Heavenly Parfait
1 cup prepared fat-free, sugar-free pudding (any flavor) 1 cup angel food cake crumbs (thaw if frozen) 1 tablespoon nondairy whipped topping diabetic recipes Serves 1 In a large wine or parfait glass, spoon 1/2 cup of the prepared pudding into the bottom of the glass. Chocolate Crème Brulée
6 egg yolks 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 quart heavy cream 6 ounces good quality chocolate finely chopped 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped small amount of sugar for caramelizing recipes from historic lousiana Serves 8 to 10 Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine egg yolks and sugar in a mixing bowl. Bring cream to a simmer. Remove from heat and add vanilla seeds and chocolate. Let rest in order for the chocolate to melt. Add cooled cream mixture to sugar and yolk mixture and blend. Place mixture in ramekins then place ramekins in a bain marie (water bath). Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Remove and chill. Just before serving, spread a thin layer of sugar evenly over the top of the ramekins. Use a propane torch to quickly caramelize the sugar on top of the cooled custard. You can alternately caramelize the sugar under a broiler (watch it carefully so it doesn't burn too much)

I live in New Mexico & despite a low-grade rivalry between the Lone Star state & us we get along pretty well. You couldn't pay me enough to live anywhere in Texas. Urgent Prayers Needed!!!!!! (update)
My niece is still down in ICU, they had to give her Femabarbitol I dunno if that's how you spell it but it's an emergency drug and the last time they gave it to her when it was working out of her system she was REALLY fussy. They are giving her the medicine they moved her down there to give her in a little over an hour they had to wait b/c she had eaten this morning and she can't have anything on her stomach with it. They're doing this because she was having like 12 seizures an hour earlier and they couldn't get them to stop. This new medicine they're planning on giving her today and tomorrow will hopefully wipe the slate clean, stop them all together for a couple days and hopefully when she comes out of it will come back better then she has been, they're thinking that the seizures are being caused by some other problem that is seriously wrong but they're not sure what yet. If this one doesn't work there is one other drug that they are going to try, these new drugs are not for long ter

Rip Chester Lee
Today was a hard day for me, After rushing my cat Chester to the emergency vet last night, we followed up with his normal vet this morning to find out he had a heart disease, among a few other complications and was in very bad shape. They exhausted all options for him to try to save him, but in the end I decided that the best thing to do for him was to put him down. The hardest decision I have ever had to make. But since he was getting worse and all we were doing was buying time, the meds didn't help him. I guess this was his time, after 10 years with me. Anyone that was honored to have known him, knew that he was the most friendly, loveable cat you could ever meet. My heart is breaking, but I know in my heart it was what was best for him, he isn't in anymore pain or suffering. He was loved imensly and will be missed terribly! Korissa

Death In My Family Today
Please say a little prayer for my Uncle Jerry. My mom got a phone call at 5am this morning that my dad's younger brother died in the middle of the night. He had a fever and the start of pneumonia. He hasn't been well for a while; the doctors couldn't figure out if he had Lou Gehrig's disease or Alzheimer's, but he won't suffer anymore. There is a bunch of family craziness that is going to go on here in the next few days as we try to figure out funeral plans. The actor Heath Ledger was found dead this afternoon in an apartment in Manhattan inhabited by the actress Mary-Kate Olsen, according to the New York City police. Heath Ledger, a 2006 Academy Award nominee for his role in Brokeback Mountain, on Tuesday afternoon was found dead at a New York apartment which is thought to be his residence, an NYPD spokesperson tells the Associated Press. Taco Hotdogs
I'm sure someone else thought of this, but today I made something that I'll call a taco hotdog. I brought a pot of water to a boil and added a teaspoon of cooking oil, pinch of salt and dabbed some Worcester sauce. Threw in the hot dogs for about 10 minutes and then I yanked them out with a fork. I opened up some hotdog buns and put them in the toaster until they were hot and crispy. Then I placed the hotdog in the bun, added sharp cheddar, mild salsa and Ortega taco sauce. It was good. If anyone happens to try this, let me know how it turns out for you.

Jeffrey's First Words On Pajama Day!

Using a blender or a food processor, finely chop 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips. Place in a small mixing bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan. 2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan. 3. NGREDIENTS * 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs * 3/4 cup melted butter * 4 cups confectioners' sugar * 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese * 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained * 3 medium bananas, quartered * 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed * 8 maraschino cherries, halved * 1/4 cup chocolate syrup * 1/2 cup pecan halves DIRECTIONS 1. Blend the melted butter or margarine with the graham crackers and press into the bottom of one 9x12 inch pan. 2. Blend the confectioner's sugar and the cream cheese together until smooth. Spread over the graham cracker crumb layer. Layer the crushed pineapple and the bananas over the cream cheese layer. Then spread the whipped topping over the top. INGREDIENTS * 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce * 1 (16.5 ounce) can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained * 10 1/2 ounces crushed pineapple with juice * 1 (6 ounce) package cherry gelatin * 2 cups boiling water * 1 cup chopped pecans (optional) DIRECTIONS 1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the cranberry sauce. 2. Cut the cherries into pieces and add them to the melted sauce. Stir in the pineapple with its juice. Remove mixture from heat. 3. In a medium bowl pour the boiling water over the gelatin. And stir until all the gelatin has dissolved. 4. Add the gelatin mixture to the cranberry mixture and stir. Stir in the optional nuts. Ok so here's my rant for the day lol. I've cleaned up my family list to the people i talk to. This is how i look at people. LOWER CLASS = They'll help others if they can MIDDLE CLASS = They'll give a hand to those who need it if they can provide it. HIGHER CLASS = Will help to a certain degree than when they get what they want, they're too good for the ones that aren't up their level. lol not sure if any of that made sense...but i've been getting to realize that more and more. News About My Daughter
I just wanted to let all my friends on here know why I have not been on here for awhile. Not only have I been working alot of overtime at my job, which some of you know, it is hard to be working 12 hr shift everyday, raising two kids and trying to get on-line when you can, so I had to stop doing one of them and that was getting on-line. INGREDIENTS * 1/2 cup ketchup * 1/3 cup brown sugar * 1 tablespoon lemon juice * 1 teaspoon dry mustard * * 2 pounds lean ground beef * 3 slices bread, shredded * 1/4 cup diced onion * 1 egg, beaten * 1 cube beef bouillon, crumbled * 3 tablespoons lemon juice DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and dry mustard until smooth. 3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded bread, onion, egg, bouillon, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1/3 cup of the ketchup mixture until well mixed. Form into a loaf and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan. 4. Bake 1 hour. Pour off fat. Pour reserved ketchup mixture over loaf. Bake 10 minutes more

INGREDIENTS * 1 pound lean ground beef * 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans * 2 teaspoons dried oregano * 1 teaspoon ground cumin * 1 teaspoon garlic powder * 12 uncooked lasagna noodles * 2 cups water * 2 1/2 cups picante sauce * 2 cups sour cream * 2 (2 ounce) cans sliced black olives * 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese * 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a large bowl, combine beef, beans, oregano, cumin and garlic powder. 3. Place 4 uncooked noodles in bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Wedding Update
Ok my wedding date is drawing near. I have my dress, tiara, and veil paid for. I have nice jewelry my parents bought me (something new). Now, I need the shoes and garter. Andy has already picked out tuxes for the guys. He has also paid a deposit on the cabin in Tenn for our honeymoon. The cabin has a hot tub..... I found a photographer and put a deposit down to reserve her. She will also be doing our engagement photos. Can't wait for that. My great aunt is doing our cakes. And my mom's boss will be doing our food. I forgot to mention I put the deposit on the church. I still have alot to do, but it is coming along now. Wish me luck. I can't wait to be Mrs. McCrary.

Not In The Mood Lately
hello friends~ I am still here. I just haven't been in the mood lately to get on here and chat. I had another biopsy done yesterday and I am quite sore. I think my boobs need time to heal before any more procedures are done.....I am all bruised again. I think the place it's cut is the problem this time. The cut is on the under side of my right breast and it sags there and pulls more. I was hoping I would not bruise with this one as it was different from the other ones but I am already quite bruised. Today I am doing as little as possible. But I do need to clean the bathrooms and dust the cobwebs out of my room. I get more cobwebs in my room than any room I have ever seen. How it works is the month after you get signed up you get 2 credits and then everyday after that you get half a credit but this is how it goes once you get 10 credits which isnt hard to do and you get 10 referals you level and thats called a tier. There are 3 levels silver,bronze and gold for every referal you make 27 dollars so once you get 10 credits that happens fast and once you get 10 referals you level to silver which is 144 dollars a month then you opt to level again you will be a bronze then you level again 10 credits 10 referals you get the point how it wo
