band becomes pop like say Linkin Park and Korn? But they are for sure heavy. What if a band has a heavy message but it plays the music softly, HA, joking. So I finally let him know how I really feel about him. It wasn't easy on me because I'm not good with words verbally but I found a way to let him know. Last night him and I had a heart to heart talk and I learned everything that I needed to know for right now. We still aren't a couple but I'm ok with that. He told me that he does have feelings for me but he's not ready for a relationship yet. And he adores Heaven but he's not sure he's ready for all that comes along with having a child. But he is helping me out with her birthday and when they are together he is so good with her that you would never know we weren't together. It was really good I was shocked... got to spend some time with my aunt and hubby'step mom in the moring and at 3pm got the kids off the bus and took a nap (still sick). At 5pm Den took me and the kids to the park were we had fun feeding the ducks. and around 7 he grills some chicken and made dinner for me. And I tell him "Doc, I think something is wrong with me" he asks whats going on, and I tell him "All weekend long Ive been singing "Whats new pussycat?" he nods his head and asks if that was all. I say "No, Ive also been singing "She's a lady, and Ill never fall in love again" Ive been singing them ALL weekend long, its driving me nuts. The doc looks at me and says "It sounds like you have a slight case of TJS. And of course I dont know medical talk, so I asked what that was, he says its "Tom Jones Syndrome" I asked if it was common. The doc said "Its not unusual"

Just a quick note. I have made some good friends on fubar over the last couple years.Some of you a bit more than others. And still a few that I will always cherish and hold in my heart as true friends. You know who you are. I thank you for standing by me and giving me support throughout my recent health ordeal. The last few months I have been feeling very good and thought maybe I had gotten through this mess, but the doctors just wouldn't give me a clean bill of health. Monday I had some more tests done. They did not come out the way I had hoped. I'm not going to get into speculations as to the extent of the problem here today, as the doctors don't know how extensive it is. Suffice it to say, its not over and it doesnt look like it will be anytime soon. I will not be on fubar much anymore but will drop in once in a while to let you know how things are going. There are a couple of you that I will call frequently to let you know my progress. Love you guys. Take care of yourselves.
