The Darkness That Turned Into Light
It's dark like usual i feel nothing but a slight chill every once in awhile. I keep thinking when will something happen. my hearing is being more acute. so basically i am 24 weeks pregnant, my boyfriend decided that he couldnt live in the house that i just financed on my own and had all new appliances to include, furnace, a/c, water heater, washer, dryer, dish washer, fridge, stove and microwave installed, have about 15k of money into repairs, as well as still sitting on about 45k in equity as the house sits right now and the day i closed on the home he asked me not to sign the paper work and to move into his mothers home with him and live in their basement until he figures out somewhere else to live...now to add confusion to the current circumstances he has been living with me for the better part of the last 5 months or so, working on the house with me and putting his money and sweat into the home but now that i am almost 7 months pg he decided he just cant live here, so i am looking for some insight. Dammit Again!

After Over 2 Years
Well, it took over 2 years, but I finally made Godfather. Thankyou to all who helped me yesterday during my auto 11. It has been a long 2 years filled with a lot of twists and turns in my personal life. I certainly had my share of heartache at times. But through it all, I have made some wonderful friends that make it all better. I would list names, but you know who you are, and I thank you for everything you do for me. :) My heart is filled with love for you. My VIP ends tomorrow. My Life Story
My name is Artie. I was born in a small town in Louisiana. I grew up on Dry Prong, LA. It was a wonderful small town where everyone knew everyone. My childhood was amazing until I was 10 years old. However, up to that point life was truly great. We had a huge field next to our house and all the kids from town would come over to play softball almost every day. I have 3 older sisters, so you can imagine the torture i endured, lol. Not really, my sisters were all awesome. With me being the youngest and last child, I did get spoiled a little. My dad taught me to hunt, fish, and trap beginning around age 4. I learned alot from him. This brings me to when I was 10. On January 16, 1981, I lost my mother. She was my light and everything good. She treated me like a little king. We were so close and her loss devistated me. It was like the life had just been sucked out of me. It was the only time to this day I had ever seen my father cry. Ok, to bring everyone up to speed... I haven't been on much, been busy. 03JAN09 I received an email asking me to return to the GA Army National Guard from NY where I transferred to go to Afghanistan with the 48th Brigade. I know the Brigadier General commanding this mission very well, so of course I said yes. I have been between Macon, GA and Fort Stewart (near Savannah) for the last 3 weeks. On 21APR09 I leave to go to Indiana for my next training block. Afghanistan is a much tougher nut than Iraq. These people stay and fight. They are NOT cowardly little punks like the Iraqi insurgents. So I got a card from my Kid the other day, got me teary eyed. The front of the card has a Soldier on it with papers in his hand like he is writting a letter and it says. Annoying Hotel Workers
I travel for work, I live in hotels all over the country 6 months out of the year. Normally I stay at pretty cheap places because I get to keep a portion of whatever is in my expense account at the end of the year. I decided to stay at a Holiday Inn Express here in San Francisco because it's near the conference center where I was working. The hospitality here is excessive. I just got a call from the front desk, I've been working all day and got exceedingly drunk with my co workers last night, so I'm exhausted and I was laying down. My phone rings so I get up and its the fucking hotel calling me to see how everything is going! That's fucking absurd. They just wanted to make sure my day was ok and make sure I didn't need a wakeup call tomorrow. I told the lady "If I need a wakeup call I generally request it without being prompted." Am I wrong in thinking this behaviour is obnoxious?

It Brings Me Back All The Time.
Well I tryed to get away from Erie. Too bad im not a country girl. I guess im just not made for the quietness. I was in NH for 8 months. 6 out of those 8 months was hell. I was living with someone who was treating me like shit. Than the last 2 months I was homeless. I was sleeping in a gazeebo in the middle of winter. Thank god someone found me and took me in before I got too sick to live anymore. Than I was moved into a shelter. They sent me back here to Erie. Oh lovely Erie with all it's drama and violence. Thursday at work, I was watching this morning show briefly in the break room. That show really got me to thinking about the issue they were discussing. It was about child abuse. My question is .... why now is it a big deal when there were 1,000's of children that died from it before. Like when i was growing up unless you have visible injuries the cops wouldnt touch it. So parents knew back then to hide it under the clothing of their kids. Now tell me who protected them? So, a couple days ago I decided to apply to The Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online to get my BS (well it's about bleeping time) in Interactive Media Design (web design). While filling out the application form, I was stumped when I got to the question asking which program I was enrolling in.(ending a sentence with a preposition ... tsk tsk) See, all of the literature I had seen up to that time had called the program 'Web Design & Media', but that wasn't on the list. Handyman Tip For The Ladies
So yesterday, i tried a different product to fix a water leak. I was looking for a temporary fix until the weekend was over so I could have more time to mess with it. I had about a 1/4 inch hole in one of my drain pipes in the wall thats connected for the kitchen sink and a bathroom sink. The pipe is all threaded and metal with the exception of a little pvc near the actual sinks. After seeing the results of this product, I might have found a permanent fix and not have to change out all the piping which would be extremely difficult to get to. Plus it is surrounded by other tubing for the heater, hot water heater lines, etc. The product is JB weld. You've probably seen similar things on info-mercials and not believed them. Well, after a very long and careful considered thought, I have made a decision to become a Fire Fighter preferably with Nashua Fire Rescue. I have alot of training and testing to go through before it becomes a reality, but with dedication and support from those around me, I know I can make it a reality. Since all this shit went down with me having cervical cancer my brain pretty much turned to mush, I've been taking CYMBALTA @ 60MG a day then I've got XANAX @ 2MG 4 times a day now then I've been getting back pain after my radiation treatments I don't know if it's caused by the table that I'm laying on or what but I have had 2 CT scans PET scan an going through the rest of this bullshit that I'm hurting bad, so the doctor gave me some PERCOCET @ 5MG which I am to take every 4-6 hours however that did not touch the pain so now they have me on FLEXERIL @ 5MG in which I'm to take 1 three times daily. They said that if the pain didn't get better by my next treatment which is on Monday they'll be taking some X-RAYS. Although they've already taken blood work to make sure that it wasn't my kidneys, liver all that came out fine so they believe that it maybe a muscle issue. I'm just trying to hold everything together because here in 9 days I have to go into surgery for the interal radiation & i

Let's see. Most of my friends on and off here, know i go and play bingo or at least try to play once a week. Yes i do hope to win, but if i dont, its a stress reliever for me and gets me out of the house, It seems like there are a few persons that are upset about my ability or meens to play, so ill put it like this, My boyfriend Mike... works hard and pays for me to play when we can afford it. This past week I have been stuck at home with my 5 year old daughter for her spring break... yes it does get old very quick.
