hello all.. and thanks for checking out this blog... Supreme Court Debates 'f-word' Without Using It

Circumlocutions like "the F-word" and "the S-word" sufficed as the court considered the year's highest-profile free-speech controversy. All signs now point to a tight decision over whether broadcasters can be fined for allowing use of so-called "fleeting expletives," which are swear words used in passing. The court's conservative justices showed sympathy for the Federal Communications Commission members who want to punish broadcasters. Associate Justice Antonin Scalia denounced the "coarsening" effect of swearing, while Chief Justice John Roberts warned about "impressionable children" being harmed by inherently dirty words. Women Suck
Women suck and not in a goodway. My ex called me to tell me that she is seeing someone and hes better than I every thought about being. She left her husband moved this guy in and all that. She wouldnt do that for me. This guy drinks, does drugs and likes to beat women, and hes better than me! Now people might understand why I just don't want anything to do with women. That was uncalled for. First off my only flaw is my mental illness, which I wrote a blog about. I dont drink or use drugs, or beat women. Well today my mom told me she couldn't hold it in anymore. Yup that's when she told me my cat Cleo was killed 3 weeks ago. Cleo was an outside cat so I never questioned why she never came in, but she always came around at night to sit with me on the porch, or to just lay around. Blah, this really sucks.

Low-fat Scalloped Potatoes
2 or 3 baking potatoes 1 1/2 cups skimmed milk 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese Peel and slice potatoes thinly. In a saucepan, combine milk, flour, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens. Layer casserole dish with potato slices. Spoon half of sauce over slices and repeat with remaining potatoes and sauce. Cover and bake in oven preheated at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to an hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Spicy Portabella Mushrooms In Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients: ------------ 2 Portabella mushrooms (they are Xpensive!) 2 large sweet red peppers 2 cherry tomatoes 1/2 red onion 1 tsp olive oil 1 tblsp fresh, coarsely ground black pepper Coriander leaves Sauce: ------ 1/2 capful *very good* BALSAMIC VINEGAR (this is the key - get one from a specialty store, the supermarket ones are too watered down. A good Modena type is good) 1/4 tsp Hungarian paprika for flavor salt to taste Preparation: ------------ 1. Whisk the sauce ingredients together 2. Wipe the shrooms with a moist towel and slice long. 3. Chop the onions along the grooves. Cooking: -------- 1. Place whole peppers and tomatoes on a foil in a preheated oven at BROIL. Keep turning them until the peppers are charred. The tomatoes will bleed into the foil...don't throw that water. 2. Remove peppers and make long slices. Remove the core and the seeds. 3. Mix the cherry tomatoes and the fluid they exude, into the sauce. Mix well until the tomatoes are crushed int

Ingredients: ------------ 3 3oz pkg cream cheese, softened butter or margarine, all-purpose flour 1/2 lb. mushrooms, minced 1 large onion, 1 t salt 1/4 t thyme leaves 1/4 C sour cream 1 egg, beaten Instructions: ------------- Early in day: In large bowl, with elec. mixer at med speed, beat cream cheese, 1/2C butter and 1 1/2 C flour until soft dough forms; wrap dough in waxed paper; chill at least 1 hr. In med skillet, in 3 T butter, saute mushrooms and onion until tender; blend in salt, thyme, and 2 T flour; stir in sour cream; chill. On floured surface, roll half of dough in 15 inch circle (about 1/16" thick); cut into twenty 2 3/4" circles. Roll scraps into ball; chill. On one half of each circle, place teaspoonful of mushroom mixture. Brush edges with egg; fold other half over filling; with fork, press edges together; prick tops to let out steam; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with rest of dough, scraps, filling. Baked Scallops And Mushrooms In Garlic Sauce
3/4 lb scallops 1/4 cup flour 1/2 lb mushrooms, stems removed and minced 3 tblsp olive oil 1/4 cup white wine 3 tblsp fine bread crumbs 2 tblsp minced onion 1 tblsp minced parsely 2 clove minced or pressed garlic pinch of red pepper flakes & salt Instructions: ------------- Preheat oven to 350F. Brush a shallow baking dish with 1 tbs of the oil. Bake the 'shroom caps for 10 min. Combine stems, crumbs, onion, parsely, red pepper and salt mix together well. Add scallops to the baking dish. (If you really want to be artistic, plan it out so the scallops are a good size to fit into the mushroom caps, and buy the same number of each. Then you can stick one scallop in each 'shroom.) Add the wine to the baking dish. Sprinkle the minced mixture over all, and drizzle the remaining oil over. Bake for 20 more min, or until done.

Ingredients: ------------ 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 4-6 strips of bacon,fried and crumbled;reserve fat 1 small onion, finely chopped 20-25 large mushrooms, stems removed about 8 mushroom stems, finely chopped Instructions: ------------- Saute onion and mushroom stems in bacon fat until tender. Drain off excess fat. Mix crumbled bacon, onion and stems with softened cream cheese until the mixture is workable. Stuff each mushroom and bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Finish under the broiler just until tops are golden

Chop 1 pound of mushrooms into halves or quarters. Heat 2/3 cup heavy cream. Heat 2T butter in a deep frying pan. Add 3-4 chopped garlic cloves to the butter. Add mushrooms and cook for about 2 min, until brown. Add hot cream, salt, 1 tsp pepper, 2 tsp nutmeg. Cook for about 5 more min, then add 1/2 cup chopped cilantro. Serve on hot buttered rice or French bread

Marinated Mushrooms
1 cup white wine 2 tbs. brown sugar 1/4 cup sliced green onion 1 ts hot red pepper flakes 1/2 ts salt 1/2 ts Oregano leaves 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic,finely minced 1/4 cup diced red pepper 1 lb small fresh mushrooms, trimmed. 1/4 ts. ground black pepper. Combine wine, vinegar, sugar, garlic, green onion, red pepper and red pepper flakes in an 8 cup microwaveable casserole. Cover; microwave at high for three to five minutes or until mixture is simmering. Add mushrooms. Cover; microwave at high 6 to 8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender but not mushy. Stir partway through cooking. Stir in salt, oregano, and pepper. Let stand, covered, for thirty minutes. Transfer to covered jar or container. Can be refrigerated up to one week. Actually, it's a good one, even if you can't stand microwave cooking. Just watch the mushrooms carefully while they cook. They're also good when reheated.

So I am finally getting on the band wagon after all these years. So you ask why I am closing Hells Revenge. To get right down to it, I really don’t want to Being on here making sure DJ’s show up, do there jobs (Not saying they didn’t) inviting, promoting, looking for help thinking I found it and then it not working out or them just not showing up for the job they were hired for then having to cover it, cover any shows that dj’s could not make it to due to personal reasons. Yes I am one of the few that realize fubar is not a life, it’s a hobby, vise, nightly fix, what ever you want to call it. If you don’t under stand that you need to get off your computer and get a life, not a second life, a REAL life! I love to DJ, and enjoy everyone’s company I have met on here. Hell I started off in a small little lounge called Scatters World. Some of you have known me long enough to have seen me start off there. I was shown how to DJ by 2 of the best I have heard and seen on fubar! DJ MAGICMAN and SILVER. Any way back to what this is really about.

So, I got totally burnt in a way, but can't feel the burn. I am not surprised, since I was expecting it to happen. Updates To My Life
Well the last time I wrote here it was around Valentines day. This last one that passed he sent flowers. Yes I did get something from him and a promise to be better next time. Ok well we are no longer together. I was asked not to wait for him to get back from a 9 month cruise. Even tho I have already waited a year and nine months for him. Anyway I am single. No it hasnt sunk in yet that I wont have him when he gets back. I am still waiting for him even if he doesnt want me to. I guess I still have hope. Is that so bad? I mean I had a special weekend planned for him. Took off a week from work. He never showed up. So I took the planned weekend for myself and enjoyed New Orleans. I Choose The Grey.
Wouldn't it be nice if life was as simple as what's black...and what's white? If it were a clear cut decision between what's wrong... and what's right? This is all too fucking ironic! Less than a month ago, i went, in person, to put in an application to work for Amazon thru Integrity. Normally any place you go and put apply for if you can't do it at that time, due to your own personal schedule, they "hold" your application for 6 months. The way integrity works is that you have to call and set up a time to come in and fill out paper work and wait to be interviewed. I had all my paper work finished and had to leave before the interview b/c i had to work that day. I called last week to reschedule and appointment for an interview since i had all my paper work completed. I go in today, and the first person looks for my folder, not there. The they tell me to walk around to talk to someone else. The guy looks for my information on the computer... not found; goes upstairs... can't find it; looks in the same file cabinet the first person looked... can't find it. Last night i rushed my daughter in to the emergancy room because at 2:30am she stopped breathing. They were able to get her to breathe again and started treating her for asthma. After many long hours there they finally told me that she does not have asthma but something called ARDS ( Acute respitory distress syndrome). I was shocked. Doctor explained its common mainly in premature babies (which my daughter wasnt) and thats 40% of deaths in children are cause from ARDS. i was at a friend's house last night, helping him do some work on his house. it's an old house, with a really cool dirt floor cellar. that's where i was doing most of my part of the work. when we finished for the night, i went outside to smoke. i was walking around in a circle, stretching and trying to regain circulation in my legs after being crouched down for a couple of hours, when i noticed a huge, bright orange maple leaf laying on the ground. it was very out of place because there are no maple trees nearby. it was the only maple leaf that i could see. i went to pick it up, and as i was bending down, i saw out of the corner of my eye a bright speck of light whiz by. i can only think that it was a meteor. my depth perception isn't all that great, especially in my peripheral vision. it seemed like it flew right by my head. that was such a surreal moment. it felt like i had been transported to another world for just an instant. inside of that moment, time seemed to stand
