One day, about 2 years I was with a couple of friends, and one of them Laconte, wanted to be the first black person to win "tough enough", which is a contest that was on TV and later just on WWE.com to enter a contest to become a wrestler on tv. He did is interview video, and he felt it needed something extra, so he wanted to do an interview promo. This involved me and a buddy of mine named Rob. Using my Mexican wrestler mask, and some other props, I was to interfere in "interview". We did the shoot in two takes, and it was funny. To explain some things in the video. A great recipe to feed the kids for lunch or dinner. Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion - chopped (1/2 C.) 1 jar taco sauce - (16 oz.) 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese - (4 oz.) 1 C. Original Bisquick 1/2 C. milk 1 egg Directions Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook beef and onion in ovenproof 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in taco sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown. You can add sour cream, chopped lettuce and tomatoes for toppings. Yield: 6 Servings.

Bisquick 1/2 c. cold water 1 to 2 med. sliced tomatoes 1/2 c. chopped green peppers Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Cook beef until brown, drain. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and onion. Mix bisquick and water, pat in pan pressing 1/2 inch up sides of baking dish. Layer beef, tomatoes and pepper. Spoon cheese mixture on top. Bake about 30 minutes. I have substituted 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 light sour cream instead of all sour cream has worked very well.

I went out on the first with some friends and those SOB's convinced me to have some Taco Bell so I gave in and ordered. Plus bannannas are easy to chew and swallow. Oh and suck it up your going to puke (most likely twice) so it was the most painful & delightful feeling you get from this. I'm sure someone else thought of this, but today I made something that I'll call a taco hotdog. I brought a pot of water to a boil and added a teaspoon of cooking oil, pinch of salt and dabbed some Worcester sauce. Threw in the hot dogs for about 10 minutes and then I yanked them out with a fork. I opened up some hotdog buns and put them in the toaster until they were hot and crispy. Then I placed the hotdog in the bun, added sharp cheddar, mild salsa and Ortega taco sauce. It was good. If anyone happens to try this, let me know how it turns out for you.

Well yesterday was my 21st birthday!!!! No i didn't go get shit faced I had to work today. But i did get a new puppy she is a Bassit and Dushound mix. I named her City, she is adorable. Her paws almost the size of my hands and the funny thing is she is barely 4 weeks old, small body and big paws. Friday the family and I are going to Fast Eddies to kick my new found legalness into gear. I've gotten lots of goodies with more to come from the rest of the family.
