What The Fucking Fuck?!?!
As most of you know, my brothers got taken by CPS/DCS in June. well, the case got dismissed today in court, and they came home. We were elated. Until Tre got home from school. He has bruises, scratches, and bug bites all over his crotch and butt. Apparently one of the foster parents' daughters has been touching him. And they've been making him go outside naked from the waist down, for who knows what reason. AND, Buggy won't let a girl change his diaper or clothes. They were barely fed, they were belittled by the girls, miss angie barely paid attention to their needs, they didn't change tre's underwear when he wet himself, or clean his hearing aids, or ever make him wear them... he's going deaf, he NEEDS them. the list goes on and on... Tre is 7, buggy is 2. WHAT. THE. FUCK. WAS. BEING. DONE. TO. THEM?!?!?! And they were abused LAST time cps started a fucked-up case against my dad and stepmom. What the fuck is wrong with cps?

The Inner Arugement On What To Buy...
Okay so I need another car. Not because I dont have one but because the one that I have now cannot be driven in rain, snow and ice after all the modifications that I have had done to it. Too much hard work and time put into it to risk something happening either by my own fault or someone elses. Here is the delema I have. Breakfast Bars
5 Cups Frosted Flakes, crushed to 3 cups 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract Combine crushed cereal with raisins in a large bowl; set aside. Bring brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. remove from heat. Stir peanut butter and vanilla into syrup mixture until well blended. Pour over cereal and raisins, stirring until evenly coated. Press into a 9-inch square pan. Cool Completely. Cut into 16 bars.

well, I have had 9 radiation treatments.....and it is catching up to me. I am feeling blah these days. My right breast feels like it is sunburned and it is tender. Lately I am more tired than usual and I find myself snapping at the least little things around here (home). So for that reason I try to keep to myself. I quit going to gym 3 months ago that didn't help my weight. Well starting today. My little one started school (poor teachers). So all 3 are in school now. I got off mt lazy butt with the permission from my Dr. and went to the gym today. So as of today I am back to the gym working out.. Starting very slow> I don't want to push it and have a siezure but I went...Yeah me!!!! I am like I child I know I need encouragement and pats on the back. I plan on going everyday. I am even going to try one of those classes tomorrow. I never did any before was always scared to try. I am afraid I can't keep up but will try. Ex's are a pain in the ass. You have some out there that don't give a care about their kids then you have those that you wish you could just shoot. Mine is in the second category. Taking Her To School
today was the day. she was ready for it too, i bet she asked me a dozen times last night when she got to go to school. this morning when i dropped little brother off at daycare she was sitting in the truck arguing with the kids in the daycare telling them "i'm not coming in, just my brother, i'm not coming in, i'm going to school" it was funny. after that we had to go see my mother before we could go to school. she was telling everyone at the store she was going to school. when we got to school she wanted a picture in front of the sign outside so we did that then i walked her to her classroom and sat there with her for a few minutes then they went to breakfast. while they were at breakfast she told me i could go so i gave her a hug and left. she was really excited that she gets to ride the bus to daycare too. i'll just have to wait and see how the day went until i get home

The Olympics
I'm not into the Olympics, never have been, so I wasn't as excited as alot of people were. But luckily they're not on ESPN, Court TV, The Food Network, or The Travel Channel, so my viewing pleasure was safe. BUT...my wife is. She is glued to the screen. She starts watching as soon as they are on, into what I assume the wee hours. I am asleep, I do not know. But since its on, I find myself getting reeled in more and more. So here are my views so far. Michael Phelps is a freak of nature. He is absolutely incredible. He is the one thing I tried to make sure I watched. Not only is he winning gold, but he is winning each one in world record time. I hope he gets gold in every event, so I can say I actually saw one of the greatest sports feats of all time. I watched the women's beach volleyball. I got sucked into the hype of them being in hardly any clothes. I may be in the minority here, but I wish they'd cover up more. I'm not a fan of tall, lanky women, with no asses.

I Just Want To Sleep......
For almost 4 months now I have been lucky to get 2 hours of sleep a night. I close my eyes and my brain fires up and will not stop. When I do get to sleep, I have nothing but nightmares that wake me up. The docs gave me some meds, which do little. I am not very trusting of meds in the first place. I mean, I don't even take anything for headaches or a cold or anything really. Also in the past few months I have had many headaches, which I am sure is due to little sleep. A couple of semesters ago I had to take a class for my Major called "Choice Theory". Mind you that my idea about this class was less than to be desired but once the semester moved on I learned alot and opefully pass the idea around for other to think about. Choice Theory is an idea (a very true and insiteful idea) that was written by William Glasser,M.D. A psychiatrist that has been known world wide. In his book "Choice Theory" Dr. Glasser states; "for all practical purposes, we choose everything we do, including the misery we feel". Ok so most people close to me know that I work for Citibank and that Im in Customer Service. I get to talk to ALOT of people and I mean ALOT of people every day and for the most part I enjoy some of the conversations. I talk to people of all ages from all over the country. Some don't speak English very well but you learn to communicate and sometimes you even have to use an "interpreter line" called "Language line" It amazes me and amuses me how I can say something in English like "Do you have your account number please?" and the Mandarin/Chinese interpreter pretty much says about 5 paragraphs to explain that one sentence I said. These calls take patience but most go ok. Boycott Walmart
So I went to Walmart today and I bought a pre paid credit card and put money on it. I had 2 other cards prior, which had a zero ballance on them so I cut them up and got rid of them. When I called to activate the card, the operator told me that I couldent get it activated because I cant have more than 2 cards. They said the only thing I could do is to get a refund check mailed to me in 7 to 10 business days. I was actually going to use the card on fubar and buy a V.I.P and a bling pack. But now I cant thanks to Walmart. And just for your information, I dont do "regular" credit cards, because I end up geting in trouble with them. My Daughters Audition
Yes my daughter had her audition for American Idol, and she didn't make it which I am still just as proud of her anyway... not important, but the reasoning s and what goes on at these are a whole other story. We spent 5 hours Monday in line and getting inside to register for this audition, and that went fine they give you a seat ticket for the one auditioning and one person friend or parent there for you. Today Aug 13, 2008 we got there again at 5 am to find out the rules that say there will be no camping out or early line up was broke by hundreds so by the time we got there the line was as long as it could possibly go. It rained and we got wet.. but made in inside the Arena. When they do the auditions the have 24 producers that they split up and put two at each desk about 20 ft apart with a small partition wall between them. This is all set up in the center of the arena. They divide the people auditioning into 4 lines in front of each desk, so each group is judged by a diff

Lessons To Learn
Why is it that I tend to fall so easily for someone and before I know it, something comes up that blows the feelings and thoughts out of the water. I don't wish to reveal much in this blog, but lets just say there was someone on here ( isn't it always ) that I kinda just fell head over heals for. We started talking on IMs and she did something that kinda puzzled me. ( on cam ) I asked if it was for me, she said it was for her GF in another state. Oooh. Nothing wrong with that. Greene County Health Commissioner Mark McDonnell was emailed the video that appeared on MySpace.com and is now using it as evidence. Saddens My Heart...
This afternoon I received a phone call from the fiance of one of my very very best friends telling me that she had passed away due to a drug overdose. This came hard for me to accept because maybe I didn't know she was into this hard of a drug, or maybe it was that I just turned the cheek at it... I know that she has been involved with my children and has participated in recent "Drug use" talks with my children as well. It really just saddens my heart about the whole thing ... After telling my children, you could see the hurt and the pain in their eyes. My son looks at me and asks me... "Mom how could she say all those things about drugs, when she was using them herself." The only answer I could come up with was Maybe she was speaking from experience and this was her cry for help... OK...so a wonderful friend of mine was in a contest for a VIP. *~BABYGIRL~* and the Force 3 Bombers were bombing the h3ll outta her to help her win, and someone else in the contest complained about her winning. So instead of the host doing the right thing, and telling her that's how contests work, he asked her to leave the contest. Is it just me, or should the host have handled things differently? An Old Shoshone Legend Honors The Wolf As The Protector Of Women.
It is told that a group of young girls had to be left behind in hiding as the tribe had to pack up and move quickly due to imminent danger. When the girls came out of hiding and went in search of the tribe, they came upon an injured wolf. After nursing the wolf back to health, they became adopted by the entire pack of wolves, who saved them from danger many times as the girls continued their search for the rest of their tribe. The warrior fathers, upon returning to find the girls, saw the wolves surrounding their daughters from a distance. Not understanding that the wolves were actually protecting their daughters, they slew them one and all. After being told of their grave mistake, they vowed to honor the wolf as protector throughout time. This became tradition and continues today.

World's Tallest Woman Dies In Indiana At Age 53
INDIANAPOLIS - A woman who grew to be 7 feet, 7 inches tall and was recognized as the world's tallest female died early Wednesday, a friend said. She was 53. Almost 1 Year.
I can't believe I have survived almost a year in school. As of October, it will be 1 year and I will be starting my sophomore year. I have been given the chance to add a 2nd major to my degree program and I am stuck between Psychology and PR / Marketing. Oh, I should mention that I started Ashford as a Psychology major, but changed my major to social & criminal justice. Should I stick Psychology as my 2nd major, since that was my initial focus or should I try something else?

Update - 8/13/08
Just got back from visiting dad in the hospital. Quite a bit has happened since my last update, but I didn't want to be overbearing with so many updates! Long story short, he had two surgeries since my last update. First, he had a procedure on his prostate...something that probably should have been done years ago. Yesterday, they put in his new knee replacement. So, needless to say, he is on morphine today to ease the pain, but they have already started physical therapy. What all this means, I guess, is that he is doing much better in that the blood poison has been rectified. He has received 6 units of blood in the past two weeks because he is anemic. The doctors seem to feel that because of his age, fresh blood will rectify that condition more quickly than just using medication...dunno if that's true, but that's what the nurse told me today! All in all, he looks SO much better than he did and is in very good spirits, considering the circumstances. Thank you ALL for y

Blah Wedding
Well I'm supposed to get married in the near future, I cant really set a date because he is always out of town working. But I wanna know is it strange that I don't want a wedding??? D-day
Well the BIG day is finally here......in the morning (Thursday)we go to court for the final time.......and this time tomorrow I expect to be homeless after being evicted....some of you know what has happened for it to get this far and trust me.....if I go down, it will be with ALL guns blazing.....she thinks she hates me now.....well she has not seen anything yet.....trust me. I am not going to give up the home I have struggled to keep going and I am in no way going to give up the boys without a bigger fight as I firmly believe that the law here is oh so very wrong and should not favour the woman in circumstances like this where at the end of the day she has her interests very much at heart and in no way puts our sons first....in fact they don't even come a close second!!!!!!........ but we will let the courts decide just how the future goes and this is not just my future either.....I could have walked away ages ago.....But I stand firmly on principles....very strong ones at that...

Decisions
I have recently made some bad decisions regarding finical matters. I quit my job with out securing another one first. I know your thinking what a dumb ass. I thought that I would be able to pick up one from one of the many temp services that I have signed up. But the thing is the jobs they have available are not really what I am wanting. OK there are many reasons why I quit my last job. 1 was the fact that I was allergic to the coolant that they used in the machines. 2 were that I disliked some of the people I worked with. 3 I dislike parts, but not the whole job itself. Another reason was I have came to a point in life were I don't really want to be a factory worker any longer. I am sick of it. But the real big bitch of it is...thats all there is out there currently. I search for words to express myself but they all seem meaningless, sometimes my emotion so great that describing it is almost impossible. I Think I Came Full Circle With My Music Tastes
For the past few months, I realized something. Now, for some of you that know me well, happen to like music a lot. Ever since as far as I can remember, say, first hearing The Beatles when I was about four years old, I seem to have been hooked on with music. I taught myself how to play guitar when I was in high school, and along with that the bass guitar and little bit of keyboard work. My music taste ranged from classic rock through grade school and junior high, heavy metal in junior high through the end of high school, and alternative rock all through high school and into today. I began to like jazz in college, and old rhythm and blues therefore. However, for the last year or two, I began to see myself liking metal again.
