New Years Eve
Hope everyone had a great New Years Eve. I went to a party at a neighbours house. The first time I have been out on December 31st in years. My neighbours from two doors down decided to through a big party for friends and neighbours. There basement is just one big room which they use for parties. Even has disco balls and lights. Anyway I ended up being DJ for the evening. That was great had not been a DJ since school. I only played two Gary Numan tracks so I think no-one got pissed off with me lol. Anyway my next door neighbour Mel plays guitar so for the hour before midnight he played hs guitar and we sat around singing for the hour leading up to midnight. I actually tried playing piano on a couple of the songs but i could not say it was a massive success. Must brush up my skills. New Year's Day
Here I am on probably my favorite day of the year...the first day of the year...New Year's Day. Why is it my favorite day of the year? Because it is crammed full of football...college football. For me, it's probably the closest thing to heaven on earth...except for this year. I'm too sick to even enjoy any of it. I tried watching the CapitalOne Bowl between Michigan and Florida, and fell asleep. I couldn't even watch my team play their bowl game because it was on ESPN, and I don't have cable. Being Gone

I've been sobusy lately that I haven't had the time to sit and update my blogs. However, here I am giving you all just that. Archangel and I are now a 24/7 kinda thing. It has been a change for the both of us to go from bing single to now sharing a home and all the extras that come with it. 2007 My Top Picks Albums - Not in order, but sum it up. Tech N9ne "Misery Loves Kompany" - A good Tech album, not to the level of Everready, but a damn good album for the year. Well worth picking up and giving a listen if you are a fan of tech Dropkick Murphy's "The Meanest of Times" - An awesome DKM album. This is a good one that can be listened to at the drunkest of times. Its damn good sober too. A good album Suicide Silence "The Cleansing" - Great Metal album. It is hard from start to finish and leaves nothing to be wondered about. You know this album is going to come at you hard and fast from start to finish. Social Distortion "Greatest Hits" - For those that forget some of the great songs they have done in the last 28+ years. Further this album has a great song that was released the first time and that is "Far Behind" So I can add in another song to the list. The song would have to be "Holy Roller" from Throwdown. How Did You Ring In The New Year?
I think this was the BEST New Year ever for me... My friend Brandi came over and I so tied Brandi up.. it was a new experience for me. I learned how to make the ropes nice n tight with looping n such... we drunk some Bud Light... got a little buzzed not much... talked to each other as I snapped some photos... Brandi's got great legs... YUM! Jenny came online... and she had Brandi get down on her knees and lean acrossed the chair... I got the plastic spatula and proceed to spank her ass... Not too long ago, I saw something at the gun shop that sparked my interest. The occasion was our 15th anniversary and I was looking for a little something extra for my wife. Ok this is a rant about the shit I am feeling. For the past few months now I have been going through hell. I am the type of person to hold my feelings inside and take it days or weeks before finally I blow. I sometimes let things slip out, but not much. Snide comments about people, a hateful word to someone, or the silent treatment for a few hrs if not longer. I have finally reached a point where none of this has worked and have reached my over load. I had a real shitty start to my New Year and see a bleak 2008 ahead of me. The future of my marriage is uncertain, even more so then it was just a month ago. My depression has made it to where I don't believe anything anyone says about me. Except the bad parts. So last night while we were all getting drunk and playing video games, some chick knocks on our door. Nothing unusual except that it was at 3 AM.She had with her a stroller and a note.The note said that she had laringitis and couldnt talk,the other half of the note said that she had no money and needed formula for her baby.A few hours before she showed up, a friend of the family said that a girl showed up at their place with the same note and they gave her 50 BUCKS.I dont know if this is just in our area, but i hope you have sense before you give money away, because it was definately a scam. Prolonged Absence
Yeah, yeah, I know. I am here for a split second and then gone again for a while. I apologize. Time hasn't been kind to me for what seems like forever. Add in my kids, my animals, the move from Vermont, the issues with DMV, health stuff, general household stuff, and life in general and I'm quite surprised I made it to '08 at all. Here's a small update. I'm packing again for a move by February. This time in state, but still taxing on the emotions and physical nonetheless. Going to be closer to family, who is in need of help right now. How long will I spend in the southern CT region? I dunno. Haven't thought that far ahead yet. All I know is my dad's health is now failing and I'll be damned if I'm not going to be there to help him out. So this is 2008. Nifty. I was a lame ass last night. I went to bed at 1030. I had to be at work at 6 am today so I needed to get to bed early. I probably would have made myself stay up longer if I didn't work that morning store. (Which only took 2 hours by the way...) But now I'm back home, but I gotta leave here in about 10-15 minutes to head to where I'm being picked up. Doing two more stores today (the first is estimated at 1.2 hours, with 4 people going and the second won't be any longer. bah.) It's alright though I guess. I'll be able to get to bed early again tonight since I have to be up at 415 for work tomorrow morning. Bleh. My next day off isn't until the 9th. New Year
It was a really nice night, the boys stayed up for the first time... I know they still don't get it but it was nice. Looking back at the past year and all that we have been threw, the boys and myself. I have gained some great friends, and they have made such a difference in my life. I don't know if I would of made it threw this past year without them. Thank you M'nn and Kim. You have been there threw the good and bad, and reminded me that some people do know the meaning of friendship. I have come to realize that some people only care about them selfs, and will say and do whatever to get what they want or need, without any realization that they hurt people in the process. True friendship is not just when some one is there for you, it means being there when they need you also. It also means not just contacting some one when you need something but taking the time to say hay whats up, whats going on, how you doing. Thats friendship. Selfish is easy, true friendship is hard.

As some of you know and many don't, I am a recovering alcoholic. Last night was the first New Years Eve that I was sober and not out partying in 14 years! It was a pretty tough night, but I did it and a lot of that is due to some of you! Thank you to my friends. There was an obstacle to overcome also, a friend (someone whom I care a lot for) bailed on me and I was pretty worried, but I have decided that it is time to take care of myself for a change and quit thinking I can change ppl and this fucked up world lol. As in many homes on New Year's Day, my wife and I faced the annual conflict of which was more important - the football games on television, or the dinner itself. The Upcoming Year

I've noticed on some profiles lately that some are rather fake. Either by the pics in them. Some serious photoshopping being done. How they just out of the blue send you a friend request. Crappy Couple Of Days
Ok so yesterday I was assaulted by a so called friend who has been taking advantage of my generosity. Some of you may know about "sweet aminah" my roommate. (well ex roommate now) Well it turns out she's been lying to me, she came up here from GA b/c her dad kicked her out and left her two kids with her dad & step mom...or so I was told, turns out her dad didn't kick her out she just threw a hissy fit temper tantrum and left on her own left her kids of her own free will! New Years Eve
Hope everyone had a great New Years Eve..and didn't get wasted. I did. Went skiing..and only fell once. LOL. Was pretty fun. My brother n law and sis n law went.. and didn't get much skiing done. She got sick the instant she got on the hill.. I think from fear. Was her 3rd time. In the newspaper this week, I was once again faced with the irony that is my life. Let's revisit: My husband "steals" a laptop, which was returned to the agency once he learned he had been terminated, has been sentenced to ten years in prison, with five years suspended. He's been accepted to pre-release, and should be on a work program there, but instead, against the judge's specific order, is now sitting in the Montana State Prison, and yet nobody can say why exactly he's there, instead of in the pre-release program in our city, and nobody can say when exactly he'll be remanded to the pre-release program. Yet this week I read in the newspaper that a woman who was drunk, hit a pedestrian with her car. The pedestrian's skull was crushed, she was lifeflighted to another hospital for treatment, spent several months there, and, now incapacitated, will finish out her life in an supported-care facility. The 25-year old woman who hit her was under the influence, and this is her THIRD TIME

I'm faded yes on this NYE but this is right from the bottom of my heart. I bought a bird feeder. I hung it on my back porch and filled it lovingly with seed. It was indeed a beautiful bird feeder. Within a week we had hundreds of birds taking advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily accessible food. But then the birds started building nests in the boards of the patio, above the table, and next to the barbecue. Then came the bird shit. It was everywhere; on the patio tile,the chairs, the table, everywhere! Then some of the birds turned mean. They would dive bomb me and try to peck me even though I had fed them out of my own pocket. Farewell 2007
Well after an up and down year, it is nice to hopefully start with a new beginning and the chance for things to begin anew. After spending half of 2006 in IRAQ, I thought 2007 would be better and it has been to an extent. For those that didn't know, I didn't have a driver's license until this year. I began wearing contacts and finally getting rid of my glasses for the most part. I got out of an unhappy relationship finally and working to move on. Well 2007 started with the recovery of my son Dylan's last operation after losing 2 fingers due to an auto accident, so far so good and he's recovering like a little champ. Simple Tortellini Toss Making this tempting tortellini dish is just as easy as heating up holiday leftovers. Keep it in mind for your many busy weeknights. In Pain..
So, not sure how often I'm gonna be on here. Last Thursday my back went out on me and I was paralyzed in bed for two days. Made it to the ER on Saturday and spent the day there. It's my sciatica flaring up the worst it ever has. I'm on a bunch of pain meds and anti-inflammatories. I also have tendonitis and bursitis in my hips. Well, I was informed that I need an MRI done to see the extent of damage done to the discs in my back since one of them was nearly worn away (and that was back in 2002) so most likely it's completely gone now and I'm gonna have alot of pain issues. So, I'm told I'm probably gonna need back surgery soon. I'm guessing this year. I dont have medical insurance yet.. it starts in Feb. So then I'll go to the doc and find out what needs to be done.. but right now I'm in a huge amount of pain, can barely walk and have to do alot of crawling to get around. Right now my tylenol with codeine is starting to kick in and I'm getting drowsy.. soooo.. I just wante
