Possibility
I have so much happening and so much going on and the only time I can connect is during work. I am thinking of a fu-break. not sure how long, but I know till I get things straight to where I can have fun and relax with this .. I am no doing anyone any good. I miss my G'ma Mom is burying her boss this week, right after her mom .. That is a blow and it hurts, he was a good man and great attorney. Things with a place is not easy personally I am a huge wreck, being told you are hostle is hard. I do love all my friends and treasure them more than can be known. I just hope when I get back you will still be around.

It's Strange When You Don't Have Anything To Do...
Having nothing to do drives me crazy sometimes. Today I'm expecting a paycheck and I had to jet from my apartment to the library to make time go by faster. I was pacing back and forth, watching the clock go by. That's a habbit that I learned in Jail. Not a good habbit to have. The problem is whenever I get a job I don't last longer than two years due to the lame ass bullshit that goes on in fast food, and when you don't have a social life; all of life's outlooks appear very bleak indeed. No Idea What To Call This One
It's been almost 3 months since my mom passed away. Everything has changed. Dad's moved in with my sister, mom's stuff is all gone to everywhere. My younger sister is moving out of the city and dad's going too. My older sister lives out in the country, the opposite way. Things seemed so much simpler growing up. Knowing there'd always be home. I don't know what to do with myself half the time. I'd pick up the phone to call mom for some stupid thing and try to annoy my dad with something but it's not the same. Realizing summer is almost over and I am still topping the scales at 185lbs. I have decided I need to bunk down and get my a** in gear and lose these extra 60lbs I am toting around. So here's the deal. I get up Saturday morning and my phones out of whack. It sounds like there's an open line somewhere. I check both my phones and get the same thing. My First Blog!
So this is my very first fu-blog ladies and gentlemen! I think I am going to try and start posting blogs every few days and ramble on about my silly life. 10 Years ago I missed being in the tragedy of 9-11 by 1 day, i was visiting my parents in PA and flew back home to FL on 9-10-01. I am thankful that my son who was only 9 months old at the time and I were home safe when I saw the events unfolding on tv. I thank god everyday for my son being alive. Sadly this was not true for so many men and women inside the buildings in NY and The Pentagon as well as in the air in PA. So many lives changed that day police, firefighters, every day people. So many people gave their lives to help save others. Today is a day of reflection of what could have been and what was. Everyone needs to show support for all of those who were affected by that day. and remember to be thankful to whom every you worship that you are still alive and with your family. Be glad you have your loved ones and parents. becasue so many lost husbands, wives, children and parents that day.

I've again fallen behind on my cinematic reviews. But to recap my late summer viewings, I enjoyed "Captain America" and "Cowboys and Aliens" more than I expected, more than what others should've anticipated. I joined the growing chorus of individuals who see "Captain America" as the best comic book film adaptation this year, not some gaudy, action-bloated romp. Plus it provides a fun link (along with the end credits trailer) to next year's release of "The Avengers." "Cowboys and Aliens," meanwhile was a thrilling adaptation of the graphic novel -- a risky hybrid that understandably could turn off a variety of Western fans and sci-fi geeks. I was working in North Bergen NJ at the time...for Liz Claiborne. Normally I'd take Route 3 to work but I decided to take route 80 (as I figured less traffic and I'm always a few minutes late to work...much to my bosses chargrin). Every generation has its defining moments. A moment in time that everyone within that generation will remember for the rest of their lives. I watched as the planes crashed into the Twin Towers not fully guessing it was really happening. It was on every news channel. As I watch tears were falling. It did happen and its been 10 years since that day. I kinda think those that fell would want to be remembered with smiles and warmth and would want their families not to cry tears of sadness but tears of joy that America is still the home of the free and brave. Today is obviously September 11th, but it is also the first full day of the NFL season. Some people, many people, will tell me that it's stupid to combine the two in any sort of comparison or celebration. Moonshine And Sand
I was in Ecuador and there was a warning posted in the airport that people should boil or treat their water before drinking it. The warning was in Spanish and I don't speak Spanish, but my travel companion noticed and told me. Later in the trip we stopped at a farm that grows sugarcane and coffee. The farmer had a small still that he would used to make sugarcane moonshine. For some reason we were talking about the water boil notice, and the guy at the still told me that if I got a stomach bug all I had to do to cure it was to drink a cup of his moonshine and then eat a spoonful of sand. I questioned how this could possibly work, and he told me that the microbes in your stomach all get drunk off the moonshine and then throw rocks at each other.

September 11th 2001 was a sad day indeed. On the anniversary of this tragic day, my thoughts are not with the American troops currently serving in hostile territory overseas...even though my oldest nephew is among the U.S. Marines currently in Afghanistan. My Feelings On This Day 9/10/2011
Woke up this morning and turned on the radio which music is a great part of my life always there for me when nothing or no one else is there. And the great Hot 98.1 has been doing Tributes all day and has made me cry all day. Actually crying writing this but just need to vent somehow. Find myself thinking about where i was and what i was doing on that very tragic day which changed my life forever and i remember not being up long sitting drinking coffee and watching a local show and i will never forget the anger and pain and sorrow i felt on that day. And i find that i still feel the same way today feelings havent changed and heart still aches for everyone lost on that day they will forever be remembered. Thanks for reading and letting me tell my feelings. And Thanks to all our Military for your service!!!

I’m watching the series finale right now…I was going to start writing this after it was over, but I couldn’t wait. I am really sad, but it’s also a perfect time to end it. This is the one show I’ve looked forward to every year, more than any other. Seven years. And it has never let me down. These people are so real to me. Suffered and grown with them. I’m going to miss them. Dennis Leary…is absolutely brilliant. The writers, every actor…never a drop in quality, too many moments of brilliance. And holy shit, the funniest moment ever saved for last…and so appropriate. This was one of those rare shows…that you never forget if you invested yourself in it. Goodbye Tommy, Lou, Franco, Sean, Mikey, and all the rest. When they release the whole series on DVD, I’ll at least get to go visit again.

Before getting involved with a soldier on fubar, I was a divorced mother of two going to school and working at a Wiley Publications as a Production Director. My husband and I are planning a statewide event, with around 120 to 150 people expected to attend. We've been working on this for around six months. Here is a brief update on my current situation: I just started my last semester as an undergrad! I'm very excited about it but I'm also very nervous because I need to write a 40 page senior thesis in order to graduate, and I haven't even started it yet. It's due in December and I also have to present it. After I graduate, I need to have my grad school applications in by January 15th. She's Back In The Hospital
Since the last gall bladder scare she's been on the patch trying to quit smoking. Eating healthier and generally taking better care of herself. Today, She went to see a surgeon about her options and they thought they would go with a scope-type operation to remove her gall bladder. Possibly early next week. They were happy with her non smoking and diet keeping. The doc did tell her that it isn't always a fatty or fried food that can bring on an episode. It can be as simple as a piece of lettuce... So my dog went missing Saturday. She wasn't called in until Sunday. The lady that had her "restrained" called because she tried to eat her cat. She also insisted that her collar (which had my address written in the inside of it) was hers, and she needed to take it off of her before she would let animal control take her. The shelter decided that they could hold my dog (which was TAKEN out of my yard) hostage until I paid them 121 dollars to retrieve her.
